HubSpot Marketing Hub gives me the ability to interact with the sales team (using the Sales Hub) and with clients with transparency and ease. It is easy for me to quickly plan or shift marketing efforts based on measurable data from past efforts and results. I get to see more data and create dashboards that customize the data according to what I would like to see and find useful.
It does take some time and training to get the marketing hub set up properly. The training team and the online knowledge base gave us a running start toward getting started without delay, but the training helped us establish processes to achieve our results.
It is easy for our marketing team to see the progress of the lead and measure the timeline for conversion as well as track the follow up to plan effective marketing efforts - including social media posts, blogs, emails, and videos. The metrics are deep and reliable. Customization builds in the ability to track and measure what my company needs to see - which is a solution within itself.
the possibility to create any workflow, and having all of the revenue structure inside one platform
The dashboards are not perfect, because it's not possible to create analysis via percentage
We tried to make our sales people answer the minimum of fields as possible, and thanks to the workflows this is possible, it's been very helpfull
The best thing about HubSpot are the training modules and tips available for new users. The menus are very interactive and easy to navigate. A new user can easily learn and master HubSpot as the single point of marketing activities. And the best part, schedule a post and forget about it. HubSpot is the best tool I have used so far.
One feature which would be good to add is the ability to post stories on Instagram and Facebook. With Twitter and LinkedIn also adding similar features, it would good to have this facility. The only irritating feature is the automatic disconnection of social media accounts. This should not be happening with such a high frequency.
I'm primarily taking care of all my social media marketing activities with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The biggest benefit is the ease of use and scheduling functions for multiple platforms. It has helped me save a lot of time which I have been able to utilize for other marketing activities.
With constantly changing marketing technology -- AI, email marketing and social HubSpot continues to innovate and make marketers lives simple. Would recommend this tool to everyone - Advanced, Intermediate and Simple coding free person. Best tool ever.
Keeping up with constant updates (not much of bad thing eh?)
Marketing Outreach, Website Building, Landing pages, Multiple Automations, Integrations and reducing manual work.
I love that the platform not only allows you to post to social media and interact easily but it also helps with drip campaigns, email marketing, and learning.
You do have to put in some work at the beginning just to learn all the ins and outs.
I no longer have to log into all social media channels every day. I love that everything is in one place.
Usability and design, beautiful emails in minutes
it is complicated to create the list sometimes
Any person from the team can use it, stats are very easy to read, ab testing is a plus
I love how I am able to schedule posts over the course of weeks! All we ever have left to do is check-in with comments or any other engagement that we may get. I also love how everything is really in one place. Love this tool!
Not much to dislike at all. I had some issues opening creating posts however, I got a solution immediately from the Live Chat help.
-Time-management with scheduling posts. -The ability to add the correct format of photos for each platform -Full schedule list available to all my colleagues
My favorite part about Hubspot is how it enables me to personalize outreach to our users. List creation, email personalization tools, workflows, easy-to-create forms, landing pages, ability to create custom properties, integrates with a lot of tools. All these features allow us to get the right message to the right person at the right time. Hubspot is very agile and we are able to leverage it to work with our still-evolving product.
Honestly, not much! I've used Hubspot with two different companies and have had minimal qualms with it. One major difficulty I face right now is that we can't create lists with aggregated transaction objects. We need to create other workarounds using workflows, etc. Also, Hubspot picks up on "crawler clicks" and registers them as clicks. So our CTR data is very skewed (although this could be a typical challenge regardless of CRM. May not be Hubspot-specific)
Hubspot allows us to build personalized relationships with our users at scale. The biggest challenge our company faces is 1) brand awareness and 2) retention/engagement. The biggest benefit we've found recently is being able to create lots of targeted landing pages to give our audience the context they need to trust our company. We work with government clients, so there is a lot of hesitancy to try new products.
I love how easy it is to schedule and edit posts. I love the analytics tools for everything including YouTube. I love that if someone on the team is out, I have all the tools I need to do their job while they are away and vice versa.
I wish I could export a report of social media analytics right from the "Analyze" page. I wish I had better social listening options. I wish HubSpot had dark mode. I wish there were some better automization options for social media like in email. I wish I could build templates inside of the social media dashboard. I wish it tracked more KPIs and demographics data.
I send monthly reports to c-suite and middle management regarding how effective our social campaigns are. HubSpot makes it easy to track all of the KPIs they care about. I love that all of the data is in one place and I don't have to hunt for it on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
The best about HubSpot is being able to have multiple accounts connected. Also being able to schedule multiple posts and to clone them in different accounts.
The thing I dislike the most is not being able to tag people from Linkedin.
