I use SMS marketing on a daily basis and needed a cost-effective way to text my clients. Text drip is affordable and has the same features that other SMS marketing tools have.
The app is very easy and super user interactive.
The reload and the refresh after notification or message delivery could be better.
They havent solved anything for me.
Cheaper than competitors and works for initial contact, fu, or ghosting reduction. It outperforms regular text, and users can upload CVS lists to prospects. Textdrip gives scheduled textdrips that engage and get replies that give the agent time back.
Campaigns need to be created by 160 characters, or costs will increase. Once you learn how to avoid additional charges, it is a valuable tool.
Time management and better follow-up assistance with quotes I send out after contacted.

Sometimes the inbox will say 0 but, there are some unread messages in there.

Some texts don't deliver and I'm not sure when they don't deliver. Not sure if it costs anything too.

Easy to use, intuitive and quick communication to our customers. It automatically reminds customers of their appointments. We aslo able to send bulk messages when wishing client happy holidays, upcoming events or birthday messages.

I'm not having any problems. There's a lot of benefits such as a cheap way to send mass texts.
Easily manageable. I like the way it works and connects to the other programs that I use for prospecting new leads from day to day. It provides seemless connection.
I wish I could change the UI to another color of my choice so that it better matches my visual experience. But not a deal-breaker that will interfere with production.

There is not much that I would have negative to say about textdrip. They are very open to changes and take all feedback to help improve the quality of the platform!
I can reach many more potential clients by implementing text drip. I also can have it work for me to save me time and allow for more time to do other things and have appointments.
The ability to follow up with clients and not need to be present
Nothing really its super cheap and works wonders i guess a mobile app would be nice but i wouldnt say i disklike anything
