Instapage is great for hosting landing pages and integrating with other software. Their support documentation and support teams are incredibly helpful if you have a question or need support in integrating with a software that is not already built into the Instapage product. The UI is intuitive and simple, but also allows for complexity if you want to code your own html or use a webhook to integrate with other software

Their direct webhook form functionality only allows you to send text/string data types. I reached out to support for help with this, as I was trying to send integers and they provided multiple different suggestions that got me to the right solution.

It allows our marketing teams to host landing pages without direct tech and development costs. Also allows us to A/B test landing pages and optimize for specific results.

One man can handle with out any backend developer requirements, just need some design and basic knowledge, we can save some man power.

Designing and creating the landing page is fairly simple. Drag and drop system that works well. We haven't had many hiccups at all. Adding css or custom html is easy as well.

Pricing isn't very transparent if you need a large number of landing pages. The basic plans are laid out, but anything over the basic number is hidden and you have to guess if the number of pages you need is worth it. Analytics could be a little more robust as well

We run Google ads to dedicated landing pages that are built to match our ads. Having this capability has let our Google ad score rise and made our CPC go down significantly.

Instapage has made the process of creating landing pages easy for anyone. From our beginners to our advanced team members, we have been able to design great-looking pages that are effective at converting and bring a great ROI. The usability of instapage is easy, functions well for the most basic needs, and allows us to create pages to our specifications.

We would like to see more customization options, the platform is limited in its usage, and the most recent updates have caused some annoying glitches that cause the screen to jump around.

We use instapage to see where designs are not working well and make the necessary adjustments. It allows us to see the results and get a better ROI for each of our clients.

Productivity. It’s quick to pick up for new team members. Page speed is so important and the Instapage framework is fast and consistently beats client pages in other platforms. Ability to add features with custom code.

I like using Instapage as it lets me break outside of the conformity of our brand that we adhered to when using our CMS. The online help was also very prompt when I had an issue.

I sometimes get frustrated when using the mobile design and some of the elements are not where I would imagine them to be (based on the desktop design).

The issue is that my chosen font isn't displaying properly due to an issue with the Adobe API. As we have a standard brand font, it's a shame as we need to keep consistency across all content.

Lead management is the best. From dashboard overview to download and deletion, the working process has been designed with excellence.

Nothing that I dislike but rather some areas for improvement, purely subjective. For example, introduce dark mode in the GUI and single sign-on capability.

Our marketing team has little to no coding experience. So it was important for us to use a landing page tool that was simple and intuitive to use, an Instapage was just that. They were creating webpages right away with barely any training on the platform. It allowed them to focus more on what they do best. Also, Instapage's support team has always been very helpful and responsive when we've needed their help. Issues are resolved quickly and professionally which is all I can ask for.

It's not the fault of InstaPage, but we were never able to successfully leverage the Personalization and Experimentation pieces of their platform. Those two areas did not come naturally for our team, and required more effort to implement than we could muster.

It solved the problem of no-code web page creation for our team of graphic designers. It allowed us to spin up web experiences quickly, outside of our platforms templated pages.

Ease of use! It's very much drag and drop and I love that you can save different elements and use them later. I have used Instapage with several companies for marketing purposes when I need to spin up new pages quickly.

I've had issues with some of their integrations, specifically Autopilot when I need robust data mapping functionality. However overall these issues happen pretty rarely.

Often with our Wordpress website creating a new page can be a long process. We create a lot of different landing pages to test specifically for our paid channels, and this enables me to do that quickly on our own domain.

Not much! I would say that it is robust and easy to get along with, and includes powerful options.

The speed of a page load especially on mobile. It's really fast and that's why they charge the most, because speed matters in conversions.

Some of the features are a bit basic and it feels like it's lacking compared to some of the rivals, but it makes up for it in speed. As every second counts.

To quickly create high-quality landing pages and getting leads is easy with the Web UI tool. Overall the UX is great and has never been hard to use. Landing pages are performing extremely well.

The Pricing plan (now Building and Converting) is not transparent on the actual cost. The Converting Plan is essentially individual, and you don't see how the cost will grow. No support for localization -- we have to create different landing pages for every country! No support for GA4 integration. We wished for more easy integration with CRM systems, eg Upsales.

We created landing pages with Instapage instead of using internal development teams. It saved us a lot of time, we became more productive. Also the system for managing leads and sending out notificatons helped us become more effificient.

This has allowed my team to scale and increase the number of custom landing pages for paid and organic marketing campaigns. We can now easily segment audiences with custom content for a better user experience. The landing pages we create in Instapage (no coding required) are housed in our Pardot account and have directly bolstered our conversion numbers in 2021.

My nit-pick is that sometimes the images can appear differently in the draft than they do once published.

The look and feel of Instapage is much better than other alternatives. There are a lot of features like personalisation and A/B testing Their support is amazing to work with and responds really quickly

It is on the pricier side when compared to other tools but also offers a lot more. Sometimes it can copy over the wrong analytics or marketing tags between landing pages

We don't have to code our landing pages or spend time on making A/B tests and personalisations manually. The time to develop a landing page is significantly reduced

Instapage has always had a very intuitive drag and drop builder - probably my favourite of all visual page builders. To compliment this, it has always had a good stack of core native integrations - so you don't always need to go via Zapier to, say, your CRM or email automation platform.

The pricing prohibits many small companies. Ideal instapage clients will have large ad spend, which may not be applicable to all businesses that would like amazing landing pages.

Speed to market is second-to-none. You can have an idea for a lead gen campaign and have something live in under 10minutes and can normally expect (if you follow their template/best-practice) conversion rates of >25%

Ease of use. Building out pages is very simple. Quick load times too.

Plans seem to change frequently. This can sometimes be a bother.

Lead funnels are simplified.

I love the fact that I can design anything I want because of the amazing drag and drop capabilities

Compared to other products on the market, it is way more expensive
