HighLevel is a comprehensive sales and marketing platform designed primarily for agencies, consultants, and marketers. It offers a variety of tools including CRM functions, social media management, pipeline management, and automated marketing capabilities, all within one integrated system. HighLevel's distinctive feature is its white-labeling option, allowing agencies to brand the platform as their own and offer it to clients under their name, enhancing their service offerings and potentially increasing recurring revenue.

The support is very helpful and they usually respond within a few minutes. It is amazing how many features there are available in HighLevel, with a CRM, an expansive marketing platform, and a website/funnel builder all rolled into one, with features specifically designed for agencies.
The interface is slightly unintuitive although it is being constantly improved, and I would prefer for there to be more pricing options.
Helping my clients use automations to take their old contacts and get them in the door. It is also helping with other automation and reputation management.
The community os super helpful nd friendly, especially Kassey
hard to navigate to get help , hard to find out who all the agencies and users are and what they do with the solution
I work with businesses to improve their profit and Value, I think GHL can help and the expansion plan is to work with GHL agencies to help our clients grow
HighLevel is a powerhouse of a CRM system. It has a huge variety of functionalities and is constantly improving and growing. Within the few years that I have been using it, they have rolled out comprehensive workflow features, a social media planner, website builder, and more. My favorite part is how easy it is to create, set up, and send out email/texting automations. We use HighLevel entirely for planning our webinars as well, from building the landing pages, to setting up workflows and email reminder automations, adding registrants to our pipelines, and advertising it via the social media planner. It easily integrates with Zapier so we are able to hook it up to our other platforms as well.
There are a few features that seem like they should be obvious but that are not available as features yet. For example, the ability to embed surveys into emails, filter contacts by the exact date they were uploaded, view conversations that are still pending a response, make outbound calls, the ability to automatically detect duplicate contacts in the system, etc.. Once these little bugs are addressed, it'll be a perfect CRM.
HighLevel solves a number of issues at our company. The biggest is that it eliminates the need for multiple expensive software. We are able to complete a bulk of our daily tasks within HighLevel and that saves us tons of time and money. It helps us with prospecting, email sending, automations, building landing pages, social media planning, pipeline management, and more!
I love the fact that so many different tools are located in a single platform - pipleline management, calendar and scheduling, CRM, etc. I also really appreciate how much customization you have - it's virtually limitless when it comes to your pipeline stages. The ease of building triggers, email and text templates, etc. is better than any other CRM tool I've ever used.
It is fairly technical - the learning curve is fairly involved, and sometimes what you're looking for isn't in the most obvious place.
As a solopreneur, being able to streamline the number of tools I use is both a financial and efficiency necessity. From my experience over the past 6 months, High Level has the capability of working with me right now and growing with me for the foreseeable future.
I love most how it makes things easier the process for integration, automation and bring everything in one place. As a result, it saves time and money bringing all in one.
I think it has fewer available options for the funnel and website sections. I struggled while designing landing pages for the businesses, specifically the mobile version.
Listing down the benefits 1. Creating a landing page with fewer technicalities. 2. Marketing and Automation 3. Saving money and time 4. Managing multiple clients.
Lots of features and a quick development cycle means that it can easily replace 80%+ of your current marketing tech stack. The fact that you can white-label it, customize it for your market, and then sell it as your own custom-branded solution makes it a game-changer!
Because there are so many features, there are times when a functionality is released without being as complete as the competitive solutions in the market and then the focus is shifted to a different functionality. It can take a while before some of the loose ends are cleaned up.
I like using HighLevel as the all-in-one solution - especially for local service businesses and solopreneurs. Everything from the CRM to website to social media marketing is designed to work in tandem and give you a 360 degree view of your lead opportunities and clients.
I love their white-label program. It is, without a doubt, the very best tool I've seen to increase the scalability and profitability of a digital marketing agency. If you are still running your agency with services as your only source of revenue, you are missing out.
Their interface is a little bit clunky. That isn't to say the software lacks features. Instead, it isn't as pretty as some more mature apps.
It saves me from having to use a bunch of disparate software apps.
HighLevel has a Twilio integration - it's a must if you need to be able to make calls from your CRM. All calls are recorded within the customer profile. My favorite thing about Twilio is that you can buy various lines so you can call clients from the same state they live in.
I have yet to figure out a way to connect email threads sent in team members' individual gmails to the customer profile. Text and calls are great, but an integration with Gmail would be amazing so all communication can be tracked in one place.
HighLevel is the core tool in our business stack that allows us to maintain and keep client records organized and up-to-date. It also gives us business lines to use for outbound and inbound calls.
It's an opportunity for someone to sell it as a white-label SaaS or include as part of their own marketing bundle and have all leads and opportunities tracked in one white-labeled dashboard.
It can take a bit to setup and get right and the email system used is only Mailgun, as far as I was told by their support, although their website also mentions Mailchimp which is much more solid email automation platform than Mailgun. Honestly, the email setup was the dealbreaker for me as I could not sell that to any current or potential future clients. They even know about the delivery issue themselves very clearly.
The benefits I was hoping to realize was that I had a lo price marketing automation product for small and micro-business clients or prospects that they could utilize and could upsell our services from there as these businesses grow. There are some features that are included that could potentially save you money.
We really liked the Facebook integration and the way the forms flowed into patient opportunities. We also really liked the text automation went out when a patient did not schedule an appointment.
