The dashboard is very useful and you have a lot of features to analyze our data. In my case, I use to read the tracking plans to implement tracking on our application, and it's easy for me.
Sometimes I lost on the dashboard because it's difficult for me to find what I want.

So easy to push events into new platforms, avoiding duplicated work
If you only care about a few integrations, it can be a bit confusing to get the specific information you want

The segment is an excellent tool for giving shape to Raw data, collecting the and sending data from various resources. The best part about the segment is it allows you to re use the raw data.
Sometimes, it creates problems while resuing the Raw data but that also can be managed
We do not have to use multiple tools to share or send the data, it has everything that you need. Integration is also very easy
I find it helpful that your support staff is so quick to respond
I dislike that it's hard to find things in segment

The platform is very effective and practical and also has a great UI and I can find all required settings easily. Also setting up the frontend code is clear
