In theory, I like the visibility it provides to visitors on the site, particularly live.
Because I chose to use WIX, the functionality seems particularly limited. While the chat function still works, visitor tracking and CRM integration do not.
I was trying to provide a live chat feature that could be monitored by a small team. That was a resounding success
ZOHO is a cost effective solution interface is good It is good to remember account status and activity done in the past
reminders of activities to do disappear after some times no integration neither with Facebook nor with LinkedIN I do not find it effective to remind me in an easy way what to do today, or in the week, month such as calls to make, bid, expiration dates, etc. sometimes it take a bit too long to get the results of an inquiry I do not have a clear view of what other memeber of the team do every day/week/month, how often they login, how many operation they write/review, so I am not sure my sales team have benefits from it, apart from their own words
I have control of events, offers, contracts made with existing customers I can email promotions to my contacts, tough the limitation of 250 email per day is quite limitating
The feature list is great and gives a lot of options similar to Saleforce
The API was just more limited in what you could do. We were trying to switch over from salesforce but couldn't do all that we needed.
We needed a CRM to replace salesforce cost. The benefits would easily be the cost. It rocks
The simplicity of the product is good. We have 3 chat operators that use it and there's never any confusion about functionality. I like that you can see who is on your website by name (for returning customers), transfer chats easily, etc. I also like the integration with Zoho Desk where tickets are automatically created.
We've had several connectivity issues - our chat widget says we are offline when we are not. Chats come in without any notifications, and are then labeled as "missed" but over 30 minutes later. I watched messages sent to a customer disappear off the screen without warning - some of them returned, others didn't. Every time we reach out to support, they blame the browser.
The ability to connect with our customers in live time is very valuable. We would like to use the chat widget of Zoho Desk for this case, but their widget lacks functionality and looks much worse than the SalesIQ widget. I don't know why they don't use the same one - they are both Zoho products. It makes no sense.
I've tried SalesIQ but not a full-time user. The features have been relatively user friendly. What is sometimes confusing, I've been able to find answers to.
Some features seem outdated or something my business doesn't use entirely making my package less valuable.
Data coalition and targeted marketing are still a work in progress.
SalesIQ is easy to customize and to use.
Everything is great, quite fast to set up and use.
Visibility of the sales, informations displayed...
Its great at identifying users (and repeat users) to your website. You can even automate it to give visitors a ping when they visit a specific page on your site. It also ties in with Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM very well. It was really easy to create a process where every visitor can be automatically filed away as a ticket in Desk or a lead in CRM.
The Bot (for live chat) is pretty difficult to set up. I have used other similar softwares before and they used a drag and drop interface to make it easy. Also the mobile app on Android has some bugs. Sometimes it will keep pushing the visitor alert notification even when you have already responded.
This allows me to interact with leads and visitors on my site that I otherwise would not be able to.
I can easily chat with the online store visitors.
Would prefer more customization options... Like automated FAQ
Chatting with potential customers live and answering their questions on the spot.
Ease of use, was simple to install and never had any missteps along the way
Nothing at all. Even for the novice user it is easy to use
Allows me to interact with potential customers
I like the visitor tracking in a visual funnel, I can show my clients how they can easily configure their funnel lanes. They can engage visitors through interactive chat. The system is well integrated with other Zoho products
No real complains although I wish the chat was in a pop up
Incoming communication from the website have created leads and a means of communication for customers
Several things. I know what IP they are from and also know if they are in my database. It also tells me what page they are on wjhen I see them online on our website.
I do not really have a dislike. on this site
When we run a campaign I can see them and I can see what they are looking for and make sure that I get them to there saleman
I like the way the chat works and I get some good business from it
maybe a bit of work if possible on who is on the website.
I am getting more interest from potential customers for my business and finding it easier with the sales aspect
A simple day design, helpful and integrated modules that work together for a great help for a startup
Everything is very good so far, a more development in the GUI might be a plus
For a new startup company, this platform offers a very good integration that help integrating the newly established departments and new employees easily together to get the gears going
The best feature about Zoho SalesIQ is the ability to speak quickly and easily with potential customers, answer any questions in an efficient manner, and in doing so this helps increase more sales compared to before.
There's nothing really to dislike, easy to implement, good support, good website, easy to manage. Well priced too.
As web designers we are introducing Zoho SalesIQ to more and more of our clients who have dedicated receptionists or secretaries. It means less time on emails and phone calls back and forth with customers, and more directly contact to help them.
The Zoho Sales IQ is easy to set up and you can quickly convert you spreadsheets into a usable web format in very short time. The cost per user is the most affordably priced with the most amount of features. The platform is extremely flexible and easy for new users to work with.
The hardest part has been keeping up with the changes. While the improvements are good, it is challenging when you have gotten use to things being set up a certain way.
We are addressing the data ingestion and data analytics enterprise challenges. It is great for our sales team to have real time access and visibility from a mobile perspective. Leadership has one place to see all the reporting and progress with accounts as things are happening.
The fucntionality is seamless and the interface is easy to use.
There could be a few more options for sales
I was struggling to see my pipeline
I like being able to see who is on my site and following their visits in my CRM. I also like being able to chat.
I wish the tracking could be initiated from manually input information. I know who some users are but to the system they remain anonymous.
We are using sales IQ to analyze effectiveness and reach of all of our campaigns.
The ease of integration with my website creactivekids.com. I can track visitors, gain helpful insights on them and even chat in real time.
I don't have any dislikes, haven't found any yet.
I can know who, when and where when it comes to my customer base, allowing me target future customers more effectively.
I like Zoho SalesIQ because it enables me to have a real time communication with the users of my website and the ability to track the activities those users perform on my website
What I dislike is that it does not work well with some mobile browsers like Opera Mini.
My most problem was to monitor what users do on my website. But with Zoho SalesIQ not only am I able to track but also initiate a chat with them to know their experience while on my site.
I love the fact that I have easy access and control to everything going on in my day to day.
So far, there is not much I don't like as I am still a new user and learning it as I go.
I am solving and sales and CRM with it. So far my biggest benefit...I am more involved and have quick access to everything!
