It is a great hub to do many of our essential marketing and keep it all organized for ease of use for our team, such as tracking new leads and the many automations we can set up to save time.

It can become a little overwhelming at times. However, that is to be expected with a program that can do so much. The form builder does need some work - it isn't very user friendly.

It is helping our team to be able to accomplish more in less time. We can offer our customers more, communicate better and stay organized all while doing so.

Like the fact that it's priced based on audience and not on email sends like the others we looked at. The ease of use is amazing, and there are so many features.

I haven't found any parts of the software that I dislike yet. So far, it is so easy to use and user-friendly that it's tough to find a downside.

ActiveCampaign is solving an issue of our past two ESPs both charging by email send. As we got more sophisticated with our emails and automations it cost us more to do business. Moving to ActiveCampaign made it so much easier to move our business forward.

There is not much that I would say I would change about active campaign; I really have not had any significant issues with this platform, all good reviews from myself

The active campaign allows up to touch our clients with emails and then access the data given to us to move forward most beneficially. We always have good data to rely on.

Well, it could be cheaper, but it is not too bad. I would like if text to subscribe were available in cheaper pricing instead of only the higher ones, or maybe I am mistaken about that being the case. I don't know. Sometimes the platform takes a short period of time to load, which could be a little better, but it is normally decent.

Good crm and helps to have the automation. I was using mailchimp for free, but the free version didn't have automation. Their pricing was a little higher for paid version and didn't have as good deliverability as active campaign.

After bringing in other individuals into my business, I can still ensure that my own message and branding comes across by using the automations and tags.

Customer Service & Onboarding. The collective customer success team of ActiveCampaign has had an answer for every question that I asked. Not only an answer, but quickly too!

My biggest frustration is the occasional lag in the product when enter data or updating fields.

The ability to do behavioural based marketing do I can segment my audience and cleverly send emails to different segments of my audience. This keeps my audience happy as they get what is relevant to them and only relevant.

I am yet to find anything that is particularly bad about the software. I would love for it to have affiliate tracking built into it and payment processing that would make it a lot better even though it is already awesome.

It is allowing me to grow an email database, send them emails, segment them, automate a series of emails when people first subscribe to my database and know exactly who is engaging with my emails and the success of my emails - opens, click throughs.

Al principio es muy complicado de utilizar sin un guía o sin ver tutoriales, pero una vez que aprendes está lleno de posibilidades. Mejoraría el onboarding para algunas partes.

There are a lot of email marketing platforms out there but Active Campaign is the gold standard FOR SURE. I love that I can use it to create custom audiences for Facebook Ads, and use it for advanced automation with their integrations (so I can make sure people who have enrolled in a course on Kajabi are excluded from marketing emails about it - automatically). I also love the lead scoring function so I can see who my warmest people are at a glance

It was a bit of a learning curve to set up (mostly design wise haha) BUT the team was incredibly helpful. It just took a bit of time!

Not relying on zapier to connect things which saves time. Also makes my business more money through sales funnels

I like the way the workflow is mapped out and visually simplistic.

An email "start from scratch" still has blocks to delete when you really want to start from scratch. It could be better if there was just one text block.

Helping me solve what is most important to multiple segments of a particular industry.

I had to set up a funnel and had zero technical experience. This part of the funnel was easy and the times when it wasn't, their customer service was there to help.

I have not had a negative experience yet. I wish they would offer at least a limited type of CRM as part of their Lite package.

It allows me to change and update the emails that go out as part of my sales funnel easily. It's benefitting me because I have almost no technical experience, and I feel like I can do this important task as needed without feeling overwhelmed.

The one advantage of this software is its excellent functionality because it can be easy to create project templates without having to go through the process of creating formulas within each file. ActiveCampaign has several great features, but one of my favorites is its great option to personalize the parameters for project management.

ActiveCampaign platform can require high internet, but sometimes it can be a slow internet connection, creating problems with updates. One thing is that it may be difficult to develop complex projects because it may be complicated to modify a project that is already advanced medications in the presentation format.

I can create milestones and goals and set timelines within my department to complete tasks without problems. We can easily view our business progress through this efficient software and quickly and efficiently collaborate with our team members.
