ActiveCampaign for Marketing Reviews & Product Details

What I LOVE about Active Campaign is the support! I was very new to email management and what really helped me out were the onboarding calls, training sessions, and the support site!

There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Active Campaign.

When I originally purchased ActiveCampaign, my goal was to create a landing page in Kajabi and then send the contacts to ActiveCampaign (AC). After my 1:1 onboarding call, I learned that AC has landing pages (which were very easy to use by the way) and now I can do everything in AC.

As someone who has never used Active Campaign before signing on with them, their willingness to answer questions and massive amounts of tutorials, training, and support documentation makes approaching the feature-rich platform easy.

I think their dashboard can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. I say this with full knowledge that they have A LOT to offer and pack in.

Email automations, e-book download, monthly newsletters, mass communication with current distributors. We could not have done what we are doing now without Active Campaigns platform.

ActiveCampaign makes automation simple and easy. Support is outstanding and very attentive, whenever there's an issue or something I need help with, they make themselves readily available. It's a marketing tool I feel I cannot function without!

I would love to see more design options inside the email campaign builder, but they do allow you to import your custom HTML so this is a very easy workaround if you are looking for a very detailed email campaign.

ActiveCampaign is solving all of our marketing needs! We can get everything we need from a marketing aspect in one place. We can send emails, create automations, monitor subscriptions/unsubscriptions, create different lists, build deals, reports/stats. There's nothing Active Campaign cannot do, and it's a dream for a marketing team of any size.

I love the email delivery percentages and how easy it is to build great-looking emails in moments. The fact that it also integrates with all of my opt-in tools and other parts of my business makes this a huge win for follow-up. The stats reporting is easy to interpret at a glance, and yet you can dive deep into the numbers quickly whenever needed.

You will definitely pay a bit more than you would for other similar services - but I say "similar" because the user experience and ability to actually connect with prospects and customers hasn't been matched by any of the other platforms I've tried.

This makes it easy to stay in touch with my customers on a regular basis and follow-up with those who haven't yet purchased.

The engagement is huge. The opportunities to be able to sit in on a class and learn about the tool are numerous. Plenty of options to make the most of the investment.

I am not a marketer, so learning how to utilize the tool was a bit daunting. There are a lot of things available and it can be a bit overwhelming. Probably more of a concern for those solo folks than the professionals!

I use ActiveCampaign for email automation (newsletter sign-up mostly). I also use it as a CRM. The two benefits are maintaining contacts and developing opportunities for engagement with customer and prospects in a very deliberate way.

It links email marketing and CRM AND automations. It's so good to use.

Onboarding left much to be desired but the software is awesome.

We're able to track our customers and leads and communicate on various levels including SMS

This tool also allows a complete tracking of our website, where we can know the number of users who entered, the number of clicks, the most visited sections and more. In addition, the tracking of emails, has been very helpful, to know the emails that were opened, the links that were followed and the emails that were discarded, to improve our strategies.

The integration with some software was quite difficult, so we had to ask for the help of their technical support, who guided us in a friendly and smooth way to successfully complete the integration. The application can be a little difficult to understand at first, as it has many tools and its interface is a little confusing, so we needed time to adapt.

We use this software to perform many tasks in the marketing department, from our email marketing campaigns, thanks to powerful tools such as email campaign management, with customizable templates to create our ads and advertising; to successfully and easily segment our ideal customers, through social networks, mail and website.

Active|Campaign, in my opinion, is just the best ESP in the market, especially for newbie & startup like me, because it has virtually every feature that I'm looking for, plus an excellent tutorial for every step, not to mention the large number of native integrations from the Shopify App / WordPress Plugin I'm using

Somehow the Dashboard is a bit slow and hanging, not sure it's because of my internet connection, or because of their system. But it's not a major problem when compare to what it can do for me.

ActiveCampaign can help me to solve one of my biggest challenges, which is how to start email marketing from scratch. Their tutorials & templates helps a lot in this arena.

With active campaign i can not only streamline my prospecting but i also have a clear view of the contacts and the interactions.

The support team has been fantastic! Not only is this an easy software to learn/use, but when you do have an issue the live chat and customer success teams are great. I've never come away without a clear answer to my question.

Building a landing page is a bit clunky and not intuitive.

