Very easy to use and cost effective for my business.

Nothing really, everything is pretty easy and it is easy to get help.

I am the sole owner of my business but need to run payroll for tax reporting and Gusto makes this easy and cost effective for me.

The Support team is very helpful. They take care of all paperwork necessary to run payroll and comply with your state's laws. Pricing is best I found for full service. Great for people like me who have no idea how to do payroll and quarterly stuff.

I wish they had a cheaper service for single owner LLC's that just need annual or quarterly payroll for one person.

Solving the problem that I'm legally required to do payroll because I structured my LLC as an S-Corp (to save on self-employment taxes) but I'm totally clueless as to how to do payroll. And disorganized - they remind me when things are do and all I have to do is go click next next next and it's taken care of.

I love how easy it is to use Gusto. I also appreciate not having to worry about payroll taxes.

The price has increased since we first signed up, but that's to be expected.

Gusto is removing the thought of payroll from my mind. As a small business owner, I have enough things to think about and it's nice knowing that payroll and taxes are taken care of.

Gusto is so helpful because of the simplicity of using it and the flexibility the website provides. I also like the fact that you can call them and someone can help you in a time-efficient manner.

The only downside of Gusto is not being able to add PTO on the fly.

Our payroll needs

After I used Gusto, my significant benefit was that I could easily download my pay stubs, so I did not need to ask HR for them.

I can not find any dislike for Gusto because I think Gusto is very good.

Before my company used Gusto, if I needed to get my payment stubs, I needed to email my HR and wait some days to receive them. But now, I can easily download it from the Gusto web page.

I love the ability to pay both employees and contractors with Gusto. The customer support is fantastic, and I've appreciated that Gusto has grown with me over the years to include Benefits support and now the ability to support international business, employee & contractor payments.

It's not the cheapest option on the market, but it is certainly user-friendly. When tax time rolls around and all of my payments have been made or filed or printed for my employees and contractors, I'm grateful to have paid my monthly platform fees to have everything effortlessly taken care of!

It allows me to do all of my HR & Payroll work through the platform without hiring a dedicated person or consultant.

How easy it is to navigate and figure out how to complete the different tasks. I also enjoy the email reminders I receive to update info.

They removed the ability a while a go to sync your teams birthdays and anniversaries to your calendar which was really helpful for our admin team.

I don't really have any issues Gusto is solving, but it's been a great experience managing all my internal employee benefits there.

I love how easy it is to find everything I am looking for on Gusto. I can easily access Time Off, Benefits, Pay Stubs, and more. I have yet to see another platform offer such a great service!

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Gusto. I have had a really great experience overall, and I think it's one of the best tools out there. Happy that my employer chose it!

I am mainly just a user when it comes to Gusto. I don't manage anything for our company on it, but I do find that all of the tools it offers are everything an employee is looking for to get the best experience.

Gusto is an easy platform that gives detailed information related to earnings, PTO, ORGA Chart and other features in a friendly, readable version.

I have not experienced any downfaults with Gusto except when the system is out, which is understandable with technology.

As a user, it allows me to track my earnings, PTO and benefits under one platform and avoiding to use multiple sites to access work-related benefits.

As an end user, Gusto makes it very easy to look up your paystubs, as well as divide your paycheck across multiple accounts (like checking and savings). Vacation or PTO is also easy to monitor. As an Administrator, all you need is to plug in the numbers for each employee a couple days in advance and Gusto takes care of the rest. You can set up automatic vacation or PTO accrual based on your company policy.

End users loved the option to receive some of their paycheck early, but this option was depricated sometime last year. Users were expecting some sort of service live that to replace it, however, I'm not sure anything has come out since then.

As a small business, we were looking for something quick and simple to provide direct deposit to our employees in order to keep up with "the big boys" benefits wise. Gusto has filled that gap for us.

I love how I can move money around, check all paystubs, request time off, etc. Everything Gusto is so convenient for anyone working full time. Paycheck splitting is super helpful too.

There was an option to cash out before payday but that luxury was taken away some time last year. I really liked it in case a bill came up and i was short on money but i've been making it work

getting paid with ease / spilling pay checks, saving money, requesting time off work. I am more productive with Gusto because it makes everything easier.

The system is extremely easy to use even for a payroll/HR novice like myself! Anytime I have a question simple or complicated the Customer Service team is always responsive and extremely helpful.

Last year they no longer worked with Delta or vision and dental providers. So we've had to take managing that benefit in-house which is not ideal.

Gusto is so easy to setup, reasonably priced and takes care of all the backend stuff you don't want to do yourself as a small business owner.

The only negative I have for Gusto is that you can only email the tax filing department. Sometimes email isn't the best way to explain an issue.

They file the forms, so I don't have to.

It is very user-friendly. Hiring is super easy.

Nothing yet. In using the software, I haven't run into anything that is an issue.

I've seen it from both the employee and employer side and both are super simple to understand and use. Everything is very intuitive, if you can tap a button on your phone, you can use Gusto. WAAAY easier and more convenient than the old school, punch-on-the-wall, style of clocking in/out, plus way easier to edit when mistakes happen.

The only issue I have ever seen is that things take a little while to load when trying to edit a time sheet. I've had this problem across multiple devices, but it always works eventually, sometimes it works right away but rarely.

My employer is a small business and our small team is not super well-versed in managing timesheets or payroll, Gusto takes all the stress away by making things very simple.

We are a very small staff with no internal HR and Gusto makes it super easy to handle payroll and benefits.

Making payroll really easy and integrating everything into one place

Having Gusto as my payroll provider gives me peace of mind. They are professional, loaded with resources, and helpful when I have questions. I also appreciate being able to see which reports have been filed with different government agencies on my behalf.

If there are any downsides at all, I may have had a bit of a wait when I wanted to talk to a human once. If I remember correctly. Nothing worrisome. They are worth what I pay them. :)

When I started looking for this solution, I needed someone to process payroll and file reports for me. My employees were in multiple states, which is no problem at all for Gusto. I was new at the employee thing, and Gusto immediately made me feel secure that my papers were in order.
