It is evolving at high pace and it's all about making business processes more efficient you can mine, analyse and create dashboards for visualisation at the same platform and many more things like automate your business processes. So much to do and so much to learn with Celonis.

Well the same thing it's evolution at high and it's changing daily from navigation to everything you literally have to be in touch with the tool daily to keep up.

Celonis is very much efficient and easy to use for process mining. Importantly realted to SAP and other popular data sources. When you compare with other competitors like Signavio, Celonis is powerful mainly the Action flows giving Celonis more power. As of my knowledge having more than 8 years of experience in Business process automation which includes RPA and some workflow technolgies. Actions flows is so efficient and have many ready to use connectors for all most all of the cloud products, No other competitor in the indistry have the same capabilities, And the object centric process mining is a revolutionary in this domain of process mining and process analysis. It is giving more clear insights and undestanding for business users. The filtering of results is very simple and efficient and also writing of KPIs using the filters also simple.

Celonis is great but needs some improvements. Documentation : For many of the marketplace solutions there is no clear documentation. Centralised scheduler needed: It is imporatnt to have a centralised scheduler to look all the data jobs and schedules at one place. So that we can manage data jobs and schedules easily. It will be great if we can highlight the tables which are getting extracted but not used in any Tranfermations or anlyisis. So that we can use the APC efficeinetly. It will be great if we can have centralised credentials store. We can store and share credentials to different access levels like user, group or pacakge.

It is giving its best for process understanding and making it better, and for task automation there are many RPA tools but for peocess automation Action flows gving its best. For managing orders and some ticksts the apps we build in Celonis making the job very easy. It is very efficent for managing the everything in one place.

Lot of offers in place from Celonis. It has its in-house Pql used to create dashboards and tight coupling with SQL. Celonis has the latest methods to create an excellent dashboard for the leadership view

Celonis has too much to offer that it is confusing sometimes as to what should be considered and what not.They dont have updated documentation and also troubleshooting support is not available if you want to use data extractor on prem

it has simplified our PR/PO process. Account receivables, Reconciliation,Oracle related process and many more. It is also having action skill who provides process automation

It has helped me to create a more standardized process and I have worked in UI and signavio.It has a well integrated collection of applications which are used to automate the process and which is really helpful and yes , compared to other tools, it is flexible and we are able to create our own use cases.

1.The drag and drop option has to designed in a flexible manner inorder to make it easier to access the tool. 2.Price of the user license is little bit high when compared to other tools. 3) Late response from technical support team.

Not much dislike for the software, except I, have found it to be relatively expensive as compared to other process mining tools. It’s also challenging to set up and configure, especially for our organization as we have complex systems and processes

Celonis also has its fair share of disadvantages despite its advantages 1. Price of the product is higher than the other products in the market 2. The customization can take a long time 3. It should have a simple drag and drop option to make it easier for anyone to access the tool. 4. Whole trying to integrate with any other tool it has thrown errors.

Celonis comes with a wide range of benefits. Some of the benefits that I have witnessed are 1. Easy to use- It is very user friendly 2. Easy to Deploy- Deploying the tool is more accessible, and the user community gives a lot more support than any other product 3. Automatic Process mapping is beneficial

Celonis Process Mining helps in identifying the pain points in a process, how well the current process is performing compared to the "to-be" process, drilldown to the root cause with ease and a user friendly interface. It has a well integrated collection of applications thag can be used for automating parts of the process using Action Flow. The EMS store has pre-configured templates for transformation, extraction and analysis which can be leveraged when working on standard processes (p2p, o2c, ap,ar). Replication cockpit allows real time data to be brought in using delta loads.

Celonis Bookmarks have a major disadvantage that they are not retained if the analysis is duplicated or moved to a new space. The Sql environment for transformations uses Vertica DB, whenever an error is encountered the line number is not mentioned in the message and all errors are not displayed at once.

Celonis is helping Businesses improve their process by identifying and solving problems, automating repetitive tasks. For eg: with Celonis we can identify how long a process or sub process is taking and if it crosses a threshold then we can further analyse the elements causing it based on which the user can take action. The analyst/consultant can configure KPIs, chart and table components to display data as per requirememt, the process explorer shows the activity route the cases take, case explorer gives the raw data on the case table where we can track each individual cases event time, activity route. Good connectivity with SAP tables to perform extraction.

Ease of Use, UI, Dashboards, Process Conformance view and easy to use action flows to create a Control Centre for any Business Process. Pretty easy to deep dive into the process with just few clicks.

Celonis pricing is a bit on the more expensive side which creates barrier to entry a bit more difficult. Process Connectors for multiple system processes will be a good to have.

Celonis is providing end to end visibility into the business process which allows to unlock optimization potential of the process. It allows to create Digital Twin of the process which makes sure that the processes are optimized in real time.
