There wasn't anything I disliked about the platform. And I know I haven't unlocked its full potential. If anything i had some problems with the flow editor. It was crashing my computer on occasion but I am fairly certain it was because of a hardware issue because I have not had any issues since I did some repairs.
I am able to provide so many services on autopilot to my followers. It has allowed me to focus on many other parts of my business without having to be following up constantly with people. The fact that someone with a question can Simply message my bot and get an answer for most of their questions makes my life so much easier.

I love the versatility of ManyChat.Having the ability to reach your customers on multiple platforms (Messenger, SMS, and email currently) and the ability to create almost any sort of logic to meet your goals... the sky is the limit.
For someone who is new to the platform, there may be a slight learning curve, but ManyChat has the best user interface out there that is logical and makes sense.

ManyChat is so versatile and comprehensive in its ability to do anything I need it to. So far no matter what problem I have in the sequence of conversations with the customer, ManyChat has a way to resolve it. I think the best aspect of ManyChat is the ability to connect to outside API's or applications and record events at any point in my flows. This alone allows for some very complicated problem solving and intelligent flow construction based on customer responses.
ManyChat is so robust, however, If I had to pick something here, it would be a flow auto arrange button. It would be nice if ManyChat offered an "auto-sort" function to take my flows mismatched and crossed lines and auto arrange it for me.
