This app is easy to use and runs in the background with little user interaction. Notifications come quick and allow client interaction with little effort allowing for multitasking.

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about this program.

I have been able to stay active with potential clients without having to focus solely on trying to contact them.

Textdrip is super easy to use. It makes sending clients messages a breeze. It helps me streamline my everyday routine. Customer service goes above and beyond with any questions you may have.

Sometimes if there is a lag in the drips loading and you hit the send text drip button before they load it will send a drip that you don't want to send. Just be patient before hitting the send drip button :)

Sending potential clients texts to see if I can help fulfill their needs. It makes follow-ups super easy and fast. Textdrip helps me stay focused and not worry about copying and pasting messages to each individual.

I love how the messages get through and the automation aspect of it. I have appointments set without even typing a word!

There is honestly nothing I dislike. I wish the website was color customizable and maybe had a phone number as well?

Solving my lead conversion. Texting with this is sometimes even more effective than calling.

The cost is very attractive, and the product itself has greatly increased my business by giving automation and ease of access. Only had one issue in the 5 months I have used it and Angel was very quick and helpful to resolve it! Much better than isales!

Appointment setting, qualifying prospects. The automation allows me to spend my time doing non prospecting activities.

Ties in great with our CRM software. I recommend everyone use it. It’s a great communication tool.

I do not have any cons at this time. I will report any if found. doubtful though.

Before Textdrip texting customers was an absolute nightmare, now it's just one simple click.

The ability to add a ghost drip. Also being able to set reminder texts for appointments.

I do not like that I cannot use a ghost drip on the mobile app.

I am receiving more responses than usual. My messages aren't getting blocked.

Web messaging is much more affordable compared to the competition ($10/mo) and text messages are inexpensive ($0.01 per message) 3. You can create as many drip campaigns as you want for clients with vastly different needs 4. You can archive messages to keep a record of previous responses

1. You must archive your messages or your software will begin running slowly 2. You must set deliberate campaigns. If you send out a mass text at 5:00 pm and schedule your next drip for 8 hours later, the following text will be sent out at 1:00 am and most people don't appreciate this. 3. You must manually enter prospects into subsequent drips if they are already uploaded into your contacts. If you upload a spreadsheet of leads, duplicates not be entered into the new campaign.

TextDrip enables the user to reach out to a large volume of people automatically. I have realized that the software is much more intuitive than other CRMs or web messaging platforms at a fraction of the cost.

They have the user in mind with examples and easy-to-read instructions on how to use the program. The customer service's attention to detail is impressive.

Nothing at all. The program works flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier with its performance the first day I set it up and got a deal from it, so what is there to complain about?

The problem that I was running into is that I'm a one-person show, so if I was on a pitch, I couldn't be working my leads. So it helps me maximize my time by working for me on the back end and getting these leads to answer.

I like how easy it is to navigate and use. Dispositioning and following up with clients can be confusing, but TextDrip takes care of all of that for you.

Organization for sure. I realize that I am a lot more organized, and I can now message more people!

This plat form is a force multiplier, it will 10X how many potential clients you can touch every single day. if you sell one product for every 100 people you talk too, how much more could you do if you could talk too 3 or 400 people per day? The potential is endless. Do yourself, your wallet and your family a favor by getting on text drip.

I can talk to 5-10X more people every day, I have a busy life. Kids, Long commute, Demanding clients so its hard to do as much marketing or prospecting as id like. Text drip has become my best friend!

Text Drip is very smooth and always gets the job done! I would recommend this 10/10 times to any who could benefit. When I cant work, Text Drip does!

There is not much to not like about Text Drip.. I would say the only thing I don't like is that it works more than me, haha!

Being able to follow up and contact clients and prospects with very little time and effort needed is something Text Drip solved for me! I now have tons of more time to focus on my agents and behind the scenes of the business.

I want to start off saying that I've used a ton of different texting platforms in my industry. They all get costly, are hard to use, uploading lists is terrible, and the customer service is barely there. Textdrip.co has been a blessing. They have been great for customer service on the couple questions I've had, uploading my leads is super easy, and the organization is simple and easy! I recommend this to anyone who deals with texting a lot of prospects or clients!

There's not much to even list here. I haven't had any complaints and I'm uploading leads daily.

Like I mentioned there's nothing to dislike. I have been able to more effectively track my active conversations not having to dive through all my dead conversations.

The simplicity of use and contact rate. Also, great staff to help with any issues that come up ready to help and very responsive.

Contact and deliverability rate. So far has been great!

My delivery rate is always above 90%, the mobile app makes everything so convienent for me on the go but recently their customer service has has just blown me away with how resonsive and helpful they are. Any issues or questions I've had have been taken care of within minutes of reaching out to them.

I use textdrip everyday for my business, haven't look at replacing it with other services. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" and I'm not saying Textdrip prices are unreasonable. However, I've been told there are other services that would cut my expenses in half or expand my outreach even further with what I put into funding on textdrip with more tools and features at my disposal. I wouldn't consider this something I dislike about Textdrip, I know they always add new stuff

Saving me time messaging more people at once.

Text drip is a phenomenal tool! Its user-friendliness and reliability are exceptional. The convenience it brings to my communication is invaluable. I wholeheartedly endorse it!

Credits go very fast! I usually add about 4-7000 credits and they are usually gone within 24-48hrs, If there was a way to get more credits for the price I am paying now that would make the app 10/10
