Podium allows us to send and recieve texts to our customers and our construction managers, which helps us manage our jobs much more efficiently.
Hopefull someday they will incorporate group texting in Podium.
We were not getting many reviews because our technicians wouldn't ask customers. I've been sending them automatically since August 2023 and we have more than doubled the amount of reviews we had.

What I like best about Podium is the ability to connect with our customer via text. I love the generated text which makes responding to customers a lot faster.
The only thing I dislike about Podium is that they don't integrate on ServiceTitan and you have to go to either the Podium website or Podium app on your phone.
Alot of our new customers do not like to make a phone call to generate business and they would much prefer to text. So having Podium has made that possible.

Having used Podium for a small (20 employees) and larger company (400+ employees) I can say it is best service for review management in my experience. Not only that, but being able to use Podium as our web chat service and another avenue for client communication (individual or mass texting) has been a huge benifit. It's easy to roll out to the team, there is always someone from Podium availble to help and it's easy to understand.
If there was one thing I would change it would be a direct integreation into our dispatch software, but that would only be out of convience to only have one screen open at a time.
We no longer need to have seperate services for review management, web chats and mass marketing.
The integration not only with our dispatch/invoicing software (through an API) but also the ability to communicate with customer in real time, using our landline as the to/from texting.
Some limitation on frequency of requests and restrictions to user viewability without making open changes to all users.
Podium has helped us to communicate more quickly and effectively with any of our customers. People are not as likely to respond to a phone call but at certain times, but a text is quick, easy, and effective. It allows the customer and the user to communicate when it's convenient for everyone.
We are very pleased with the number of reviews podium has helped us generate. We also are happy with thereminder feature that is sent to our customers the day before their appointment, it has helped reduce forgotten appointments significantly.

Podium makes answering questions from clients super convenient and easy to use! We love the webchat feature and have gotten many new clients from it. Our customer support team is quick to respond and resolve any issue we come across (which aren't many). The onboarding team makes implemantion to new locations quick and easy. It also very simple to integrate our client list and marketing contact lists into the system. We use Podium all day, every day - even on weekends and after hours!
There are occassional glitches with sending bulk messages but other than that Podium is a seamless, easy to use platform that has increased revenue across all 9 locations we have incorporated this into.
Podium has helped decrease our number of no showed appointments because clients are able to respond to our appointment reminders if they need to reschedule. It is also making it more convenient for clients to reach out during times when they aren't able to call the office.
I like being able to connect with current and potenial customers through texting. I also like that multiple people in the office or in the field, can be logged in at the same time and everyone can see the texts. I can easily view and respond to reviews. I use Podium daily and can use it from the office or from home.
I really have no reason to use Podium for contact database or to collect payment from customers

I love Podium. I' ve been using this software since 2017 and it has never disappointed. It's a useful tool for communicating with customers and mostly for getting more reviews. Team members find it very easy to use and navigate. Overall the program is one of the best I've found.
It is clunky if you have multiple Google Business Profiles that you are managing.

The ability to have conversational style text with our customer including pictures
The way the app refreshes isn't always convenient. It sends messages to the general folder and I can't always see them unless I click out of the message I am on. I will sometimes use my phone even when I am at my desktop because it updates with messages faster than the desktop app
I had a problem with my previous service being able to send critical pictures to and from our customer base.
