I do like the interface which is why I chose Sage over other comparable services at first. However the missing services and the poor customer service have made me reverse my decision.
We had a Sage Plus account, many features still say "coming soon". It does not feel reasonable to charge the full price for missing features. We asked to downgrade to the sage standard and were told that downgrades were not possible. We would have to create a new business email and create an entirely new profile.
They offer the same as any other cloud accounting service but less available features. I have switched services since then and have not had the same issues. Sage seems like it remains under development still.
