What do you like best about Scoro?

Customisable dashboards for pipeline, project delivery and resourcing have dramatically given me insights as to which part of the business I need to focus my attention based on in real time input from my team.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro is highly customisable, so it can take a bit of time to plan the setup. We spent a great deal of time refining our processes to adopt the workflow benefits that worked for our team.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resource Planning was the biggest time saving factor for us. We were able to get a consolidated view what our team were working on and who had capacity in real time. Calendar entries turned into timesheet entries against the project and team meetings could be administered by anyone in the team to accurately track time.

"Powerful, easy to use, extremely efficient"
What do you like best about Scoro?

All that is important is easy to use. The app is not full of features just to have them. Every feature has smart connections with other features, so when you think you may need something else, it's there waiting for you.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There are always room for improvement. The app is very focused on agency work, but we ended up using it for other projects as well.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Project management, timelines, team tasks, quoting and history of edits and changes. The fact that everything is contextualized makes life so much easier.

Complete transparency, control and the ability to relax, knowing where the business has been, is now and where it's going.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

You can end up going down a hole of adding time entries, for tracking times sake. I'm STILL waiting for the Retainers functionality... c'mon guys...

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clarity on cost. Clarity on Over-servicing (Don't do it!). Project planning, milestones and profit tracking. Budgets is a very useful add-on.

What do you like best about Scoro?

The way that Scoro allows our agency to effectively manage our projects and assign tasks to various departments makes it an essential tool in our locker. Previously, we depended on various pieces of software to plan and execute our objectives. Ultimately, Scoro integrates email, task management, and monitoring jobs with ease.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

We really love that Scoro now has its own timer to keep things running on time, but we'd really like to see a timer that can hover and be used more effectively.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We ultimately use Scoro to keep on top of all the projects we have going on in the studio, so that's quite a big task! We primarily use it to allocate jobs to staff without having to email them or hassle them in person. This allows us to be a lot more efficient as an agency and means that we have a nice digital trail to make sure that we know exactly where our time and resources have been used.

What do you like best about Scoro?

It is great that anyone can update or edit project info or you can select certain members depending on their title or role. Easy to use and really practical. I love it! I love the custom ability in project tags or supplier tags. This ensures that my colleagues can find the correct information when I have tagged it correctly.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Some of the integration is difficult to mange such as the interaction with xero. can be complicated to run reports or making sure I run the correct report.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its great to have so much information in one place and being able to integrate with other software is ideal

What do you like best about Scoro?

How Scoro is clear and easy to understand. The fact that it’s so customisable is essential to fitting it around my particular business and workflow routine. Having staff being able to keep up to date on our current projects and contact file is perfect.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Nothing. The only thing I could say if I had to would be that the mobile app could work better. But I believe this is being constantly updated and improved upon.

My quoting and invoicing has become so unbelievably easy and I can keep track of every move made on the system. I never need to go looking for anything as it’s all just there in front of me.

Tracking sales team and their efforts. Before using Scoro we didn't have good way to track our team processes and efforts. Right now the pipeline system, comments on customer profile and reminders help to keep the hole team up to date and focused. It helps to track sales numbers.

I like that my whole team can communicate and share projects on one platform. Also as a real estate broker it´s important for me that the system puts my ads up in all the ad sites at once. It`s easy to master and easy to use.
