It was really easy to migrate all communication of the company to zoho. It provide a complete communication package.

Times i have seen the mails are slow hitting my mail box.
With notes, events and tasks i am able to manage my business very comfortable and hassle free. I don't miss out on my appointments and getting back to my customers on time.
This was free to use for a smaller group (up to 10 free addresses) and the whole system made it very easy to monitor and organize all the emails coming in and going out. The pricing is the best I have seen for all that they offer. They were pretty easy to use too. I enjoyed using their services.
The interface was not as nice as some of the other mail clients out there and I wish it were a little quicker. The website is not appealing at all and it does not work as simply with other products I am already using by Google, but it is worth it.
I have been able to manage all of the emails that come in on a day-to-day basis and stay organized. This allows me to monitor the conversations and stay on top of everything. Rarely do I forgot to tend to something now. I can track emails for better client engagement and also make sure my emails are being read. Mailchimp works well alongside this for a dynamic duo.
I like that Zoho Mail lets you connect your domain and have a custom email for your brand for free. I think it's very useful for small and new brands that own a domain and want a professional email but don't have the money yet to pay for other services. Zoho mail works very well and has a mobile app with everything you need so I would recommend it.
I think Zoho Mail is not as easy to use or as intuitive as other platforms like Gmail. It has all the features that you need, but the experience is not always the best, especially in the mobile app. This may be because it doesn't have a lot of integrations with other apps as other platforms have.
Zoho provides an excellent solution for your business email. I started using Zoho because I needed an email with my domain, and it worked perfectly. It was not very intuitive to set up, but once I got it going, it has almost everything you need.
Zoho mail is free for up to 5 emails for your organization which is a good thing for startups. With respect to basic functionalities, it provides more or less everything that you need. Even if your business grows and you want an economical option, you may go with this.
User interface is not that great and intuitive. When you compare it with Gmail or Outlook, the user interface is very dull and not at all customer friendly. That is one area which can be improved significantly. Tagging your team members to make them a part of the email chain is a good feature.
Setting up email service for the organization. Was able to set up the email service with Zoho Mail at affordable cost. Setting up meetings through Zoho Mail is not very easy - this could be improved further.

I have to use Zoho Mail on a regular basis for communicating and reaching out to potential clients and customers. My favorite thing about this tool is how organized it is. There are separate sections for the calendar, notes, bookmarks, etc, and you also get to create your own categories. In addition to having a custom domain, Zoho is absolutely secure and reliable. This makes it a perfect business emailing tool!
I have been using Zoho Mail since 2+ years which provides a platform for the organization to communicate within inbox. It is great for sending professional mails having wide range of features such as including tables, various font styles, customized signature, store notes, etc.
Sometimes its hard to select the receipients name from the droplist in Zoho Mail App. Apart from that, this is simple to use.

Zoho Mail is free for up to five people which could be enough for a smaller business to run their domain hosted email on. The Zoho Mail email client is pretty simple to set up and use as well. There are anti-spam features, just like those of the main email clients. You can use this mail on your phone with the Zoho app which is an added bonus for anyone who checks their email on the fly.
There is not much support for Zoho Mail, but it is not really needed given the resources online and the simplicity of this software as an email client which many people are familiar with. There are of course more features available in GSuite or Outlook, but this can be expected given that the software is free. When I first set up Zoho Mail, I had some issues receiving emails, but sending was always fine. The situation seemed to resolve itself on its own, so I am not quite sure what the issue was with this.

I mainly love the calendar. We can add each other in multiple groups and see each others planning for the day on it. This way we can easily see who has time to pick up an issue on gitlab or plan around it. Being able to add emails to the calender also makes this a lot easier.
I haven't really had big dislikes yet, in the 2 years that I have used zoho. But I guess if I had to pick something, I'd say it is the fact that I sometimes have to 'search' for certain options.
Zoho helps us to check each other's planning for the week and adjust/assign gitlab issues based on that. It saves the trouble of asking around who has time. Of course the main reason we use it is for the mail, but this sure helps to make me love zoho

In this software sometime email take time to load file and create some problem after upgrading the mail client. it does not run in good connections. sometime it is difficult to find some feature. it takes some time to set up work. sometime admin panel is difficult to find and it looks little bit confusing.

The mobile app is not getting notification or pop up when new email comes. The contacts and directory could been imporved. Also if the free users can be like 10 for a organization it could been better small organization.. The notification in mobile is not coming in real time.

Zoho Mail is an application that keeps your email professional by linking your domain name and for free (providing you limit yourself to 5 users). This can be done right from an enterprise level down to a small business level.
There is nothing that springs to mind when trying to conjure up a point of dislike. It functions perfectly as intended which is a great thing.
I'm able to represent my organisation professionally by displaying my domain name in my emails, both on in internal and external level. The quick notes function is particularly useful for jotting down important info on the fly. Synchronising your inbox across both PC/Laptop and Mobile Phone applications is crucial for when you need to send and receive emails but you're not in the office (Really, this is a massive benefit if you have to travel often).
I like what the app has to offer in terms of being able to create a domain and such.
The main issue myself and others seem to come across are the settings when building your domain. The steps becomea bit confusing and if an error is made, you have to reset your settings.
Having a domain is key when running a business.
The most helpful thing about Zoho Mail is that it easily connects with our CRM which allows us to have more data on who we are emailing, emailing campaigns and whether or not things have been opened up or not.
I think some of the downsides to using Zoho Mail is that it takes a little getting used to if you are used to using things like hotmail or outlook products. You have so many opportunities with Zoho Mail that it is difficult to find out all those functionalities if you aren't familiar with it.
Having a better understanding of who my customer I am contacting is is a must in our industry. This coupled with our CRM it has helped immensly

The main look of the application is dated and doesn't look up to the standard of Microsoft Office 365 or google mail apps.
Zoho mail is very quick to use. It feels lightweight and nimble. Users have a good impression of the speed of the application and nearly no downtime!
I like how you can have up to 25 users have a 2gb mailbox for free, allowing small business to have a professional looking mailbox
If you want to use your own mail client you have to pay, otherwise the web version is ok, along with its own mail app for iOS and Android
