Generating the widget is very simple, the tool guides you through all the steps. Implementing it on your website is also very simple. give a good service to the user of your website

the customer support service is not very efficient. There have been basic questions that they have not been able to answer me.

What do you like best about Userlike?

I love this tool since you can provide customer service using a live chat. We can also respond to customer demands without the need for more staff, since the chat agent can handle 3 to 10 chats at the same Time with the right functions.It is ideal for communicating with customers, The interface is incredibly comfortable and beautiful, fully customizable and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I would have loved a version of userlike for mobile, but in general all the features of the program was to my liking, I have not found flaws in the application.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

He offered me an intuitive chat service on our websites, a digital communication channel that helped improve the contact experience and customer service. It is easy to integrate, it is a very simple tool to implement, it can be integrated into Other messaging channels.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Userlike is a real-time chat or live chat software ideal for customer services, where multiple functions are offered in a very easy and direct approach, making the software easy to use. Quick and easy communication with customers directly through the website. Userlike provided the answer in a simple interface that can be installed with a line of code, texts can be customized, translated, work times can be defined, excellent support Live chat and very professional.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

sometimes you have to eliminate past sections, but in general I don't find another problem.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

I really like the simplicity of the tool in particular. Simply with a few clicks you can start chat sessions on your website. The chat panel is optimized for quick responses. It allows good interactions with customers, which increases the conversion rate, fast and easy to use support.

The system was very quick and easy to set up and allows customisation for my site colours. Support team are great too!

When I tried to be available on my Mobile, it would log me out when the phone went to sleep

Only way to have social links added is via paid account... I'm scraping the barrel here though.

Other ways to chat post digital marketing campaigns. People are beginning to look for a live chat symbol rather than a telephone number.

Not fair for me to comment at this stage as I have not invested enough time in the system.

I can help my client manage the system and can supply a robust framework that continues to support them in thier own business. I would like to see a reseller model that I can make profit on.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Easy setup and quick integration with my website.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Lack of mobile integration, so if you ever leave your desk, you are likely to miss some messages. The pricing model is pretty steep.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apart from the limitation mentioned above, I think that the product is great. I have used too short to be able to prove its value.

What do you like best about Userlike?

it's easy using for a base use. I like graphic settings and I like that I can change many settings like colors. I like the prize because it's quite cheap. I'd like to try the business profile for a short period but I can't. I can't say other feedback beacause with free version I can't test the program how I'd want.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I have to pay to do almost everything, the free version it's impossible to use. I prefered having italian language, will be better having more languages. The trial version it's not simple to start. I do this questionnaire but i don't know how start the trial month.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

to reply to customer's answers. It's very important for us replying to ours customers as soon as possible

Ich persönlich finde das Design von ihrem Produkt, Userlike sehr ansprechend. Es sieht auf einer Homepage sehr gut aus und man kann es sehr gut verwenden. Der Kunde kann über das Kontaktformular sehr einfach den Kundensupport erreichen.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Ich finde es schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt Userlike für Shopify zu nutzen - sprich - keine App.

in principle it seems to be a friendly application to create a direct contact with customers and employees directly, in a chat of a pleasant visual aspect

What do you dislike about Userlike?

you must first join all the contacts in order to have conversations through the chat, and having all the clients access to register is a bit complicated

want to resolve the issue of having direct conversations with customers in real time, but now it is very easy to have applications on your phone that resolve the issue of direct communications without being on a computer