We really did not like the difficulty in tracking what opportunities were won/lost. We found that we often had to intervene manually when a patient wanted to reschedule an appointment or had questions. This required us to be logged in constantly in order to monitor and manage the leads quickly. We also did not like the fact that we could not use our pre-existing phone number as the number attached to our HighLevel account.
We solved the bulk of patients who did not like speaking on the phone or didn't have time to call us to schedule a new appointment.
This platform is pretty powerful with a lot of cool features meaning you can ditch a lot of other platforms
Terrible support - keep getting triaged to zoom rooms where I am told we can't help we will esculate your exisiting ticket (3 times!) Have not been able to use the SMS functionality due to an issue, no resolution or help or contact with tech support just raise a ticket then no action No complaint process Very expensive (considering I have not been able to use a large portpotion of it) a lot of add-ons super pricey for start ups ALL tutorials are using an out of date interface very hard to follow Not terribly intutive to use menus are all over the place
Potentially CRM but I am exteremtly disappointed on not being able to utilise SMS due to tech issues still not resolved after 3 days
High level has lots of promse for a platform that can do many things. I did quite a bit of research and looking at different platforms to see if it could be a good fit for a start up agency. The thing I liked the best was the white labeling of all the products.
The customer service for billing issues is aweful. I had some issues with billing and then ultmately ended up cancelling the account. I was promised to have the issues resolved but emailed, called and filled out the chat and it still isn't resolved after 3 months. Highlevel pays out 40-50% in commision to affiliates so guessing they don't have great service in place to deal with issues.
We didn't start using all the features so can't comment on how well everything worked. We were still in the process of setting up the account as there we were getting the website finished and other projects done when the billinng issues started.
Nothing. Their advertising is great! But the moment you try to start digging in it's a scam that's even worse than ClickFunnels.
HighLevel is the worst and most disorganized platform and team I have ever experienced. If you can believe it, this is worse than ClickFunnels. It's horrible.
No problems solved. HighLevel makes everything worse.
The reps on the phone were friendly but never followed through.
Worst experience dealing with a marketing automation/crm system in my life and I've worked with 15+ systems. Support was great when you could get a human but after almost 3 weeks of them trying to solve just 1 of our 25 issues I finally canceled because there was no communication, no matter how often I reached out to them. I personally lost $1000s in payments to my web developer, not to mention they almost made me lose my largest client. Very disappointing. I think this is the case of a tech co growing way too fast and not being able to keep up with their customers.
None, we switched to Zoho
One of the worst decisions we've made as a business was to connect high-level to our Google my business account. We've been working for weeks to try and disconnect high-level from Google my business. It is very difficult to get in touch with anybody and the people you do get in touch with are unable to help or provide you with a higher level tech-support to help solve issues.
I don't like the third-party sister company lead connector because I can't get it disconnected from Google my business. We are not receiving messages and cannot disable to service. It does not work as advertised, and there is no support does capable of helping us of an issue created by their service.
Honestly, the only thing that high-level has ever done is create problems for our business. And the problems they've created seem to be something they cannot resolve.
HL has a lot of promising features and seemed to be a single tool for many solutions.
I found that most of the tools were glitchy, especially the email and text functions. I paid for a premium set up which was $300 dollars and they really only set up my company location information and a generic landing page template. My onboarding call was awful. The rep left the call several times to blow his nose and was rude the entire time. I'm still getting billed by them even though I cancelled my account. Customer service refused to help and takes weeks to respond.
None that I am aware of. They present as though they solve a lot of problems but they created many problems for me.
Nothing about gohighlevel do I like. It is not user-friendly at all. there are way better options out there. Gohighlevel is raw! Not good for business owners.
Too many features lacking for SEO. If you are a newbie SEO, or someone who does not know SEO, Gohighlevel is a nightmare. Their blogging feature is yet to be launched. A lot of things are not yet ready. Why launch then? Business owners are better off with WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, anything but this!
Problems that highlevel is solving>? NONE. They ARE the problem.
I like that the product has many features and is priced fairly. I signed up as an affiliate, and recommended the platform to a client who trusted me and signed up as a user. That client is now very disappointed in the time and money wasted trying to make it work. After this experience, I will not feel comfortable recommending Go High Level again.
I really, really wanted to use and love Go High Level. A very bad experience is forcing our company to find something else. The promotion for the product touts easy setup, but this is not true in our case. Multiple team members, including our I.T. department attempted to integrate our email after watching the training video and following instructions. After contacting customer service through their web chat (which we learned was a team member from the sales department) we were told "well - you can just buy the "done for you" set up for $299. After 10 days of trying and back and forth messages with the support team who kept telling us "it should be fixed now", the problem still existed. Our issue was finally escalated and they offered us a Zoom meeting - but didn't have any appointments for 2 business days. Today was that day. They no-showed for the meeting.
None, because we are unable to use it. We wanted to use it for CRM, automation, pipeline and more. Unfortunately, we need to choose another product and no one at Go High Level seems to care.
All the features are great and simplicty of the system. There are a ton of stuff but they do make it simple to learn and execute with their support.
There are some fees coming, that was a little bit of surprise when I actually started to run cmapaigns. I knew there would be fees but they can add up. Nothing to crazy but just be careful.
They are combining more than 12 different tools and software programs into one and giving us the ability to build a business and help other busisnesses.
