I love how everything is very streamlined. You are able to integrate so many other systems into Greenhouse and make changes in one click.
I really can't think of anything that I truly dislike about Greenhouse. I use it every day and I feel like it is extremely user friendly.

Something that is truly amazing about Greenhouse is how each month they bring have new features.
I wish there was an app for the internal employees so they could apply through an app, and do referrals all from the app.

The platform enables recruiters to organize and track candidates effortlessly. From initial application to the final hiring decision, Greenhouse streamlines the entire process, reducing the chances of oversight and ensuring that no promising candidate slips through the cracks. Also, you can share a lot of information with different users and make everything transparent (when it has to be, of course)
For users who are new to applicant tracking systems or those accustomed to a different interface, there might be a slight learning curve. While the platform is generally user-friendly, some users may take some time to get accustomed to its features and functionalities. Also, for some users, the level of customization might be overwhelming.

Also, the platform facilitates better communication and collaboration among hiring team members and recruiters. Greenhouse collects and analyzes data throughout the hiring process, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies.
I like that it is easy to work in and the Search field is intuitive especially if I'm looking for a candidate that I don't have a first name or last name for.
Running reports is a little difficult for me - I think i just need a little more training

The User Experience is the best. It follows the logical path for managing recruitment cycle. It is well thought out and clearly developed by developers who understand the recruitment process.
Challenges have always been obtaining real time help. Sometimes using the self hep makes it difficult to understand what is the recommended course of action. It helps to jump onto a recorded trainign to see the suggestion in action. Reporting is still clunky and can use some further improvement. It is sometimes difficultto reconcile the output with what I know is happening.
If hiring is considered a problem... it helps tremendously. Following a logical workflow it is seamless and easy to stay on top of the recruitment. With a focus on candidate experience, it helps keep the recruiter organized and much easier to provide status on current searches to stakeholders and to keep the candidate informed of their status.
Great customer support and user-friendly interface make the hiring process seamless. The system is easy to implement, fostering efficient team collaboration with structured processes. Moreover, the platform's versatility allows seamless integration with various tools for sourcing, video conferencing, and document signing during the employment contract process.
There are some features that could be improved, like the survey; however, I recently learn this feature will be available soon.

Greenhouse has many funcitionalities that I enjoy - the ability to sync with many of the apps that I already use is very helpful.
Sometimes the integrations can be a little clunky, but they keep getting better.

The Support Team is amazing, I get answers to all of my questions very quickly and promptly. Outstanding service. Integration was seamless - super easy. Best ease of use of all ATS platforms.
Some customizable features still missing - Kickoff forms and surveys for example.
Being a solo recruiter on our team, I need the best support in the game and a tool that saves me time and allows me to work smarter, not harder.
I really like how user-friendly it is, and if you're not able to figure it out yourself, the online resources are a really good support. The customer service is also top-notch, always really quick to respond and find answers for you, or make suggestions to the product team for future advancements.
I find reporting very manual and overwhelming, I do wish this was a little more simplified!
Tracking interviews to ensure consistency. The ability to add skills which allows managers to evaluate against them. Simple to use which means TA is able to stick closer to processes. Also really supported and simplified the approvals/offer processes.
GreenHouse is a great ATS that is easy to use and navigate. The customizable features make it easy to tailor the system to our internal needs. We utilize the system daily to navigate our applicants, and the sourcing automation tool has been recently added, and it works very well. The customer support team is great to work with, and there are tons of articles online to help with any questions you have.
Although GreenHouse meets all of our needs, some of the reporting functions would be great to be able to customize around TTF and passthrough rates. In addition, being able to customize the candidate survey would be wonderful to be able to target specific feedback in different functional areas.
GreenHouse allows us to manage our applicants and referrals with ease. It allows for scheduling of interviews, candidate feedback reminders, and the ability to stay on top of our pipeline.

I enjoy how user-friendly Greenhouse is and the customer support you receive if you need help. I have been in many of Andrew's trainings and he is extremely and would not have gotten our company to the place it is without him. There are so many different features that help support not only our team but also the company.
I wish that Greenhouse had more integrations with communications with candidates via email. We use gmail and a lot of times recruiters email outside of Greenhouse. I know that you can import the email chains but it tends to get messy and confusing.

Greenhouse is user-friendly and easy to learn. I use Greenhouse daily and never have any technical difficulties. I love the features that can be used that have helped grow our company without needing to grow the recruiting team. It makes it easy to manager many candidates.
My only suggestion would be to make it available to turn the automations off for a stage transition without deleting the rule.

How there is an activity feed to help keep track of actions you've done with each candidate's process, the integrations are also a great amenity.

The ability to ask tar targeted questions for hiring experience. This helps filter out candidates better.
I really like how easy greenhouse is to use. It allows me to easily manage my positions and candidates. I can set reminders to follow up with candidates and easily keep track of where candidates are in the interviews process with the "Pipeline" tab on roles. Greenhouse also makes it easy to find and pull data for all different parts of the process from time in stage to pass through rates. It allows you to build custom reports and save them making it easy to keep track of any data you may need. The tool's CRM feature is also a very helpful way to track candidates who may not be good for an active position, but could be a good fit for future roles. The allow you to create and customize talent pools to keep track of candidates you may have reached out to or have worked with on past roles. There is also a plug in which allows you to easily add candidates to pools when you find them on other websites like Google or LinkedIn. I would recommend Greenhouse to other companies as their ATS tool as it is something that has worked very well for myself and our recruiting team.
The two main features Greenhouse lacks are searching within the system for skillsets/experience and data around if a pipeline is healthy. I understand this is a ATS versus a CRM, however it would be great if there was a way to search candidates based on skills listed in their resumes. This cannot be done anywhere within the system currently. Candidates can only be searched by identifying information such as name, phone number, and email. The other data point that would be very helpful that greenhouse does not currently present is what a "healthy" pipeline should look like for a role based on similar past positions. It would be great if there was a data feature that allowed you to use specific past roles pass through rates to determine what a healthy pipeline would look like for the fututre. I have manually built something like this in the past and found it very helpful to share with hiring managers and business leaders to help them understand what a healthy pipeline is.
