As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

Better way to organise work management and team work tracker.
Nothing everything good. I happy with this product
My team work
I love the free product that Trello offers being able to have many boards and invite a variety of collaborators. I use Trello boards nearly as applicant tracking systems to keep track of where my candidates are in the hiring processes
I dislike very little about Trello honestly. Maybe there could be more background themes lol. The ability to format text on the cards like add "enter" spaces or bulleted lists
I am solving the problem that some applicant tracking systems cannot solve which is easy great collaborative hiring flow tracking be able to see at a glance where candidates are in the process and provide interviewer feedback on the cards with great collaboration and transparency.
I love that I can keep my sub-contractors up to date and in the loop with project tasks and jobs. You can easily set up notifications too each person as well, and it has been very beneficial.
The only thing I dislike is that the software is only made for task management and project management and nothing more, but that really isn't a big deal. I haven't found anything that doesn't work as it is supposed to within Trello. Thanks!
I have been able to keep track of tasks for projects, share them with my sub-contactors and keep everyone and everything up to date and caught up with all details of event or project.
I like the ability to create a visual to do list and inform others where I am at with various tasks
I wish there was integration with outlook. Sometimes getting people to add another URL to their favorites and regularly check my site can be challenging
Task management and organization. Trello has allowed me to keep my to-do list in one place and others to see my progress.
Simple to use. Great for collaboration, whether your team is remote or not. Email notifications can be sent to ask questions or seek updates on tasks.
I wish there was not a limit to the number of power ups (enhanced features) you can have in the free version.
Project Management, especially for hybrid teams. We also use it for conducting lessons learned at the end of projects.
I love the user flow on both the website and the app. I particularly love the labeling of tasks and setting sub-tasks. I use the workspace section most of the time to plan out my tasks as a freelancer and set reminders.
Nothing really. I'd pick Trello over others because of its ease of use. Everything works perfectly fine although I've not tried using the automation feature. Highly recommendable!
I use Trello to plan my tasks as a freelancer. One of the major benefits I've realised is that it makes me more productive and organized since I can follow up on both my phone and computer.
Primarily I like the collaboration between teams from different departments on a project, it is convenient and straightforward. With the help of its interface that is very simple and clear, Trello drives very fast and stable, the functionality and ease of moving its work boards are essential in the integration with other tools; I love that about Trello.
My experience with Trello has been excellent, it is the ideal software for managing and monitoring projects and tasks, I have no complaints about Trello so far.
With Trello, we have evidenced the change in our daily management, in mine and the teams. We can put together boards by sharing tasks and keep track of which project each one works on, all this helps us to optimize processes and save time. With Trello, we feel more capable and productive, it is a very positive and pleasant experience for the interaction with all the team members. Trello came to solve our problems.
I like that Trello has lots of flexibility on how to arrange boards according to your own needs.
I can't think of one thing I don't like about Trello. I just started using it a few months ago, and now I won't ever stop.
Trello helps me stay organized by arranging my lists, tasks, duties, projects (whatever) in a way that works well for my brain. It provides me with a lot of anxiety relief.
I love how Trello allows you to track multiple projects in one place, with various customizations of each card.
I wish some paid features were freely available, but I understand they have to make money.
We use Trello to track our ongoing projects. We attach SOWs, leave comments, and have labeling systems to keep everything on track.
For newbies who have not used a group app before for collaboration, Trello is a perfect introduction to this world for it is a lot like an old fashion to-do-list with "columns". One column or "list" as Trello calls it, is for who is assigned to what, another for where they are in their assignment, and one for job completed. Plus, Trello has a very intuitive interface, it is flexible and easy to customize, and one can access Trello via desktop or mobile.
It isn't really a great app for project management. Sure it is wonderful for organizing, coordinating, and tracking work among a group of people but, if you are looking at Trello for big projects like launching a new product or building a better widget, Trello is not equipped to deal with the different contingencies larger projects have or run into.
It is a great system for limiting how much work any one person has on their plate. Plus, everyone can see where the team is at on said project and what still needs to be done. I feel this is great... it allows for accountability and shows me what team members might be falling behind and need a hand.
I like being able to collaborate with people outside of my organization easily.
Not being able to drag the lists around like widgets, but that's not a big deal.
I am organizing client flow and files and keeping everything in one place. We move boards for the different stages of the workflow.
