It's effortless and intuitive to use, I used it to complete a task of my thesis, and the results helped me out a lot.
Probably the cost would be the only issue, but it's understandable, I think it's worth it at the end of the day
I used this for my thesis to evaluate the performance of an app I created, and I realized it was so easy to assess the responses I got
Survey tool features that provide analytics capabilities to slice and dice for deeper insights
Commercials looks little on a higher side on comparison with the other tools in the market
1. NPS Survey 2. Consumer research survey 3. Qualitative study
getting surveys from users and overall statics
Excepting more features in properties...
What problems are you solving with SurveySparrow? What benefits have you realized?
Easiness of the application and UI/UX of the complete application
More options can be added to create different kinds of surveys
I have created surveys and quizzes for my clients using Survey Sparrow
I love the great and simple user experience that survey sparrow provides. It has almost every possible feature too.
I don't have anything to dislike for now.
It's helpful for me to create customer surveys and validate hypotheses. I am using this for user research and quantitative research.
The interface is easy and intuitive. Doesn't take a lot of time to learn. The results were nearly updated in an Excel sheet.
The familiarity among my crowd is low. Also, being a paid tool would probably mean low adoption rate among students.
Forms are interactive and more beautiful, unlike Google forms. So I was able to send out a survey link which surprisingly a lot of people followed through to the end
I love that you can automatically link the survey to a google sheet and it will also notify me and anyone i choose of a new review.
Not much to dislike, other than the other softwares I've been using to accomplish reviews will not allow me to copy and paste the entire review form.
I am getting client feedback and ultimately planning to use the statistics from the reviews for marketing materials AND to also make business decisions based on client needs.
The user experience is incredible, very intuitive, smooth, and sleek.
The pricing can be pretty steep but I can imagine that there are use cases that justify the cost.
I was trying to survey customer satisfaction and managed to do this fast.
The ability for deep customization and complex design changes.
Some of the integrations with Slack and Google Sheets haven't been as seamless and reliable as we would like.
We have multiple use cases from internal surveys to client-facing feedback and website email captures.
Ux is easy to understand, the auto-population of recommended questions is really good
I was looking for more question-type options for ranking questions.
Peer Review for my business
Effective and Efficient. Time-saving. Easy to use and set up surveys.
I do not have any problem using it. Using survey sparrow is excellent.
Timesaving and efficient. Easy to use.
SME offerings accross domains like NPS, CSAT. Inbuilt mailing facility.
When expensive. Should have an custome made option as well irrespective of Ticket value.
NPS automation
The fact that it is so simple to create amazing surveys. They offer precisely what I was looking for. Love their UI and the fact how easy it is to collect the data that I'm looking for. Theor pricing isn't that expensive as well.
One has to spend some time in order to know the functions of this tool. It can be a bit challenging at times to navigate everything.
I work as a customer success executive at a startup. At times I would need to gather some data/information about our product from our customers, and that is when I use survey sparrow, which I feel is very convenient for me.
Survey Sparrow is very intuitive to use. Almost no learning curve. The basic layout is very attractive and integrated seamlessly with my website. Very easy. Great experience.
I wish I could pay monthly instead of three months at a time.
The forms and form apps associated with my website weren't robust enough for my survey needs. Survey Sparrow let me ask questions exactly as I wished, and the user experience for my visitors was excellent.
The product was super easy to use developed beautiful reports and overall gave a great user experience when they were completing the service.
I felt the repetition was not as customisable as survey monkey
We used it for our shorter surveys and showing our teams to focus more on our larger surveys. The ability for this to make surveys and reports easily is amazing
How easy it is , I like how everything is well designed and you can use the platform as if you were just a child
Although the platform as a whole is very polished. I do wish there were a few more integration options with Zapier for example
I love how I can take users answers to put information in my database for each person
I really enjoyed survey sparrow. In fact, I find its options and features better than survey monkey. The person assigned to my file was also very helpful in providing me with a comprehensive overview of the program.
The only thing I disliked about this program and the reason we ultimately didn't use it was that we weren't able to just pay to send a single survey, we would have needed at minimum a 3-month subscription. Since we only need to send one survey each year - employee engagement survey. This program was not feasible for us. In the future, we would consider using this program if such a thing was made available.
We intended to send an employee engagement survey to confidentially get some insights from them.
You can’t go past ease of use. When I was testing SurveySparrow, it was hard not to attracted to the Bot or Chat Survey templates. Like other survey providers SurveySparrow have an abundant collection of attractive templates to set you in the right direction. As a result, they are hard to ignore as one of the best survey tools currently available. Their templates cover a large range of industry: Banking, Marketing, Healthcare, Travel, Education, Community, and much more.
I don’t dislike anything from a business standpoint or usability, but the reality is that the free version is too limited in only allowing 50 responses a month to actually be useful to anyone to really garner any useful feedback in terms of analysis due to the general concept that at least 100 people need to be surveyed to gain any useful statistics. There are currently other survey providers who already allow that minimum of 100 respondents per month.
I used SurveySparrow purely to compare them with other providers.
the pre-design templates and the various methods of requesting the answers ( like drop down menu, smiley faces etc.) The detailed analysis of the results is awesome and so easy to use in my own presentation of the results--- no further work needed on my side!!! EPIC!!!!
There were one or two options that would've been useful-- like a "match a phrase to a picture" function Also when translating to another language, it would've been useful to switch between the translation and the presentation a bit easier --- i had to close the translation everytime and then go check it in presetation mode
I needed a really quick and free app to get some information from my colleagues and i needed it to be interesting enough to engage them. The variety of answering methods and the colourful design made that easy to get them involved and the reply rate was high. Also it was cool to have the translation option since I needed it in multiple languages and this was such an easy was to do this.
I like that there are lots of ways to engage an audience, different ways to format a question, etc. Also the option to customize branding. Its much more engaging and feels more personable than answering a survey through Google Forms, for example.
Identifying which package worked best for us was a bit confusing, and I wish there were more neutral avatars. Ie. not people, but maybe characters or something fun. I feel with 'people' it can lead the people taking the survey to think its from a specific person in the organization, which can be a pro or con to some businesses.
Generating reviews, and building awareness of what people liked/disliked about our service. If they liked it, we can connect them with our referral program right away. :)
