It's very timesaving, a lot of manual HR tasks can be done by Personio like contracts, e-signatures, reminders for managers during onboarding, about contracts, and way way more. I like that you can adjust everything yourself, you are not dependent on Personio to change your setup.
Some options are not there yet, but you see they are developing very quickly. We really need bi-weekly schedules, and they update us frequently about the feature (that will be implemented soon).

Personio allowed us to centralize all HR related processes at our company. It made on-boarding, payroll, contracts and absences really easy for us. We are saving a lot of time and energy with all processes, helping us to keep track of everything and not loose any relevant information.
We were not huge fans of Personio's recruiting options, as we already had better CRM's for that. Also, the distributions of "add ons" and "pluses" is not the most effective for us, as we don't use recruiting but still have to pay for most of its features.
- Onboardings are smooth and easy-going, making sure that we don't miss any important step on the process. - Filling in and signing contracts electronically is a huge plus or us! - The calendar is also really beneficial, as we cans till keep track of everything and integrate it into our Google calendar

Since we use Personio we are much faster in our Recruiting-Process. Everyone who is involved has access to the information he/she needs. If there is a problem, the support is very good.

I like how easy and intuitive is the usage of the Platform and How complete it is, as I am not familiar yet with all functionalities deeply I can't tell which one is my favourite, but I think is a strong and powerful tool.
It might be a bit complex to use, but I can't say that I dislike anything. I will just take some time. :)

Currently the transmission of data is abit challenging for us (but maybe because its such sensitive date with payroll & Co.)
We didn't have digital files before and were using an outdated software for HR Management that only people who went through extensive training could use. Personio makes it easy for every team memeber - even for managers (not HR) - to use it. It creates more transparency for everyone and gives more ownership to employees. Also, we manage to save time in HR Management and can make our first steps for HR Analytics since PErsonio provides the data.
The easy UI lets you quickly set up the tool and get going with planning your employees.
Some settings are off for different regions but I hope they will solve that soon.

Feedback used to be in disparate places. It's all in one place now that we have Personio, which saves me time and means I can track their development more easily.
So useful to have leave calendars, performance reviews, and personal information all in one place. We recently used this for the first time for performance reviews and the process was so much more straightforward. As a manager, the dashboard helps flag any pending requests so that I can approve them quickly, as well as organise my own leave.
When my reports submit manager feedback, I don't have visiblity on that.
