What I like most about Zoho Social is the relevance of the features. With this tool, no feature goes unnoticed. We can work on everything at the same pace and have all of our posts scheduled easily. The reporting tools are always updated, which lets us know what the customers are talking about and therefore help us made a marketing decision. Personally, my experience with Zoho Social has been very good, and its prediction tools have allowed me to create more advanced business decisions regarding marketing solutions and their results. Working with this software has been easy and quick having tools that make publishing content happen fast without any issues.

Nothing, but I wish the communication features would go through an improvement they can be more robust and clean, that way it's easier to communicate right through the app.

Overall, Zoho Social works in a way that allows me and my team manage marketing issues right from the source. I have been using it for a while and I'm sure no other software beats Zoho Social's tools when it comes to scheduling posts and their prediction features, and whether people will be interested in them (posts and products) or not. Working with multiple social media accounts can be tiring and msitakes can be made all the time but luckily, Zoho Social makes it simple to bulk schedule.

Linking my accounts was as simple as a couple clicks! Keeping them linked is also easier. With some other programs, your accounts would unlink and you would have no idea, resulting in some diagnostics. Zoho Social alerts you immediately of ANY issues.

Inability to search existing posts, we often time recycle old post. If i had the ability to search by keyword or hashtags it would help me find what im looking for quicker.

i haven't experienced any real problems, every problem ive encountered has been on the social media platform side, such as instagram not correctly linking to my facebook page. The benefits of Zoho Social is endless, being a social media manager is a difficult job. With tools like Zoho Social, it makes things just a little easier!

When it comes to social media management, Zoho Social is one of the best. It is effective, easy to use and very powerful. There are many features and using Zoho Social is pretty easy.

I absolutely love using Zoho social, it has allowed me to schedule my posts in advance,helping me keep track of my audience's engagement, likes and comments as well as letting me know the best times to post my content. I don't like how you can't edit the same post on different platforms. You can only make a new post. That is a time waste. Also, there is a bit of a glitch in the report pdf.. sometimes it comes out blank or missing some cards.

Hemos podido analizar de una forma mas exacta nuestra actividad y las respuestas de nuestros clientes mediante este software y el analisis de estadisticas, con su monitoreo podemos ver la direccion del mercado por las decisiones y busquedas realizadas en la plataforma. hemos podido aumentar la interaccion con nuestros clientes con sus estrategias y ver hacia donde se inclina el mercado en cuestion de productos derivados del petroleo como gasolina, aceite, diesel, etc.

Me parece excelente tener en una sola app todas las redes y poder programar todo desde ahí.

No me disgusta nada, creo que es una app muy completa. Pero creo que podrían dar un poco más de tiempo gratuito.

I thoroughly like the calendar feature. The calendar feature allows me to see what posts I've scheduled at a glance and plan future posts. I also appreciate the "Repeat" function when scheduling posts. I recently promoted a webinar and the "Repeat" function made maintaining social media presence a snap. I also like the analytics feature. Being able to see how many people were reached and how often links have been clicked is very helpful.

So far, I have not encountered anything I particularly dislike. I would, however, like to see a "Planning" feature to help plan and execute social media campaigns. If possible, I would also really like to see if specific hashtags are performing better than others in my Instagram posts. Integration with Adobe Spark would also be super helpful. Keyword recommendations would also be helpful.

Instagram pone restricciones de tamaños de imagenes por lo que al hacer un único post normalmente se debe crear uno a parte para mantener tamaños.

No contamos con un colaborador dedicado a redes sociales, por lo que cargamos una planilla para publicidad al mes y luego vamos cargando post adicionales de forma simple y eligiendo una sugerencia de mejores horarios.

I like that Zoho easily helps you set up your accounts and the entire interface is very easy to navigate for a beginner.

My only complaint is that you have to pay to use a scheduler, but honestly, that is understandable.

It has streamlined a major part of my business, managing multiple social media accounts for my clients.

Zoho Social can use it without any problem, I dare to say that it is the easiest to handle of all the softwares of this category. With just a few clicks stories you can do everything you need. Its interface is quite good and workable. From the first moment you will be able to start publishing and keeping track of these publications on social networks. It is worth mentioning that it is quite intuitive and predictive, which keeps you closer to the necessary publications and clients.

In some moments I have presented inconveniences or doubts regarding the program and the technical support has not given a correct answer, other times it has been very late their attention or they simply do not respond, which makes losing interest a little.

Time saving is key, I've got so much to do and marketing is right up there but it takes time.

ZOHO has been very helpful in organizing the scheduling of the posts in advance. The graphics are also very user friendly and cute. The tool is itself very user friendly and easy to use.

There is just one feature that is quite naive. It is the best time to post feature. It is not quite helpful for LinkedIn, Google MyBusiness and Instagram. It always shows that it is due to diminishing APIs of those platforms.

Scheduling posts and analyzing the engagement reports is the problem we solved here. Since we needed a single platform for all the social media reporting and post scheduling, ZOHO Social has always been to our rescue.

How easy it is to share on social platfroms

I can't really say that I dislike anything with Zoho social.

I have gained time by being able to post the same post throughout all of our social platforms. We also enjoy that we can schedule the posts. Super efficient.

Need a better iPad app for easier deployment

I just love being able to see all my scheduled posts in 1 place.

Fast, user-friendly interface, really easy to use. it is very practical having app on IOS and Android. Proven helpful getting our brand known by scheduling our social media posts automatically at the best possible times.

The only downside I can mention is not related to the functions, however, I would see more social connections like Tumblr, Pinterest.

It's been helping us on a daily basis posting out our news and pictures
