I love how easy Nutshell is to use, the UI is very well laid out and is intuitive. It's very easy to add Companies and Contacts to start creating a lead and sales pipeline.
Tricky to integrate with our 3CX phone system, it is shown as a feature but technical and hard to get working.
Allows me as the business owner to monitor sales performance and activities, see how many calls and emails are being made and I can record those calls if I wish to see the quality of conversations being had.
So far, our team had had no issues getting acclimated with Nutshell. Any questions we had we answered promptly and effectively by the Custimer Service staff. We are new to this but very happy so far with the experience.
So far we have no complaints. We still have a lot more info to load, then the process of updating customer and customer records will commence.
We are a manufacturer’s rep firm, and need one “source of truth” for contact info. We also are using the. Leads function to avoid opportunities falling though the cracks.
We love the option to create our own checklists and pipeline workflow.
We are paying for over 20 users, so it is a bit expensive now.

Wish that there was a view with details pane from the right center stage. Maybe be able to expand it to full view.
We use it to track our leads through the sales process. and it has made it very easy for us to make continuous progress towards our goals.
I love how easy it is to organize my leads. Nutshell gives me the ability to nest all of the information for each lead.
Sometimes my information doesn't fully sync.
I am able to reach out to old leads from years ago by using the tasks/reminders and I can bring those leads to life easily because I can find all of their information along with notes that were made from past coworkers.

The features you use most are right in front of you. It might not be the most advanced CRM, but covers key features well.
I would have added a few features like subsidiary looking and custom flexible tags.
Our software company is mostly consist of sales people who all need good CRM. We also have integrated it to our email o365, marketing MailChimp and website lead collecting processes.
It organizes customers very well and allows for better follow ups.

Hard to say, they do a great job! We usually bug them about features and then shortly after they are available !
We are generating more business for our company at a faster rate and we're able to make a more personal touch with prospective and existing customers.
After using a trial version, I was able implement Nutshell for our sales team within weeks of starting as the new Sales Manager.
There are still some bugs that occasionally come up, but customer support team usually has the answer to resolve it.
We are updating customer contacts and increasing our touches to customers and prospects as well as tracking new sales opportunities. We currently are tracking new sales projects and tracking outreach goals to measure and improve customer interactions.
Great CRM for business. I love the follow email ease. All the info it provides ie social media addresses etc

Nutshell is like Dunkin Donuts. It is a GREAT product, very convenient and easy for anyone to use and love. Salesforce is a bit like Starbucks - expensive, complicated and everything seems to be an extra fee. If you want to spend more time selling than you are figuring out your software, use Nutshell
Nothing. Their live phone support is great. I have called many times and every time the people are super smart, friendly and respectful even when the issues are all user error.

I love that I can call them and their entire support team is in the great US of A! Communication is easy. You can see their smile though the phone. No, they did not pay me to say this.
I wish I could do more on the mobile app but I know they have a lot of things on the roadmap which btw is public! And we can vote on new things we want. I also wish the Click to Call was better. I have really fast wifi but calls seem to always have issues. Clients tell me they cant hear me when I call via Nutshell CRM.

The best thing about Nutshell is the ability to integrate with other platforms and ease of training new users. The way the pricing structure is set up really caters to small business and that is very hard to find in the CRM arena.
I dislike how automated some things are as it opens the door for users not taking control of the database and overall data integrity.
We are solving our sales and lead cycles. We are also using it as a database management tool and have realized that this tool makes everyone much more efficient!
Being able to link everyone's email has been amazing. Its great to always be looped in with whats going on. Especially if you have a customer that has been conversing with a team member that is on vacation or out of the office. You can easily search the email function and find the information.
Sometimes using the map where we have all our customers can be glitchy- I dont know if you can add the zip code to search but I havent seen that as a feature.
Miscommunication for starters. We can look up specific emails from other staff members on quotes they sent out. The lead section is also helpful to keep track of follow ups.
Hands down the best experience we have had with Nutshell is their customer service. Any time there is an issue or something we need some help with, their customer support is amazing!
Nutshell's app is not as user friendly and doesn't have as many features as their web based program.
Being able to see all of our leads and being able to track down the different stages of our customer allow us to capture more customer sits and also allows us to follow up with customers at the right time.
Easy to enter new prospects information succinctly from the company name, phone number, email, primary contacts, who the decision maker is and so on , and continue adding information about the client as I gather it. It is also very easy to track the sales cycle and create notifications for follow up. Sharing my pipeline with my sales manager as well has been much easier & I can realistically create estimations on closing percentage and let him know where I am in the sales cycle to make our 1 on 1's more effective. I also truly enjoy the search feature as I am gathering information for unknown clients that I need to assist my team or gather intel on for assisting in closing a deal.
wish the business card scanning feature on the phone was easier to use and prepopulated company/contact/etc. I also wish that there wasn't so many requirements or difficulty when moving through the lead process as every sales company is different & the cycle. If it would be customized based on the type of company, it would be more helpful.
it is much easier to review with sales manager and track progress. Also, one of the biggest benefits is the communication with colleagues on conversations with clients whether that be phone calls or emails. It has dramatically helped in knowing where they are with the sales cycle and if I need to step in with a client.
Nutshell has all of the features we need without any of the bloat that we don't. It also has API access, which has allowed us to integrate it deeply with our other systems.
It would be nice to have just a tad more flexibility.
We've tried a number of CRMs, and Nutshell is the perfect fit for us. The web interface is simple, and the API interface has given us the ability to integrate it into our sales automation system and the backend system that we developed in house.
Nutshell is a powerful CRM tool. Our team has taken especially advantage of the lead tracking and Gmail integration. It’s been very helpful in allowing our team to work collaboratively on tracking and progressing on leads. The Gmail and Mailchimp integrations are fantastic and help us to be in sync and efficient.
1) Outbound emailing from Nutshell could be improved. Seems like I cannot cc when emailing from within the platform. 2) More flexibility with pipeline steps. We’ve noticed that our pipeline steps don’t always occur in the same linear order, so we advance to a step only to realize that some previous steps still need to be completed.
