Impact has easy to use interface and flexible function on calculating commission, which provide customers reasonable commission rate by product categories and event types.
It will be better if the network can be expanded in Canada.
The dedicated account manger and support team provide quick response and great customer service.
Impact is a straight forward platform, with exponential capabilities. Not only that, but the team on Impact is extremely helpful. This platform has truly helped expand our business and open up new opportunities for us. It's a great way to see ways we can improve and advance our strategies.
At first, it was hard for us to get a handle on the platform as there is SO much information to be absorbed. It's great to have such a robust platform, however it's definitely a challenge at first and can be a bit overwhelming. Definitely no real concrete issues with Impact - once you get a handle on how to use the platform it's great.
Financial planning and analyzing our business has been the biggest way we are working through problem solving with Impact. It keeps our team on top of things and in the know.
I love the flexibility Impact offers to clients! There is the ability to look at data in many ways. Impact's UI is much more intuitive and user-friendly than other networks.
It is hard to do comparisons for multiple date ranges.
Partner grouping is very helpful! Allowing e-commerce brands to watch the evolution of their programs.
All of the IO options available within Impact make managing a complex payout structure for our client very simple. Their team is always willing and able to support us should we have any questions or need additional training.
When viewing a contract term, the network seems to cache the view and you cannot subsequently see another term unless you first navigate to another section of the site.
We have benefited from being able to easily customize reporting with the KPIs most important to our team. A number of other networks do not allow for customization and sharing of reports.
The ease in scaling and onboarding partners to the program and the ability to send unique contracts to various publishers.
It took a long time to integrate the program. Be sure you leave ample time and have the right technical people working on this project

I don't have any strong gripes. There was a bit of a learning curve to understand the functionality of Impact, but our POC at Impact, Ryan, is always available to answer questions and walk us through different features.
We are mobilizing other mission-driven organizations to spread the word about our alternative way to volunteer. The Impact platform allows us to efficiently manage many partners in one place.
I like that there is a dedicated team that is able to answer my questions whenever they pop-up. I also like that Impact is continuously taking feedback and using it to improve their product offering. The interface is easy to use and I like that I can quickly switch between my different clients.
There are certain instances where if I press forward or backwards I will have to reload my selections.
Impact allows me to look at my client's data and to narrow in on trends. It gives me a high level overview but allows me to drill down almost everywhere that I see necessary.
The API seems to be fool-proof once setup properly.
No way to search your partners by email address. Seems like this would be an easy fix but it has been years and still nothing.

The best thing about is Impact is the customizability. No matter your attribution or crediting needs Impact can help you, help your partners.
The reporting filters are not so great. There are simple things like AOV by partner that are missing. It seems like since the overhaul of the UI the reporting suffered as a result.
Impact has met all of our tracking and attribution needs at scale. Previously, we were with a traditional network and doing things like custom IO's and tailored commissioning logic was just not possible. Not to mention it was getting expensive. Impact solved all of those issues and allowed the company to save serious dinero in the process.
The feature that I found the most useful was the ease of use along with easiness involved with implementation.
I was not a fan of the layout, and felt it could have been a little more appealing for users.
I was able to activate license keys. One of the benefits I realized was security and time management.

Started using impact radius after a program I worked with made a switch to impact radius. I love the fact that they allow you track every click and transaction or action on your affiliate link which is unlikely in most affiliate networks. They have one of the most comprehensive affiliate programs with lots of big names and brands you can work with in every niche. Their support is top notch too. With easy access to the different brands you work with and impact radius if you have any issues. Really enjoying my time using impact radius. Can't wait to see how I up my affiliate game with them.
Nothing much so far. Need to keep using it to discover more cons. As for now I'm enjoying my stay here.
Tracking has been an issue. Now I can see every action on my affiliate link. This gives me confidence to promote without the fear of not being credited. The support is top notch too. The inbuilt chat feature that allows you to chat with brands make affiliate and brand relationship a lot easier.
Many brands available for affiliation and that i like.
More than one website should be allowed and different-different brands should be allwoed to associated with more than single website under single account.

Chat and support function, training tools,
whenever there are new releases, there are functions that are affected by the change. NOT SO GOOD One example, when I approve Action Enquiries thru Pending payout (check the box, drop down Action and Approve) or even when it is done as bulk approve (FTP), the sales will be seen as soon as you refresh the page (kinda real time), but now it is noticeable that it will take a while (probably some 10 mins or more depending on how many the transactions are) for it to reflect. GOOD: It also noticeable that when I do Bonus Make Good or payment Funds transfer, it reflects as soon as I am done with uploading it which is good.

The accuracy of data that is generated from sales, actions, clicks, etc. It gives a clear overview on partner performance and productivity for us to make calculated decisions on working closer with our affiliates.
I wish we could extract our partner's following/audience size in a CSV so we can import that information into our marketing console platform (Airtable) to document our partner's information for our department.
We are able to track the profitability of our YouTube channel (zero commission contract structure) to report our own efforts using the same platform that our partners use as a case study/revenue tracker.
