In "Messages" the new message notification stayed on after I had read through all of them.
There are a lot of problems that this platform solves, but first and foremost - it easily organizes and computes your commission on each of the products you're selling. It's also incredibly easy to get in touch with people for questions and they're very helpful with how to fix or sort things out.
Migrating to another platform is always a daunting process, well not with the folks over at Partnerstack. I felt more and more confident with every step on the onboarding process, and so far never heard the word "No". They believe in your brand just as much as they believe in Partnerstack, this brings along a sense of belonging, and they are always there for you. Our developer's implementation has been super smooth. The reason why it's not a 10 is we are still onboarding! As it stands this could be 11!

We are fully integrating Pattnerstack with a number of platforms, such as Hull, Hubspot, Stripe , Litmos (to name a few) that we couldn't with our current provider. Not only is this essential for full transparency, but it definitely makes it easier for all our partners.
Their integration service, attention to detail and organization made setting up the program on a new platform easy and streamlined. PartnerStack provides a great option for managing B2B affiliate programs.
The program has only recently launched, but more flexibility with basic reporting metrics would be useful.
We are growing our affiliate program through PartnerStack. The B2B solution for affiliate programs is not complete with other platforms and PartnerStack is geared toward this emerging affiliate group.
We love how easy it is for our Partners to Join our program, refer and get paid. Partnerstack does it all for us. Plus the Partnerstack team is absolutely the BEST -- super responsive, supportive and as invested in our success as we are.
Because our company excels in marketing automation - we wish the Partner communication features were a little more robust and that you could "clone" email copy from one Partner group to another. But there are some great triggers and we definitely are using them to get the job done.
We already had a mature Reseller channel -- but needed to stand up a Referral channel quickly. Partnerstack was feature rich and made it easy. Plus, being listed in their Marketplace gave us so much access to scale our reach! In just a few short weeks, we already have 700 Partners signed up to our program and are growing quickly.
The support team is absolutely incredible. I've had a few kinks using the platform, but the team is amazing at responding quickly and efficiently. I love the group features as well - it's super customizable and easy to use!
Honestly, the load time between pages is the only thing that make the platform a little hard to use. I also wish there was a place where I could see all my data + the backend of partner's accounts on the portal :) A lot of my partners have been asking to be able to see more information about the leads + deal stage those leads are at! If we could get the integration with our CRM to be more seamless that would be fantastic as well.
Paying out our customers and tracking referrals. The platform does this super well, and we're consistently moving towards a scalable partner program ! Partnerstack is definitely the foundation of this.
Partnerstack is a super intuitive and easy to use platform that allows our partners to easily submit deals and drive business while also having the flexibility for unique and one-off configurations or processes. Even more importantly their support team and success managers are the best I ever worked with in the SaaS world. Whenever I have an issue their support team gets back to me with a resolution within an hour and our CSM takes our feedback to heart and truly works to give us the best experience possible. I was feeling a bit frustrated with a few things and just the other day received an email that they have taken all partner feedback into account and are updating the UI/UX of the platform to directly address these issues. That is how you run a business to keep your customers around.
A lot of my frustrations are being addressed in an upcoming initiative to improve the UX/UI of the platform. We've heard from some partners that tracking the rewards/payouts is a bit confusing at times and I've found some of the lead management capabilities to be slightly lacking however all of these are being improved over the next couple of months.
Partnerstack allows our partners to easily refer their deals to us to grow our agency channel revenue stream. Through the messaging and resources function we are able to communicate to our partner network in one fell swoop and consistently push sales enablement and product update content to help them be the best partners they can. While we have not yet implemented the Marketplace at our company, I am very excited to do so in Q1 as that will offer yet another area for people to find us and help drive revenue.
The platform supports all partner types, has a good native integration with Salesforce and is nimble enough for a relatively quick implementation. Most importantly, the Success and Support teams are incredibly effective and responsive.
At this point, the number one feedback item for improvement from our partners is revenue share reporting.
1) . Partner deal registration - to include partners with multiple roles - with automated routing to sales representatives. 2) . Revenue share payouts to referral partners.

Easy payout process
So far my experiance with partnerstack has been fairly good. The platform is easy enough to learn and use. I haven't had any real issues with it so I have no reason to stop using it.
I dont have anything negative to say about partnerstack. Its the only platform of its type I've used so I dont have much to compare it to. I'm happy with it though.
Its how I get paid as an affiliate.
Easy to use, easy to manage partners, and a user-friendly interface that makes running a partner program a breeze. They also have an incredible community and partnership resources that show they are invested in your success as a partner manager.
The reporting is a bit lacking, as well as the in-app email capabilities. If both of those things were improved, this would certainly be a perfect product. But they are both at least usable.
Partnerstack helps to solve partner attribution and payouts for partners, as well as reporting on which partners are performing the best.
It's pretty easy to use. We found that several of our affiliate vendors were already on PartnerStack, so that was convenient.
There doesn't appear to be a way to pay out available affiliate commissions to your bank account automatically.
It provides a 'done for you' system for tracking affiliate commissions. It makes it easy to onboard a new vendor and automatically generate referral links and track new referrals.
Connecting to different service to be able to recommend them to clients and ear benefit from it. having the payment processing option intergrated in it is a plus.
that there is no marketplace where businesses can post their requirements. This way consultants can see the requirements and seek those customers. It also not very user friendly.
to become a reseller of the services and suggest them to potential customers. Making commissions from the suggestions is a big plus. knowing other services is also beneficial

That it doesnt give more payment options and only two ( Paypal and Stripe both banned in my region)

I like that I'm able to have one login for multiple affiliate and partner programs under PartnerStack. I've become accustomed to their dashboard, features, etc., so that when I sign up for another partner program that uses Partner Stack there is no learning curve.
I know that they charge a fee that is cost-prohibitive for some companies. It's happened more than a few times that we've had our partnerships migrate off of PartnerStack to another that does not charge a transaction fee or was more cost-effective.

I find the range of affiliate offers on PartnerStack is both unique and pretty good. Lots of SaaS and useful business tools for affiliate marketers to promote.
Reporting took a bit of getting used to since you have to shuffle between different programs, but once you get used to it, it's a breeze.
I've found many affiliate networks don't have SaaS/business development tools, or at least not to the extent PartnerStack does.