Being able to change the backgrounds on the boards.
I don't have any. For what I use Trello for it works perfectly.
Client collaboration
I like that you can easily separate all your tasks into neat cards. You can even have different boards if you are working on multiple projects at once that all have different to-do's. It keeps everything neat and organized and you can even add links that make it easy to jump to the task you need. Another fun part is that it allows you to pick these cool backgrounds for a nice aesthetic. It is also easy for you to invite friends/colleagues to your boards to help collaborate and complete your tasks.
I wish that some of the formats were able to change. The more to-do lists you create the farther right they keep getting added. It makes it so you have to scroll all the way to the right to look at the most recent tasks you made. I wish it kept to just one page so you don't have to keep scrolling back and forth or I wish if I had to scroll it was just up and down and not left and right.
Problems trello is helping me solve is mainly organization. It keeps me accountable where I can constantly check on my to do's and it keeps it in one concise place. Before I found myself using a million sticky notes that I'd lose all the time. But now, I can use trello on my phone and take my virtual sticky notes anywhere!
Its ia very seamless and has nice visualizations. Making it easy to used by a diverse group of collegues. You dont have to understand much about management to use this one
I think there is a cultural change that need to be done before working with Trello and that is not always easy. Meaning it takes time and the need to keep it uodated otherwise it does not work
Mostly manage remote work so we dont have to be on staff meetings all the time. That allow us to have track of our tasks and projects, also it is great to be aware if anyone need help
Trello is straightforward to use, and practically you can start running a project with a fundamental knowledge of Agile Project Management.
It would be great if you could preview checklists without going inside cards.
It is helpful for Team organization and task assignments.
I like to set the team dashboard for everyone to be aware of what we are working on this week and the process that we will need to follow to complete those tasks. Showcase the current pending, currently working on, and completed tasks in the dashboard.
The graphics interface, at least when using Trello in a PC Browser, is not very user-friendly, and some of the team coworkers sometimes get lost when they jump to a section that they are not familiar with.
Keep track of the team goals, assigned tasks, share knowledge bases with them to complete the tasks using the required process to guarantee a certain quality in the work that we do.
Working with this software has been fantastic, to manage, organize and plan projects is beneficial and easy to use, it is a visual tool that allows me to manage any type of project, workflow or task monitoring, one of the functions that I like the best is that I can add files, checklists or even automation, customizing everything to make the teamwork better, we use Trello to manage our projects, we use multiple boards for each of these, and we use deadlines and tags to organize tasks. We have added calendar power, among others, to manage problems/tasks on the calendar. Its interface is attractive and easy to understand, we can stay updated while remaining productive without wasting a lot of time finding out the platform itself.
I have noticed that there were some much-needed features, like the calendar and timeline views, they weren't there, recently they just added them, you can improve the app, however it has a lot of great functions and features
Managing tasks is easy, with the cards, we keep all the information that the team needs to be organized and in one place, now I can assign members, add due dates, they are easy to configure and difficult to ignore, I can leave comments, with Trello all responsible for the work done. By adding Power-Ups to dashboards, I can create custom workflows that turn Trello into almost anything I need, a CRM solution, support ticket system, social media calendar and more, these are some benefits that this software offers.
This is the best platform to keep track of your calendar events and meetings decisions. Good platform for keeping track of your work and tasks management is easy in the platform
Have an app for trello. Not sure if there is one already that we can use on our laptops and they pop up everytime there is a task that is due in your work schedule
None at the moment. I am happy with using the trello platform and the functions it comes with.
It is the best tool for an entire organization, its to-do lists are handy for me, they change my day-to-day, it is effortless to add checklists, bulleted lists, customize the cards and classify them with labels, I can add files attached to any card, it is a totally visual software which makes it very convenient for people who live thinking ideas and need to organize them, it is straightforward to use and understand the management of this software through their cards, boards and lists, it provides excellent project management and also easy to understand.
At the level of appearance, it can improve a lot, it is not so pleasant in terms of appearance.
It allows me to carry out my week in a very organized way, it will enable me to make several cards for each day and thus keep the order of my week, it is an excellent collaboration tool because I can share my boards with my colleagues, so we can all be aware of what is happening, I love it because it is a cloud system and it is also highly customizable, it is very intuitive, even for beginners, it is very flexible with a variety of integrations, it has a free version and it has a perfect mobile application.
