Kissflow is an easy to use, super intuitive tool that helped our organization to create and implement processes.
The interface is very intuitive and flexible, overall I have no dislikes.
The main benefit is the process automation. No more paperwork, everything is done digitally.

Manage workflow
The configuration of new workflows, or update of existing ones, is trivial. You can integrate with other systems, so it's easy to keep information updated everywhere. Has a simple to use app.
Sometimes the app doesn't work, or take too long to retrieve the current tasks. It could have a customer portal, so customers could start processes themselves.
We use Kissflow for running internal business processes.

Flexibility and the ease of use. Features added recently like "skip to" and "Send to Email" is a very good addition.
Some minor future upgrades that are not yet implemented. One example is multiple currency support.
Paper processes. I'm trying to convert as much manual, paper process to an automated forms.

Kissflow can sometimes have issues with speed. It can lag at times.
We were able to automate manual processes and we're able to analyze our processes through the "App Metrics".
The ability to build a form from scratch, removing all the fields that you don't need and add in the items that you need for your business. I also love the product specialist's response time, and technical knowledge, in addition, they are extremely responsive which is always a plus!
Certain aspects of the software that we can't control. For eg. Inability to stop submissions after a certain date, but there are workarounds that work as well. :) Please consult your product specialist for guidance.

There is nothing which i dislike. However i have been discussing on some missing / customisation features, where am waiting for the new product release to answer the questions.
We have centralised form submission and made workflows for easy to use and timely approvals. This has also in turn help us manage & reduce our balance sheet chaos and quarterly reporting of expenses.

There is little to dislike. Customizablity is efficient, so any problem is easy to resolve.

It help keep me organized and I don't have to worry about telling people what to do. KissFlow automatically sends an email to my coworker as a reminder.
It needs a couple more features that would be useful, like being about to sort by due date when pulling up all the active items. Sometimes is can also be slow on loading certain pages.
KissFlow has helped keep everyone organized and eliminated a lot of unnecessary paperwork. This program has also allowed us to make people accountable for the job tasks. If someone doesn't complete a certain task, we will know and we can go to them for clarification.
I am from RB and using Kiss flow Last 1.5 Years. Business users are very happy its very easy and handy to manage the approval. We have developed around 50+ workflow app and its working fine without error. Really i recommend this.
I have submit many ideas for Kissflow wishlist's - > If possible please add the approval time with each level in reports. > currently while assign the ticket to some but else assign name showing as per workflow but this should be show the current assignee name.
Very easy to use. Handy we can approve anywhere with phone Email notification is really very useful.
Almost everything can be customised. I'm impressed on how flexible it is!
Form layout can't be changed for easier usage by users. i.e. Bold, colour, borders etc can't be changed
