I love the ease and simplicity about HubSpot Marketing Hub. It does not take long to learn your way around and it has great features that bring value and business to your brand.
The only thing that I would appreciate in the future is maybe a multiple editor option (similar to Google Drive) to see who is looking at and editing email campaigns and it saving simultaneously. It can get frustrating when you are making your own edits and changes to a draft but someone has the email open on one of their tabs and you get kicked out with none of your changes saved.
We are able to create, track, and monitor our marketing campaigns, grow our reach and engage with our customers on a more personalized level. Email is one of the leading performers that is bringing a lot of attributed revenue and traffic to our site. We can build awareness and reach with our HubSpot Marketing Hub, in addition, to knowing where exactly our users are coming from and how they interacted with us. We have been able to successfully automate customer journeys and nurture our leads to become valued customers.
One of the standout features of HubSpot Marketing Hub that I absolutely love is its seamless workflow creation. With intuitive tools and a user-friendly interface, I can effortlessly design and automate intricate workflows tailored to my specific marketing needs. Additionally, HubSpot's exceptional support team deserves special mention. Whenever I've had questions or encountered any issues, their prompt and knowledgeable assistance has been truly remarkable, responding to my queries within minutes. Moreover, I greatly appreciate the company's commitment to continuous improvement, as they consistently roll out updates and enhancements to their software, ensuring that users like me always have access to the latest and most efficient marketing tools.
While I have found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a highly effective software overall, there have been a few instances where I've encountered challenges with the seamless flow of data between different integrated software. Occasionally, I've experienced issues with data syncing and synchronization, which have led to discrepancies or delays in receiving accurate information. Although these occurrences have been relatively infrequent, they have been a source of frustration and inconvenience. Nevertheless, it's worth noting that HubSpot's support team has been responsive and helpful in addressing these concerns whenever they arise, working diligently to resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is designed to address a range of challenges faced by businesses in their marketing efforts. One primary problem it solves is the need for a centralized and comprehensive marketing platform. By integrating various marketing tools and features into a single hub, HubSpot eliminates the need for businesses to juggle multiple disjointed systems, streamlining their marketing processes and increasing overall efficiency. We get: 1. Full visibility into marketing performance, which helps us make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies 2. Save time with the powerful automation features that enable us to automate repetitive tasks, nurture leads, and deliver personalized content to our audience 3. Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates It helps us simplify marketing operations, provides valuable insights, streamlines processes through automation, enhances lead generation and conversion, and ultimately helps us achieve their marketing goals more effectively and efficiently.
Coordinating our campaigns, tracking all our materials and deliverables, segmenting our lists.
Glitchy, integrations don't work well ( such as zoom)
Coordination, not being able to easily edit our website.
I like the ease of creating email and editing the templates, as well as creating campaigns and all their assets such as: landing page, form, campaign tranking, email nurturing flows, etc.
I see some difficulties in editing email and landing page templates that restrict creativity.
It is easy to do analysis and to have all marketing assets gathered in a single tool. Another facility is that the tool is GDPR compliant and anti-spam compliant.
I like that everything is in one space. You can easily work in it and edit across teams which is crucial for remote work.
The reporting feature I feel could be more robust/easy to use. They do provide great metrics in the individual product lines like social and email but if you could take those statistics and bring it into the reports it would be a much more powerful tool.
It is helping us form gate alot of materials so we can engage with viewers in a more customized way. This has helped our lead qualify status immensly.
Almost every feature of Marketing Hub is what a marketer really needs be it Automation, Email Marketing, Lead management or anything else. I look forward to my work every day.
There are instances where the Marketing Hub isn't flexible enough especially related to Analytics and reporting. I wished there are more options to it and a way to customize reports.
Marketing Hub solves our automation needs, lead management and email marketing and top of that we are able to report on KPIs for our Monthly or quarterly reporting needs.
Everything. All automation reports, user friendly. Workflows, SEO, campaigns etc. Very much user friendly.
Nothing. As a HS expert I don't find any.
It helps us to multi-publish, one-shot reports.
I like how it works woth several othsr outlets. Also how easy and tech friendly it is.
Don't have much but the difficulty in designing marketing pages.
Every way.
The website themes are amazing! Can't believe how well they are laid out and easy to use! With so many choices it is easy to find a perfect fit for me or our clients!
More key words, or searchable terms would make it a bit easier.
Solving website issues for clients. It makes me and Hubspot and invaluable resource.
As a B2B marketer, the best aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its comprehensive platform that consolidates all marketing elements. It offers a user-friendly interface where I can efficiently manage campaigns, advertising, email, content, CMS, social media, website forms, and pop-ups. Having everything in one place saves me a lot of time, lets me measure results, has integrated tactics across channels, and gives me a lot of control over most of my digital marketing.
One drawback of HubSpot Marketing Hub is that its CMS functionality may require web development knowledge to leverage its potential fully. While its SEO module aids in managing content strategies like pillar pages and cluster topics, it falls short as a keyword and topic research tool. Additionally, the Social media module has limitations, such as the inability to include carousels, polls, or other assets beyond images and videos. Moreover, social listening capabilities are limited in scope.
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves several problems for me as a B2B marketer. Firstly, it provides a centralized platform that streamlines the management of marketing campaigns, advertising, email, content, CMS, social media, forms, and pop-ups. This consolidation saves me time and effort by having everything in one place. Additionally, the SEO module assists me in implementing content strategies like pillar pages and cluster topics, while also offering a decent site audit feature. This functionality helps improve my content's visibility and overall performance. Furthermore, the platform's Social media module allows me to schedule posts across different platforms, enabling efficient social media management. Despite some limitations, it still helps me maintain a consistent presence and engage with my audience effectively. While there are areas for improvement, HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to address these challenges enhances my productivity, simplifies my workflows, and contributes to the overall success of my B2B marketing efforts.
