Being able to sophisticate our follow-up methods has proven invaluable for our sales team. Using differing variables to prioritize who we will follow up with and when has helped us tremendously. The marketing feature is an additional sales tool we use to nurture past clients and prospects. I would highly recommend Nutshell.
Not being able to schedule a follow-up based on the closing date. For example, a lead will close on April 1st, and we would like to have an automatic follow-up one month prior to that lead closing. That is not a feature that is currently available.
Helping us organize our follow-ups and task out assignments and leads to various sales staff and the ability to see where they are in their work. Helps with accountability and structure.
That it is simple and very easy to use. Nothing complicated about it.
I didn't find any downside. I didn't have a chance to use all of the features, but I will likely return to dig in further.

It's so easy to use. I can figure most things out on my own because it's intuitive, but if I need help, it's always readily available.
My only complaint is that the calendar sync has been problematic, and we've had to have all users disable the sync. I'd love for this to be usable for us in the future.

The interface is very user friendly and easy to use. Makes the training and onboarding process very smooth for our salespeople. Easy to segment leads and track activities. Great dashboard options for us to track our pipeline and sales stage. Everything we need to drive sales performance.
Not much we dislike here at Brigil. Maybe the reporting aspect could be expanded for us to better track the outcomes of our activities. Maybe push out more fixed fields compared to text fields in the lead forms. The dilema as I understand is also managing complexity vs simplicity in adding new features.

Nutshell is super user-friendly and intuitive. I also appreciate that there's an easily accessible help desk linked to the toolbar so that I can get speedy responses when I need to troubleshoot.
Sometimes Nutshell can feel a little limiting when it comes to app integration..but I also think that's the charm. It's definitely a tool that's better for small businesses.

Frankly, I like the service best. I know that raises an eyebrow because it makes people wonder, "Why does he need to contact customer service if the product is so great?". That's a legit question but it doesn't mean the product is not great. A good CRM platform is going to be deep and wide and have a lot of functionality that takes a bit of time to learn. I'll admit, I'm not the fastest learner of CRM tools, so once in a while, I ask the team for pointers or help sorting out issues that in most cases I've screwed up myself. In every single case, Nutshell's customer service was immediately available and very happy to help me. They constantly go above and beyond.
Not much. I would like the customizable dashboard to be just a bit more customizable. Right now, there are about 5-6 widgets, but there could be more. Sales automation is very capable but needs more tutorials and help getting it going.
They make it very easy to manage a small or large number of contacts and sales leads in a variety of different styles and methods. Once you get bigger, their Marketing, Forms, and Sales Automation modules make it easy to grow and scale.
Nutshell is easy to use and easy to navigate. When searching for a company, person, or opportunity in Nutshell, you will find it quick and fast to show you the results. I especially like the interface which is displayed out in an easy-to-use fashion.
Product updates seem to be slow to come out. The ability to us able to move contacts up or down your list of names would be preferable, but we are still waiting to see this feature be implemented. The email system could be easier to use as well.
The easy-to-use interface really allows you to track opportunities easily, and the quick access to those records really allows us to be able to get at important information fast.
The UI and layout are nice to work with. Custom fields on your CMS and the new marketing suite are improving every day. But overall, if you're familiar with CRM's like Hubspot and Salesforce, using Nutshell is a better-priced solution.
Customer service can be a little slow compared to platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce. There's also a lack of template creation and management for marketing emails.
Nutshell is helping with customer management and organization. The ability to port seamlessly user information from our admin to Nutshell has been good. As our clientele has grown, Nutshell has been able handle the growth and the UX has not been slow or weighed down.
I find that Nutshell has a multitude of potential. There are so many options to make the platform work for your business needs. I find that the possibilities are almost endless.
With the endless possibilities and customization of Nutshell, it can sometimes get confusing how everything fits together. Some pieces are clunky and not as user-friendly as you would hope.

We use Nutshell as our CRM to manage our ongoing sales. Nutshell is very user friendly, adaptable to our needs and requirements and overall gives us a quick and easy overview on our monthly, quarterly and yearly sales. Their customer support is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to help you with any requests.
In the beginning it was a bit complicated to use and hence it took me a while to be comfortable with it. I'd suggest NS creates a short "how to..." video.
Nutshell helps us to get an overview of our past and current deals. It helps us to manage all our collabs with agencies and private persons. Thanks to NS we've managed to increase our performance. NS overall helps the team to better organize their deals.
It is very simple and easy to understand and use.
I REALLY wish there was a “parenting” ability. For instance...we sell to the State of Alaska. There are many departments. Each department has many locations. Being able to create a parent account or to be able to nest multiple locations under one dept. would be amazing. Please add this ability!

