I really enjoy how clean the software is. It flows as you would expect it to.
There is no trial to test their job posting to the job boards.
Job Management
In the Zoho Recruit, I liked the resume parsing feature the best. It saves lot of time adding manually candidate data into the system from a soft copy of the resume.
So far as the dislike, I do not see any issues at this moment. Pricing could be little more less.
Zoho Recruit is a very good ATS system with many useful features. All features were developed nicely considering the requirement for a recruiter and tracking of the applicants status.
As a startup small business, I love Zoho applications because I don't have to think. They all have a similar look and feel, I can try them out to see if I like them, and they just work across all my different devices.
I wish there was a way to capture basic screening and interview questions for a candidate so interviews can be similar..
Managing candidates, interviews and results.
Zoho has an easy to use interface, and has the ability to integrate with more 3rd party programs that other ATS solutions I've evaluated. I'm a one man show recruiting software, and it has all the the tools I need to help power my operation.
I believe I'm only scratching the surface of the capabilities and I haven't been able to find anything that I truly dislike.
Activity documentation redundancy. Inputing LinkedIn candidates into my own trackable database.
I am new to using softwares like these, and zoho is so simplified and easy to work with. Great work Zoho!! Keep it Up!!

It has made our Recuitment related work easier.
We enjoy using Zoho Recruit for all our job postings and staffing requirements. We love the integrations for Indeed and LinkedIn. The social media integration is also a great feature.
Nothing that I can think of, however the careers page is basic and could have further improvement.
It is an excellent recruitment tracker, for job posting, applicant tracking and interviewing.
We spent quite a bit of time searching for a suitable CRM for our startup recruitment agency. We looked at a number of the big players but were put off by the cost. Our experience with Zoho is one which has proved to excellent value for money. The product is really good value for money and they are very few features which we feel it is missing. We have used some big named CRM systems in the past and feel this is a comparable product at a significantly lower price.
As of ow everything is fine with zoho and we have to use this regularly to check its service

The job posting board, can easily track open jobs, whom it is assigned to, status etc.
I think it would be extremely helpful if there is a training on how to use the product. Or there might be one already which I may have missed.

I have only worked on very old ATS programs and this being my first "up to date" ATS is absolutely amazing the things I can do with it. Its customizable for all my needs and so easy to navigate. I would recommend this ATS program. It definitely makes recruiting alot more organized.

There isn't anything that I can honestly say, "I dislike" - I like to keep it simple, and Zoho does that well.
We have an "Applicant" Tracking system... but, nothing to manage dormant or passive candidate relationships... Which is HUGE in our industry! So, it's a simple tool that, for us, is the in between.. ATS / Passive Candidate management

Candidate and clients aren't linked. they are two different section but no releations

I tested several alternate systems to check the resume parser with several languages, including Portuguese and Spanish. From the tested solutions Zoho Recruit was the one that I was able to get acceptable results with Portuguese and Spanish, also.
I would appreciate if the resume fields could support the resume translation in more than 1 language (e.g. Portuguese and English).

It does a lot for a free system. Helps track candidates, jobs, and contacts.
Some fields don't seem to be specific to recruiting terms. Does not have bill rate, contract length, etc in job openings.
Tracking which reqs are most important and organizing those while connecting to clients.
I love that I am able to customize each screen to make it more efficient and effective.
I wish I could parse more resumes at a time.
CRM and Recruiting
So easy to use. Cloud base. Extremely flexible and could be fine-tuned. No need to have special people who will admin the system. Zoho's support team are also very good and do everything they can to solve the problems.
I'm from Russia, and not all features in system works in my region (SMS, call-center, job boards integration).

We've been recruiting since 2001. The Zoho Recruit platform has been the easiest to tailor so far. It keeps communication between our different offices smooth and it's reduced our operating costs.
If we could add customization to a candidate's profile that was a checklist for how well they match each of the jobs individually, then that would be icing on the cake.
Zoho Recruit has solved the problem of it taking so long to post our open jobs on multiple sites. It's also reduced the time it takes to collaborate between our recruiting staff.
We loved the ease of the product to use and the easy access from any pc/tablet/phone/laptop
We disliked that we couldnt tailor it to our needs ie change tab names etc
We keep the whole of the data for one of our sectors with Zoho and can track candidates, clients, jobs etc easily
We are small today (3 peopel) but think big! Zoho allows us to do what is most important today for us recruit the best talents! Easy to publish and maintain !
Really tough question... may be the interface is sometimes not enough self explanatory. But after a few days you get use to it!