I'm able to save time by scheduling the posts in advance.
I enjoy that, as a newbie to marketing, that the tools and the builders are easy to use. Reporting is quick and results-driven.
I need to drive more leads. I wish there were more knowledge-based articles on how to do that.
Solving the bandwidth of having to post daily. I am able to build content, schedule it to post, and adjust quickly when needed.
The ease of use of platform. I love how easy it is to create reports, and how simple it is to find the material I am looking for. Developing emails is SO SIMPLE! And I love their marketplace - you can find a plethora of free or paid for templates
For the reporting tool, I liked when you used to be able to compare website traffic the same way you can still check a box and compare the time frame in SM reports. Wish they would bring that reporting tool back. Each month I have to do a side by side comparison. :( Probably the ONLY thing I dont like about HubSpot though.
Seeing the stages each contact is in is very useful. As well as being able to see (in the contact view) all the actions they took on my website or within my emails. I also LOVE how I can download email reports - that is saving SO MUCH time!.
I like the ability to customize emails, forms and create automated workflows to decrease the amount of work our Sales department has to do to nurture a lead.
I dislike that there is no way to create an automated email without using a template. I would perfer to work from scratch in many situations, in order to custom tailor our marketing communications to our clients based on certain qualifiers. I also wish there was a way to more effectively rotate the contact owner equally, instead of it being randomized. We are often finding that MQLs and SQLs are not being equally divided between the contact owner.
Using the HubSpot Marketing Hub, I've been able to automate more tasks that our Sales department would otherwise have to waste time on, including phone and chat time with customers. The Form flexibility has allowed me to gather pertinent information about our clients and then provide those details directly to our Sales team via the Slack API, so they never miss a lead.
The platform is super user-friendly and I love all the tools allotted to organize and analyze my marketing campaigns.
I do not have any features that I dislike.
We are able to track campaigns with UTM links and accurately analyze the success of our campaigns.
It's incredibly simple to use and can be shared within the whole team.
Some things can be long winded, having to create a button then the email for example. But once you use it a couple times you become used to the process.
We didn't have any marketing in place before Hubspot, being able to schedule social media posts is a huge benefit.
I like that everything is in one simple hub. I don't need to work between 2-3 different clients or software. I stay in the hub and get stuff done!
I wish it was easier to target subscribers who did not open a particular email, then try sending that to them again. MailChimp makes this easier. Having the ability to create more variants - I know hubspot released A/B testing, but other ESP allows multivariant testing. I dislike some of the reporting. I do love how everything is in one hub. It makes my job so much easier.
Problems solved - the ability to track ROI from our email marketing efforts. I am able to streamline reports and make edits on the fly. I think the software is great overall, I do love that Hubspot offers so much training and customer support. Anytime I have a question, I reach out to them and they get back to me ASAP. It really helps my day to day and allows me to visualize what we're doing from a marketing standpoint. Not many other software can help do this. I would like it if there were more resources for some of the more difficult problems like setting up different form fills for landing pages, right now we are tracking everything as one and it's not as efficient as it should be. Maybe this is due to me being a new user, not entirely sure, but I hope I find a solution soon!
The marketing automation tools and the smart content are the best features!
I really don't think there's much - perhaps the constant updates can be a little confusing, but that's part of progress!
The methodology is tied into the tool so well that it makes marketing so easy - it's mindless!
The social poster on this site compared to many others is the best. It allows you to preview what the post will look like. It saves your images you've used so you can easily access them to reuse them in later posts. It also allows you to tag people on Linkedin, which every other social poster I've tried does not allow you to do.
That I can't make the same post to multiple Twitter accounts at once. Otherwise, everything is good!
Makes posting to social more convenient. Realized the benefit of having all my social metrics in one place.
The Social Media tool within HubSpot Marketing is our key management platform for our LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts. Having a single calendar to manage our content scheduling as well as having pre-set time settings ensures we are pushing content daily at the appropriate times. It also enables multiple team members to work on social who can focus on the content while leaving the time to post for the tool to handle. Finally, the Clone feature provides automatic re-send capability for our top posts without having to re-write the content; thus saving time which is always a challenge.
I would like to have the ability to write content and select multiple social media channels to send the content without having to redo the process for each social media challenge.
As HubSpot Marketing is our primary marketing tool it saves us considerable expenses in having to purchase an additional tool for social media; obviously this is a nice benefit to save operational expenses. This tool is also allowing multiple marketing team members to create new social content and easily post without having to learn a complex social tool. Overall, we are saving time and money while offering an opportunity for our entire marketing organization to create social content.