It lags the texting feature. There is an issue with the Email which is sent to the person before the lead was created.
It's a complete CRM solution for our company. It has made a lot of stuff easier for us by automation. It's helping to maintain goodwill with our customers with detailed conversations. It has been also soo great in Email Marketing too!
The fact that I can make phone calls within the CRM and I can review the calls later to make sure I understood the client properly. Also, it basically does everything I look for in a CRM at a great price. However, there is not an ability to Text message, and in today's world that is becoming increasingly mandatory.
The fact that Texting is not a feature yet.
It's a complete CRM and I can use it to create different pipelines for different projects for different customers.
We love that Nutshell has allowed our Sales team a more streamlined process to create pipelines that make sense for our sales funnel. The user interface is easy to learn and the support from Nutshell has been amazing. Additionally, I love that the dashboard is so easy to customize and it is easy to create and add new fields that make sense for what we need to track.
We have been using Nutshell for about 6 months now and I can honestly say, there is nothing that I dislike about the product or the support.
We were having a tough time with our existing CRM as we were unable to easily customize it and integrate it with our existing systems. We were also having a difficult time keeping track of meaningful conversations and making sure that potential clients didn't fall through the cracks. Nutshell has allowed us to be much more efficient and given us more opportunities to serve both existing and potential clients.
First is the automation of the pipeline require you do nothing after setted up the Goals- addin Task- Assignee for each stage/ person in charged - they just take action and everything is on the flow no hesitation. Second, deal list and pipeline have a great ui/ux with icon of process let you know how much gap is it, selection for Open/ Pending/ Cancel/ Lost help your team get more option on the deal not only Open/ Lost. Third, you could see contact/ deals as Terriority on Map great to understand how cover rate we did. Four, whatever your package they offer unlimited storage, email 2 way synced/ SMTP/ Bcc your email. Five, contact management have offered Tag/ Desciption/ Terriority you could set rule to check. Six, they focus on Company Type mean you just work on each contact and get the final result to change the company type. Seven, timeline check activity is critical, its unique. Moreover, they have a Mectric/ Quotas for each Activity/ Sales. Eight, report in advanced they provide everything related to actitivty/ deals you could easily see and track, so simple - you cant belived. Nine, each deal you could add Competitor and a Note included help you know your position. Ten, they offer for your product depend on each market with different currency too.
Text box field require click to see and automatic blue arange for edit. Little bit of harassment if you use it much, conversely provide a ui/ux in a singline as organize. Deals card cant customize what you want to see, only default as Primary contact/ Name/ Value. Job Title also include company name its too long and not beauty.
Automation Sales help decrease manually task, set up goals and straightforward. Last Actitivty track on both Contact/ Company guide to next action. Only work on Company Type that let user focus to work and moving status of company, not complicated. Always have Name of Competitor and a note. Virtually Deals icon help you know how much gap and which priority both on Pipeline and List view. Multiple pipeline for more workflow with automation dramatically excellent. Report provide every insight of deals help you know your progress

Efficiently can have an electronic phone system and work remotely from states away. It has made our business more efficient.
Nutshell does not take an on-boarding team to get started. There are no setup/on-boarding costs, and yet the platform has a great deal of flexibility with how you set things up and is really quite powerful with the use of tags - right out of the box.
The display of information for a lead is a little clunky and limited. An example would be what information you can put in the main area and what gets moved to the sidebar. The way tags are specific to people, business and leads is clunky. There needs to be global tags that extend down through an organization as this would be quite useful.
Our inhouse sales team uses Nutshell to manage prospects and leads. It keeps us organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Nutshell is very intuitive. I've used 4 other CRMs prior to Nutshell and none were as intuitive. I also love the US Support with no difficult to understand accents. Also like the integrated email marketing and the reporting from campaigns. The click to dial works better than anything I've used too.
No bulk de-duping of contacts or accounts. Duplicates just keep building. I currently have thousands of duplicate accounts and no way to bulk dedupe. They need to come up with a better way to not add duplicates and just update existing accounts versus creating duplicates. Maybe they can base their means of checking for duplicates based on the domain and not the company name or somethinw.
Really nice and easy system for both a Sales CRM and Marketing Automation. It's a unified solution. Saves time and frustration
