I find the ease of creation of the automation and sequences the best. Creating email campaigns is easy, and the ability to see who opens, reads, and responds to them are great.

The need for more integrations is what disappoints me at this time. I wish the PayPal donations we available. Also, it would be nice to have more direct calendar integrations.

Totally. Blown. Away. Here's why... It's not just email marketing on steroids... it's also a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool. It keeps track of all interactions with clients or potential leads, it assigns tasks to our team members and gives them pre-filled email templates ready to send based on custom fields from each individual person. We run everything through it, from membership onboarding, reminders and renewals, to ATOMICON ticket sales, even tells us if we've not heard from a client in a while and that we should remind them. It has endless automation features, sales pipeline features, it can even do things like automatically adding people to your Facebook custom audiences for remarketing!! And even trigger automations based on pages/buttons people have clicked on your website!! Insane. So yeh, we fell in love.

There is so much it can do, learning all the features took time (but it was worth it).

Active Campaign does so much for me and my business. Creating Emails, Automated email responses, sign-up forms, landing pages and so much more. Really easy to use. The support I have needed from their team is really efficient, professional and extremely helpful.

Can't say there is anything I dislike. One area they could improve on is creating folders or ways to group email templates together for better search or use. I have several email templates that I regularly use and sometimes have to sift through other templates to find the one I want. If they could create a folder option so that certain templates are all together that would make the temaplate section a bit more user friendly. Overall I have never thought to look else where for another program.

Saving time! I save so much time with automated email responses and being able to efficiently tag my readers into groups.

I can customize my automations, tags and connect all well known apps like typeform etc. Everything is well explained

For me, the biggest difference between Active Campaign are the automations and whole system that is really helpful to understand how everything's going with my e-mails

There's some bugs sometimes and the website can get pretty slow. On the other hand, it saves everything to the cloud, so I don't usually loose my stuff when it stops working.... I think the price is a bit spicy for small entrepreneurs who are not paid in U$... And the form's design... I hate it, it's pretty bad on mobile (But it's still the best e-mail service I've ever used)

I use the automation a lot, so it's much easier to send all my contacts the e-mail in the right order and day. It also delivers more e-mails ou the main mailbox (outside SPAM) than the other platforms I've used, which is great

I'm a career coach and use AC as my CRM tool to capture client data from my online ads. The mobile app allows me to easily call prospects. Without a CRM system it wouldn't be easy to keep track of data necessary.

ActiveCampaign is straightforward to use. It's offering the perfect amount of features without being too bloated (I'm looking at you, Hubspot!). We mainly use automations, email campaigns and landing pages, and it has already saved us hundreds of hours.

- There doesn't seem to be a way to attach existing emails to new automations, or to edit automation emails from outside the automation. - The integration of existing forms into landing pages could be improved.

ActiveCampaign is the perfect tool for marketing automation and sales/marketing collaboration. It is easy to funnel generated leads through automations to get the desired outcome. And the insights we get on each lead help us to make more efficient strategic decisions.

I recommend AC to automate internal communication, lead management and marketing task, specially for small teams that spend a lot of valuable time doing administration tasks

I love the automation because it has complete triggers necessary for marketing, unlike other platforms. I also love how easy it is to segment the audience. Total package!

Not dislike, but a suggestion. I used MailerLite and it is so easy to use and there are previews of the content blocks like navigation, logo+text, etc. located on the same screen. Basically, all features in MailerLite campaign creation.

The problems we are solving are a few website visits and bookings. With ActiveCampaign, we are getting more site visits and sales.

They don't have a free plan, but saying that their pricing is very reasonable compared to competitors.