Assisting with automations and better information on the customer journey.

My favorite part in AC is the visual flow builder. It makes it so easy to use! Also, they have a ton of tutorials and those are super helpful and on point!

There is not much do dislike really... Oh, maybe this: lately I am unable to remove AC logo from emails in my plan, I am at the lowest tier so far.

The main reason I am with AC is email automation and this seems to be working perfectly for me, so far!

The automation series saves me a lot of time and the tech support is top-notch. They have so much personalized training that you won't feel nervous or intimidated using Active Campaign.

I can not find anything I dislike about the program.

I love the onboarding process to show the software and also the tech support has always gone above and beyond all of my needs. I love the automation series, there is so much you can do with it.

The ease of having everything all in one spot. And the tutorials they provide are very direct and easy to follow. Active Campaign has made my business life much easier

Nothing disliked so far...there hasn't been any issues

I have my entire email campaign going through actuve campaign and every campaign gives me clear analytics in graph chart as well as numbers along with explanations of how to improve my numbers. That's a big benefit

I love that ActiveCampaign brings the traditional silos of Customer Care, Marketing and Sales together. Prioritizing excellent customer experience and collaboration for a great source of truth and a single customer view.

I found the previous version of the UX to be a bit hard to navigate, however, the recent update is much more intuitive and easy to find what you're looking for.

ActiveCampaign allows us deep insights into our eCommerce customers via the deep data integration for WooCommerce. We love that we can see all their interaction points with our team and segment our database to easily ensure we always add value to our customers.

I can automate regular emails with my clients and stay in touch with them even when I'm on leave or away from the PC.

I wish the mobile version was easier to navigate. I can never send or create campaigns from my phone.

Time is my biggest asset and I'm truly grateful how AC save me time in my daily duties.

ActiveCampaign provides very helpful tools, resources and Success Managers from each area to ensure the use of the software. They also send helpful emails keeping you aware of the platform updates and changes.

I would like to be able to have access to helpful chat. Many times the "Live Chat" folks don't understand or respond to the questions the way they should. Help them to read through what is being asked before responding.

ActiveCampaign is helping me with CRM management, Deals management, email templates, Landing Pages and Automations. I am beginning to be more productive. I am sure my team's performance will be more efficient as we utilize more tools within the platform.

User-friendly campaign builder with customizable templates. Reports are easy to navigate and help you stay organized. Adding contacts and creating lists is also fast and simple. I also like that there are both monthly and annual payment options.

I would like it if there was a way to view all replies to all campaigns in one report. It's ineffective to have to go back to the campaign dashboard and individually click on each campaign report to view replies.

I tried a lot of different email campaign platforms and ActiveCampaign is by far the best - easy to use, good reporting, and cost-effective. A huge time-saver when it comes to scheduling campaigns in advance.

All the functionality that you need for a CRM and deal manager is in the platform, which allows me to track most things in one place. The biggest thing I like though, and one of the reasons I chose it over others, is the way it does its automation. It works the same way my brain does in a logical, systematic approach to how things and sequences run and connect.

It integrates with most things, although there are some things I would like to see a bit better connecting with, like project management software. I use Monday.com, and when I update certain items, it would be terrific if it could have the ability to be linked with a specific deal to be able to update the stage to keep everything in sync. So that integration would be great as well as connection with something potentially like Xero to automatically generate invoices from order forms without having to go through Zapier.

Problems I'm solving are: - Automation (both internal and external systems) - Order forms - Contact management - Bulk emails - My referral marketing system is built into this with saved templates One of the benefits has been the time saving element and just a quicker workflow to get some tedious tasks completed quicker allow me the time and mental headspace to focus on what's important in the business.

Very user friendly, easy to understand interfaces, and the email builder seems a bit more functional

Not much, I find it to be so functional for the price. I'm very happy I switched from Mailchimp.

I'm using it to build my local list of networking contacts. The automations have been FANTASTIC and making it all work and the integrations with Contactually(via Zapier) have been great as well.

The simplicity and the huge list of integration. AC is our marketing hub and not only a email marketing tool.

Nothing to be honest. Maybe the pricing is scaling too fast more contacts doesn't mean more revenues.

Marketing automation!!!! Its saving us so much time.
