The freemium is generous, but it would be great to have more reports in freemium

Mixpanel is very intuitive in its way of showing you how to build a report from scratch. Mixpanel is a powerfull BI tool, and also looking good from a esthetical point of view.

There ins't really much I dislike in Mixpannel to be honest, maybe bcause I did not build many reports myself and I'm more a huge consumer of reports built from others. The only thing that comes to my mind is the way of saying a report which needs to be duplicated otheriwse you do modify the "public one".

Mixpanel gathers data which are super helpful when it comes to tak the right decisions, at different levels: why to prioritize a feature more than another, or why to send this email to a customer, or at whihc point we stand from a usage point of you, etc.

It's super flexible. We tried other metric-tracking apps for a long time but eventually ran into issues making them fit our specific needs. Mixpanel just worked!

Because of the flexibility, you do have a spend a bit more time thinking about how to build your reports and dashboards and making sure they work. I'd like more preconfigured dashboards read to go that can be tweaked.

It's helping us keep track of our unit metrics over time. Things like MRR, ARPU, Churn, Conversion rate, and conversion funnels.

Simple and intuitive to use, very, very fast at loading tables and charts once you've created the filters and data points you're interested in seeing.

Saving and sharing tables with other users is always more confusing and less intuitive than it should be.

I appreciate how simple it is to implement and query.

The Mixpanel website UI was in dire need of an overhaul. I haven't had much of a chance to look at it to confirm whether the limitations have been addressed.

Mixpanel allows us to track whether a bad actor has accessed Personally Identifiable Information or Protected Health Information.

User-friendly design, great variety of reports and views, high sped of report generation. Very easy to create a dashboard. Very flexible filters and views breakdown.

Can't export table data into Excel or csv

Simplistic and easy-to-navigate tool, the best part is saving reports and creating funnels and segmentation. Mixpanel is also easy to setup on the website. I haven't tried the AB test feature but will sure use that in future scenarios as well if required.

Pricing is too costly for the events per price other competitors are giving similar features for lower price.

The best part of using Mixpanel is to create funnels of two different pages and understand the conversion rate dropoff of customers.

Mixpanel has a very extensive documentation and it's easy to learn about the tool and guide the software team, even with little technical background. The usage of the tool is also quite intuitive, making it easy to analyze the data and build dashboards and insightful reports. Retention analysis and conversion funnels are also few clicks away.

Not a problem from Mixpanel, but it does require your own product's knowledge to be able to set it up correctly, as well as understanding when each event should be registered. Mixpanel guide has all the information necessary on that, but applying this might be tricky depending on the software.

Mixpanel is really allowing us to get to know how our users move throughout our products, understanding key features, issues that arise, and that makes it very easy to focus our energy and attention on improving existing features and fixing bugs quicker,

My only concern is about the price as its freemium model is very good to give your business a good kickstart. But the price will grow exponentially as your app grows.

1. Mixpanel helps me to identify that a certain feature was not being used by many users. I removed the feature and replaced it with a new feature that was more popular with users. This resulted in an increase in user engagement. 2. Mixpanel helps me to identify that a certain marketing campaign was not effective. I changed the campaign and saw an increase in sales. 3. Mixpanel helps me to identify that a certain group of users was having trouble using my product. I made changes to the product to make it easier for these users to use. This resulted in an increase in user satisfaction.

I recently had the opportunity to use Mixpanel, and I must say it has been amazing for my startup. The platform is UX-friendly, making navigating through the various features and functionalities easy.

It's hard to downgrade product if you're on a higher-paying plan. Sometimes you need to do that.

While Mixpanel has proven to be an invaluable tool for our business, there is one aspect that could be improved. Occasionally, navigating through the interface can feel a bit overwhelming due to the abundance of features and options available. Simplifying the user experience and streamlining the interface would greatly enhance usability. Nonetheless, this minor inconvenience does not diminish the overall value that Mixpanel brings to our analytics efforts.

It shows me the type of engagement my customers are doing on my company's marketplace. I am able to see who is using and how, which gives us feedback on what's working.

Its collection of data and simplifies it to provide it to the users. It's unmatched. The recording of events by the user on the application. Havent tested competitors, but I wouldn't switch from Mixpanel.

Nothing for now, all looks good. nothing wrong at all. Nope, I don't think so. No problems at all. I would like them to continuously improvise.

I can see the data and easily assist the user, watch the events of user on the smallcase app. Yes, I am definitely more productive than ever. Yes business performance has increased.
