MarketingHub is absolutely the most elegant marketing automation tool on the market, for anything from SMB to Enterprise-tier (with the advent of OperationsHub, HubSpot can absolutely supplant Salesforce in larger orgs)
When compared to tools like Zoho, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign, the total cost of ownership is much higher. But "saving money" is not why you buy HubSpot -- you buy HubSpot to grow your organization's revenue.
MarketingHub handles the customer lifecycle better than any product I've ever seen -- it's so effortless for revenue teams to build high-performing automation. Seriously, when you compare it to Pardot or Marketo it's almost laughable how much more straightforward and easy HubSpot is while still maintaining flexibility and power! Marketing Hub is easy to understand and set up, we moved from another marketing automation platform and the adoption for Hubspot was so quick and easy for our entire team.
Integration with our CRM platform isn't that great and the user journey is a little clunnky.
Our entire Marketing automation is done in Hubspot, gives us data analytics, email automation and workflows are great to use and we love how easy it is to understand the numbers and data.

That it is so well-known that I learned how to use it in college, before even getting to a job that uses HubSpot. It is also so well-known that most questions can just be answered by Google
I love the frequent changes they make but it would be nice to have more information about them without having to rely on the short tutorial that seems to only pop up while you're in the middle of something and don't have time to read it. Being able to pull it up at a later time or go to a link with more info would be nice
The reporting and dashboard features reduced time spent gathering, sorting, and analyzing data. We are still in the process of ditching all the excel spreadsheets, but getting rid of those and having more accurate information (with minimal chance for human error) is huge.
I've used HubSpot at many companies and it's always been a huge value-add. It's a large and complex system but it's surprisingly easy to use and there's always something more to learn. There are great resources to learn about how to use it. Leaders at every company I've worked for have always been blown away with what marketing can whip up using HubSpot!
Because Hubspot has so many options for customization, sometimes it's hard to locate the tools you need. For example, you might need to build a form and put it on a landing page that's sent to an email list that's built in contacts. Those are four separate areas within hubspot and their interfaces are not always intuitive. Sometimes this takes more clicks than one would like
We reach out to our clients using email so they stay engaged and informed. Everything is very straight forward and we love the data we can see on clients- it helps us monitor who is engaged
HubSpot is continually rolling out new features (largely based on user suggestions & requests) that amp up its power. Marketing Hub makes it easy to roll out campaigns and more importantly, see exactly how they perform.
There are a few "I wish it would do XYZ" things, but not many.

We switched from Pardot to Marketing Hub this year because wanted to better integrate our marketing stack within a tool that is much easier to use. Once switched, we noticed immediate changes in efficiency. We were quickly able to produce, automate, and optimize content at scale. Additionally, the ease of use enabled our team to try new methods of engaging content development within record time. This was the best decision ever made and I will continue to have HubSpot follow me throughout my professional journey.
Nothing to dislike. The platform is easy to use and fun to work in.
HubSpot is allowing us to remove the customer experience and journey gaps but consolidating multiple stacks and developing seamless, personalized experiences. Another challenge it is solving is cost. We have three hubs for the price of one Pardot marketing automation instance and we get so much more functionality within HubSpot.

The data we bring in from our original CRM doesn't come over seemlessly, but we've found a work around. What we least like is that we can only have one footer saved. We need three for our three different companies. And billeted lists need more formatting options.

Marketing Hub is quite expensive, and if you are on a budget, can be difficult as a small business to invest in.
Nurturing makreting leads to sales and attributing marketing activities to revenue are two of the most important elements, and Hubspot is the best solution for it.
It makes it easier and faster to get the work done. Now with the AI tools we can optimize our content and customers are happy with the results as well. No need to use additional platforms anymore.
Honestly nothing. I have tried other products that don't get the full assets for the marketing team. If there's something better than HS please let me know

Hubspot Marketing Hub is our go-to tool for all our Marketing Initiatives. The best about Hubspot Marketing Hub is its User Experience. It is pretty much simple and their to-the-point approach (not showing too many options) is very beneficial. It has all the functionalities from Contact creation to email campaigns to Attribution tracking. One of the features that is very useful for us is its Contact Activity History. It has a huge impact on our business.
I have been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for years now, the main red flag in Hubspot is its lack of Artificial Intelligence capabilities. Hubspot do have generative AI for Content creation but it lacks AI functionalities in Analytics and Database cleansing. We are tedious process especially if you have a huge database.
Before Hubspot, we were clueless about where leads were coming from and which channels were performing well. And with Hubspot, their Default contact properties called "Original Source, drill-down 1, and drill-down 2" are a lifesaver for us. One more area Hubspot is beneficial for us is Hubspot Academy. When a newbie joins our team it is easy for us to train via Hubspot academy. It is one of the best free tutorials out there.