The integration with campaigns with social platforms, search engines and any ad campaign is just seamless and gives a lot of tools to better everything.
The fact that marketing contacts have a limit and you have to pay everytme you exceed it. Hubspot has created bundles for this which makes it easier but still it's kind of a hassle for companies with high lead creation.
Information regarding campaigns, lead generation, link with lead assignment.
As a marketer, I know about crafting compelling content that will lead to a conversion, but always a milestone has been to master "the tech stuff". With Hubspot, I don't have to worry about the specifics of setting proper targeting or advanced settings because they already got you covered with that. Basically, I'm able to attribute my marketing efforts properly without doing that much from my end and also set up assets like landing pages in minutes. The dashboard with a funnel design in the ad section is really cool to be aware about closing rates and ROI.
It will never be as powerful as having everything native but It works for what I need. Leads & conversions. My company pays for one of the biggest plans but still, I'm only able to set up 5 audiences for ads there so I end up exporting lists and uploading them manually to the ad platforms. When setting up landing pages since we created our templates over a starter template, we can't access the advanced setting and unindexed a landing page :( When scheduling social media posts you can't schedule reels because it will tell you that you have the wrong specs when using a 9:16 video. Inability to schedule stories and carousels over 4 pics on Facebook and Linkedin.

Is an all-in-one platform, very friendly and easy to use. You can have all your database there and everyone in the organization will know what is going on. Reports are great here because you can build whatever you need.
The contracts are rigid, so if you don't want to keep using HubSpot for whatever reason, you have to stay until it's over. And some features that I consider important are only available for an enterprise license.
With HubSpot, we can easily track every marketing effort and iterate when analyzing the data of what is working and what isn't. So right now we send emails, build forms and landing pages for Ads, and all our content for our blog.
I love the automations and all the possibilities it gives to our day to day routine on cleaning our CRM
That we can only automate sequences in the hubspot enterprise plan
The automations keeps our CRM updated with the correct tags. It also reduces the time our sales team spends with admin tasks. We also use a lot the sequences.
HubSpot's automation features have made our customer onboarding process incredibly efficient. With customized workflows, we can effortlessly create and send automated onboarding emails that deliver a personalized experience to each new customer. This not only saves us time but also ensures a consistent and seamless onboarding journey, setting the right tone for a positive customer experience from day one.
Although HubSpot has made efforts to improve usability and provide intuitive features, some users may still find a learning curve when initially using the platform. It offers a wide range of tools and features, which can be overwhelming for newcomers. While the provided resources, tutorials, and customer support can help overcome this challenge, it may take some time to fully grasp and utilize all the available functionalities.
solves the challenges of streamlining customer communication during the onboarding stage, automating workflows, and centralizing data, resulting in improved efficiency, better customer engagement
The Marketing Hub has helped me schedule emails to so many clients in an organized fashion. The performance tracker helps us see how we are doing and the areas we need to improve for future emails. With the scheduling tool, I can send out my emails even when I am not working, so everything runs smoothly when I am away.
There is no way to schedule a Twitter thread. With Twitter's character limit is is hard to have our content fit in one tweet. We therefore, split them up into multiple tweets within a thread, but because HubSpot does not have this feature we have to manually post them to Twitter.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is allowing us to maintain communication with active and even inactive clients by making sure we can communicate our services/products to them. It easily tracks our interactions and certain client criteria so we are able to target the specific audience we are looking for when running multiple marketing capaigns.
I am very meticulous, and it is crucial that I can keep track of all of my email campaigns. HubSpot allows me to create, see and track all of my work in one contained area.
I have not experienced any downsides, but if I do, I will let you know
HubSpot solves the limits in my reports (much more expanded), I can deliver customer support, and most importantly, it can help me manage my leads in the sales funnel. It also captures lead info which is very valuable for someone in sales
Marketing Hub is incredibly useful for a number of reasons. We are able to have an almost one-stop shop for all things marketing - email marketing, landing page creation, and social media content scheduling. The insights have also helped us improve our marketing strategy.
Marketing Hub is not super intuitive as a beginner, but once you get the hang of it, you will find it very user-friendly.
It solves our need for hosting landing pages, sending out email marketing, and scheduling social media posts in an efficient, productive manner.
1) The simplicity to use and how flexible it is. 2) Everything in one system. We use hubspot for marketing, CRM and customer service and having all of the information in one system is so much better than the alternative and outweigh some of the limitations on functionality. 3) Really powerful tool to automate so many processes and workflows. We probably save hundreds of hours a month and make our small team look much bigger than it is because hubspot workflows do the work for us.
1) Can't create associations and association labels using workflows. Feels like a big miss on our part and really limits some of the functionality. We utilize a third party app that is honestly not great and errors pretty frequently so object relationships are a consistent area to clean up which is time consuming. 2) Custom objects are more limited than I would hope. Using custom object data within hubspot emails and workflows has been more limited than I would hope. It has already improved since we started using it however and I am hoping that more enhancements come in the future as well. 3) Product catalog usage within emails is more limited than I would like. In order to do dynamic emails with a product catalog can't setup custom information need to use hubspot sales data which isn't our order management system. 4) drag and drop email layout/look is pretty rigid but can be worked around by creating HTML files.
Hubspot is our central hub for all sales, marketing and customer service data and the primary tool those people use.
