I like the ease of use and the ability to see what's being tracked, opened, etc., how many times, and how long something is looked it. It's really helpful for me to figure out who I should re-target!
maybe this isn't a hubspot thing, but when i first started using it, figuring out marketing contacts was a real challenge for me. I'd really like more literature on small things like that.
it helps me track ads and emails, and figure out which is working well and which isn't. it also helps with automation when getting new leads from ads i publish using hubspot and facebook.
I love how easy HubSpot is to use, but if I'm ever stumped or need help on something, their customer support is second to none. I have been a long-time customer of HubSpot, bringing it on at 4 different companies, and every time I fall more in love with the simplicity of design, ease of use, and customer success.
The only thing I wish I could do with HubSpot that currently is not supported is customizing the Original Source fields. I do a lot of B2B marketing and things like Events are a really important part of our demand gen programs. I end up using other categories or Original Source Events as a stand-in, but it would be nice to be able to customize.
HubSpot makes it easy to plan, execute, and measure all our marketing programs. With tools for email, social media, blogging, advertising, and campaign management, HubSpot is well-rounded and easy to learn.
I love how easy it is to create lists for different situations, as well as utilizing the sequence enrolling! This has made my job so much easier!
I do think it's incredible software. However, I don't like that you can't enroll contacts in more than one sequence at a time!
It makes it so much easier for me to mass communicate with clients on campaigns and providing details as soon as possible.
The ease of how I can send bulk emails and the tags are very useful. I also really like the sequences
Sometimes the emails specially for IOS can be formatted weird

It would be helpful to look back at snapshots of data from different points. Our contact database is fluid, so it's difficult at times to see where we were a week ago.

We are executing our first ever golf event in September. Thanks to Hubspot I've been able to tie in FB and Google Ad accounts to optimize my advertising, utilize email marketing automation to get the message to my prospects quickly, and track sales results all in one platform. Due to the seemless integrations, we are already 60% sold out and the event is still five months away!
Really only that I have limited workflows (ie can only run automation based on form fill) because of the package I have. I also think the tracking link builder should be available in my paid version.
Basically allowing me to track marketing source and sales from start to finish. We've generated over $11000 in revenue off of $1000 marketing spend and that has a lot to do with the HS integration.
HubSpot makes campaign building so incredibly easy with many different ways to perform and customize outreach.
It's not the most 'intuitive' platform. Creating any sort of sequence or automation is something that takes practice and guidance to get through.

With analysis of sales cycle. Beautiful landing page builders for those are not great with tecnical web designing skills. Fully automated workflows. Helping us with key insights for Sales Heads.
HubSpot helps me manage all marketing campaigns quickly; using the tool is intuitive, and if you struggle with something, there is a training library with videos for support.

I like the accessibility of the program, it took me less than 30 min to understand it and know the basics of how to use it.
I dislike the glitches, there would be times when I would schedule posts and they would not save or post.
It is solving any difficulty that comes with having multiple campaigns to manage. Everything is in one place, and you can schedule as many posts in advance as you'd like.

Not quite as customizable or flexible as some other enterprise contenders, but HubSpot continues to innovate and is very transparent with customers about the roadmap.
-Integrates with our product software for triggered user emails. - We are soon integrating with Salesforce CRM. - We are able to centralize our marketing source of truth and have a "one stop shop" for many initiatives. - The #1 benefit is the extreme ease of use and speed in creating and deploying campaigns.
HubSpot allows us to maintain a comprehensive list of contacts split across different lists based on dynamic conditions. It provides an excellent interface for creating campaign email templates and enables us to schedule them conveniently. Lead capture is simple and easy through forms and custom contact properties.
Not a lot to dislike, but subtle features can be improved. For example, sending a follow-up email to a contact that just submitted a form is a generic practice. You would expect to have that integrated with the form directly, but in HubSpot you need to do that using workflows.
HubSpot allows us to capture leads on our websites seamlessly. All the forms on all our websites are linked to HubSpot. That way, any visitor who submits a form on our website gets automatically added to our CRM. There we have automated assignments to salespersons, and they take the experience forward for their assigned contacts.

Easy to manage emails, contacts, and companies. It is very simple to manage and edit information and facilitate emails and contact records. I also love being able to create powerful workflows fairly easy.
I would like some simpler contact views as there is a lot to navigate on the individual user screens and also be able to manage multiple companies within companies, i.e. partner/child companies.

Marketing Hub has helped streamline all our marketing efforts across multiple business units. We have been able to close align our sales and marketing efforts which has seen a great upward trend in results.
The only negative is how it is priced with additional marketing contacts being in groups of 5,000. It would be great if these went in smaller increments like 2,000
