As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

It was helpful to have the mobile integration and just how seamless it is across platforms
I think that a possible downside of using trello would be that I’m not sure how many people use it as much anymore as before.
Trello has onscreen my work in that teachers occasionally use it as a form of organization.
I use Trello since 2015 and I feel comfortable to say that is one of the best tools for the team. With my team I have some board opened: to-do, delivery, what to say, etc. I think is one of the best online tool (with a great iOS, OS X app) for project management. I really love the integration between Trello and Slack, another best tool for my workflow.
I think Trello should improve his design: it looks like a 90th's tool written by an inexpert graphic designer. This type of lack slows down productivity. I spent a lot of time dragging and dropping some tasks from different boards. Really really needed a redesign.
Trello changed the way I previously know about project management. Boards are bad in design but the visual impact of them is very good to keep in mind all the things needed to be done at a certain time. I left the old way to write tasks and used this new one. Now I'm more accurate in my workflow.
Trello is extremely flexible and can be customized to fit almost any need. Compatibility with Zapier and IFTTT also adds a lot of options.
The free version is a bit limited due to the 1 power up limit.
Communication across teams, deadlines, etc.
In trello I would like to say its really user friendly, its easy to use and understand the tool for use.
I don't think there any thing to dislike about trello
I have solved many thing like: tracking, easy to move tickets different states, easily handle and so many thing I have solve with the use of this
I like that trello is so easy to understand
Nothing in particular, but I would like more ability to manage how and where to send notifications.
Project management
Trellis is great because it is easy to use and to set up. My team finds it easy to use, as well.
Trello did not have any downsides, in my opinion. It worked exactly as we needed it to.
Trello provides a hub for my team and I. No need for multiple, cumbersome emails to read through.
I like the flexibility of the trello that it provides to its users. very easy to use and user-friendly interface keeps the one focused. Easy to manage teams and assigning and marking the work you already had done. Drag and drop facility is also amazing.
I actually do not dislike anything about trello . it's an amazing tool.
Trello keeps me focus and it provides the sense of completion of work with my team members. and help us to focus on one thing at a time, and helps to keep a record of what has been done.
Great organization, useful tools (checklists, labels). It sends prompt notifications!
Would be better to keep messages in threads as it is in Slack
Task management communication is in just one place. It takes less time to get updates from colleagues. I see and keep progress more effectively.
Trello is really easy to use and anyone can start to use easily. It makes possible organizing any team or project includes first-time users. Team management is useful for different projects and boards. Boards are also versatile and customizable for each project's needs. Columns, tags and to-do lists are very useful.
Trello could not meet the requirements of some complex projects, such as multi-client software projects. But there are other options in the market for that kind of projects.
With Trello communication of our teams and clients are very transparent. No more emails are used for project communication, even with clients.
The thing I like most about Trello is the ability to organize several of my projects on the app. Nothing gets confused or mixed up because of the way you're able to put things into categories.
If there was anything I would fix, it would probably be the level of ease while using the app.
With trello I'm able to quickly jot down my ideas and thoughts without running the risk of my thoughts moving faster than my pen can. Because of this app I've been able to write several books. I've also been able to keep track of all my writings.
easy to use it has full feature free plan even it has responsive website for mobile also you can use mobile native apps
If it support Persian language was the best choice for me
Task management Issue tracking
I love how easy it is to create all of my business and personal projects on there and the tons of integrations available make my life so much easier! The best thing is that it's easy to schedule and track everything. I like that people can be added directly to a team and that there are so many options available to keep on top of everything business-related, although probably my most favourite thing about it is using it as a personal productivity tool. I have tried so many to-do and habit apps over the years, but this has been so far the best way of adding everything together and having it in a nice and organised way. And when it comes to the business side being able to track progress, set deadlines, create charts and integrate things like Gmail, Google Sheets and Evernote is just priceless!
Can't find any downsides really. So far I haven't had any problems with the software.
We use Trello to manage all business projects and for easy client onboarding. It's a very easy way to store all the necessary information in one place through all the integrations available, and it's a brilliant tool for collaboration when you're working with a team.
Working with several artists and creators across the world, Trello is a great tool to work with and share with the teams I work with. Easy to use, consistent, brilliant.
Nothing so far! We have been using the platform for over 5 years and its great.
Follow-ups with artists is easier as they also love the platform.
It is very simple to build a board, you just have to be clear about what you want. When you organize activities you can organize a checklist to organize the card activities. It is excellent that it shows the history of changes of each card, so you know who is the update. Particularly link it to another application and it has been very simple for the whole group that we use that board and that we find out all the changes.
If you have not linked the trello to another application, the notifications are not seen, that is, if you put an expiration date on a card it does not generate a blunt alert that until it is not attended does not end. It would help a lot to put an expiration date on the activities of the check list, since depending on what you handle it is very useful to place the expiration date at that level. It is not easy to configure to integrate trello with other applications. it is very little inductive.
In the office we started using it to distribute marketing activities, since they were very scattered because many people interact in different departments. With the board we managed to track the pending activities per person and close the processes satisfactorily.
Trello is super streamlined and an easy way to communicate between office and field. We sure it daily to track our story development over a 2000 mile distance. It also allows us to make sure we are filming everything we need to create a full show.
Honestly theres not much I dislike about Trello. I do wish you could upload your own photo for the background of boards though.
Trello is crucial for our story team in the field to communicate with editors and story producers in post about how the story is playing out in the field. We use this to tweak and change the order of scenes in television shows. It allows us to play with how scenes flow without spending a ton of time cutting and rearranging in the edit bay. This used to be done on paper (paper edit), but I'm so glad that Trello has made it easy to do digitally.
Trello is used across freelancers, companies and different proyects. Very nice ux and ui. Flexible and reporting and progress visualization is nice
Mobile version needs more upgrade, it sent too many notifications about the same thing,Is not usefull to use it mobile, just to move or create cards but not too much more
I am acrum master and product owner, i am freelancer working for multiple organizations, everyone knows trello and i ve been invited to ongoing projects as a viewer and let me Edit as needed
The most helpful things about Trello is its simplistic and easy to use across different platforms (i.e. PC & MAC). The upsides of Trello is that it also comes in app form as well for easy access when you're on the go.
The only downside of Trello is that the notifications can be a bit redundant since you'll get a notification on your phone and your email as well.
We are solving our communication problems with Trello. We are realizing that we work better together when we can all communicate on a regular basis around what we are working on. The benefits of Trello are endless from accountability to communication amongst team members and overall organization, Trello is a game changer.
Trello offers organized office implementation suggestions and offers templates.
Nothing notable that I have observed so far.
Which team members belong to which pieces and parts.
helps me keep track of everything I need to get completed & in a timely manner
I haven't found anything to dislike yet. I know I haven't used it to it's fullest potential.
great way to mark off all the things as a practice administrator... and there are lots of things! amazing way to keep the team on the same page
It's simply an amazing tool to keep the schedules and deadlines of projects and activities. Moreover, if you are a creative kind, you can expand the cards and checkboxes to another level inside of your organization, making it a need-to-have tool for your entire life.
It's difficult to tell what I dislike in it, since I use the tool for many other things that it probably was not designed for. I even make my home cooking recipes there!
You start letting behind all your old methods of organization gradually, once you start using the tool.
