I love that Moosend has included all of the features regardless of what level plan you have. Many companies have changed so that the best features are only available at premium levels, which is what caused me to look around in the first place. Moosend offers those features right from the start, which means that I will only pay as my list expands, and will never have a reason to seek services elsewhere.

I have not yet found anything I dislike about the software. It is intuitive and works well for everything I have needed so far.

I am able to create pop-up for new subscribers right from my website. I also use this to create lists that have various automations based on the needs of that list. It works as well for my blog subscribers as well as the people who download my offerings or reach out for an initial strategy call. I am able to create automated campaigns based on all of the different reasons why someone might want to work with me.

For a startup website, it's all about price, price, price! Who is going to give you the most back for your buck!

If you're new to email marketing it can be a little tough to figure out at first but the support pages are very helpful.

I am creating my subscriber list with a program that is just about full-featured without the expense. The best part, as my site grows I have not found a more reasonably priced program for the number of services offered.

The best thing is their customer service, it is unparalleled. Another amazing thing is the lack of restrictions for free users.

The fact that they do not have a mobile app yet or that their website is not mobile friendly.

Moosend has revolutionized our internal comms. Previously we used to depend on standard form emails or wait for a design expert to assist us but now we design our own emails.

I like how intuitive it is to use their platform. Even with no digital marketing knowledge, you're able to follow their tips and accomplish your objectives. Plus, they have a lead generation tool, a Subscription Forms tool (currently BETA) that is key to anyone looking to build a decent lead list from their own website.

Not really a dislike, more like a "room for improvement" type of thing: the web editor could allow more customization. But nothing that would make me move to another platform. Nonetheless it is an important aspect to keep in mind since technologies advance in the blink of an eye.

Maintaining a customer/marketing list with no hassle and at very little to no-cost. With almost full features (being that the essential ones are more than enough to my business needs) . I'm able to gather emails from my website, organize them on lists, set campaigns and send out emails very easily.

I had no clue what I was doing but they made it idiot proof. My business has noticeably increased thanks to this program.

Moosend offers me the same functionality as MailChimp (which is what I used previously) however the email templates are more visually appealing and easy to modify with my branding.

If there was one thing I would change it would be the ability to add tags. There is a workaround that I am using and it is functional, but as old habits die hard, the use of tags would be the icing on the cake.

I am not having any problems. The benefits I have realized is an increase in the delivery and open rate of the emails I send. The landing pages are easy to design and activate. I currently have several evergreen campaigns running without need for my intervention. It is truly set it and forget it. I also like the ease with which I can create automations and workflows.

The functionality and ability to be so creative. I also like the option of resending in a specified time if not open. The templates are amazing as well and very intuitive. I like the editor function a lot.

Sometimes it does not show my mailing list when I make new emails. It's says I don't have any mailing lists. Not sure why.

Communication gaps. This has helped us a ton with being able to pass off ideas, keep emails in a great thread and reach out to our entire team at once for more immediate feed back.

I like Moosend because of its easy to use, intuitive, clean interface. I can schedule my campaigns very easily, with all the advanced features that the best email marketing companies have. I recommend.

I have no issues to point out. You should have a free plan with more features

My only gripe is that the Help articles offer info that is too general. To get advanced Help on specific topics I have to browse the forums for answers.

I love that Moosend provides you with free 1000 subscribers before you have to pay for anything! It's a great option for beginners to see if their email funnel will convert for them without paying hundreds of dollars on an email platform.

I'll admit, it was a little confusing to set up at the beginning; so lots of trial and error with setting up the lead gen, setting up the emails, etc.

I used Moosend for my very first email funnel for my business. The biggest benefit I saw right off the bat was the free trial of 1000 subscribers before having to pay for anything. It gives you an opportunity to really test your funnel before investing in it.

The best thing about Moosend is the plethora of templates that it has to offer which generate Ideas to work on while making an e-mail campaign. Also, I would like to state that the free plan is quite elaborate giving you 1000 recipients to whom you can send free campaigns and only update the plan when you have more recipients so, it gives you enough room to try out the platform before purchase so its a great thing. The platform also gives you a plethora of analysis tools via which you can check if the email has been opened or not and to check engagements so its a great thing to keep tabs on your potential customers. Finally, I would like to comment on the Customer Support part which is exceptional ( 6 out of 5 Stars).

The fact that when trying out the platform you need to have an email ID which is not from one of the free domains is a minus as people who want to test would face hindrance but that is being exceptionally well handled by the customer support team who even makes an exception in the rules to let you try out the platform feature. I would like to suggest something: Instead of totally screening off users having email ID from free domains, Moosend can restrict the number of emails that can be sent. Say if 1 or 2 emails are allowed then at least people can check out Moosend more easily.

Moosend is a perfect Email Marketing tool that thinks about both the sender and the receiver and has a very well process of filtering out spam from both ends. And I believe that Moosend has some of the best templates to spur out your creativity in terms of email marketing.

I've used over a dozen autoresponder companies in the last 10 years, we found Getresponse, Mailchinp & Aweber customer service shockingly bad. Moosend is a refreshing new service with brilliant live support agents & people you can actually speak to via mail - the platform has grown massively in features to match market leaders & yet it's super easy to use even for beginners - best bit is the price is lower than market leaders too - well done Moodend!

There is very little to dislike as you don't have to wait for your imports to be approved like others & they don't charge you for the same lead multiple times if it appears on different lists - on occasion you get the stats don't display immediately - but its only a niggle

Terrible Customer Service by the main stream giants, over-billing, problems & delays in list importing, complexity of sending to unopens, difficulty in handling HTML mails

Customer Service is so responsive and understands the real question I should be asking. Suggested workarounds when I could not do what I wanted directly (e.g. outline pictures) The availability of spacers gives so much more flexibility in how to lay out my newsletter content I can use anchors to link to different parts of my email from the top (did not work on mobile devices in the previous service provider I was using, only desktops). Love the timer element you can insert to count down to a deadline in newsletter

Minor cosmetic things: Cant organize things like the fields to capture members (customers) data in your own order. I inserted a sequential number in front of every field name so I can control the order or organize the "personal containers" in alphabetical order. Cant see the name of the template you are working on Wish they had an option to do surveys

Sending a better quality newsletter

Moosend is extremely easy to use. We have used several email marketing systems before such as Odoo (terrible user interface, poor deliverability) and Mailchimp (user interface not as good as Moosend, deliverability okay, poor customer service). Mailchimp got too expensive for us and we got the same features and easy of use with Moosend.

No downsides found yet. I am especially pleased with Moosend's customer service. Both the FAQ are very good as well as chat. In short, we are very happy with our switch!

Easier sending of newsletters with great deliverability.

Anyone who is new to email marketing and does not have any knowledge of it can try Mossend for 1000 mails and learn how to take advantage of this simple yet effective system for business marketing and promotion. It is very simple and easy to import mail ids and create multiple campaigns in no time. Plus the packages it offers are very competitive and easy to own as compared to other similar service providers available in the market.

Templates and designing modules could have been better with a few more options to design a mail effectively. Although it is easy to draft and manage any campaign, but when you compare it with other services providers like Google, which has a huge collection of templates and options to design a mail campaign, it feels that Moosend lacks those presets and tools which can help even a layman to draft beautiful and attractive mails even without having in-depth knowledge of any designing software or skill.

I am using it for quite some time now, to manage all my mailing lists in one place and that too with multiple mail ids making it quite simple and easy to convey information to my clients. It has become very easy to launch and keep a track of all campaigns which can easily be used and modified as per my requirement. One of the best features I like about Moosend is importing and exporting data of mailing lists, which is quite simple and it supports multiple formats that make it even more convenient to use.
