Xero is a simple-to-use accounting solution. I can generate invoices, accounting reports, and bank account reconciliations. Anywhere in the world, I can easily operate and login to the software.
Overall xero is very good accounting software but the price is comparatively higher than others.
I can provide others with access via email and work from anywhere on the planet.
The system is intuitive, easy to learn and the app store is fantastic. The integrations with the bank feed is fantastic and one of the best examples I have seen.
I have found the payroll and expenses module a bit clunky in comparison to the slickness of the rest of the modules. Also more bank integrations would be appreciated
Xero has helped deliver massive efficiency gains and has helped cut down on the paperwork required by the business. Year end accounts are delivered easily with my accountant being able to view everything they need in real time.

Xero has done a lot of things I didn't even imagine possible, one of the powerful intergrations Xero offered helped us managed out client's company money - bills and expenses coming in and going out.
Things can be challenging, especially on the technicalities of the application itself and the way the UI is organized but as you familiarize its work around and using its purpose, it can do amazing things for you and your company.
A few things I deal with is how e-commerce mainly done espescially recurring invoices, you’ll have a billing partner handling the details and since you want to see all those invoices in Xero, a direct connection is ideal.
It makes the work of an accountant very easy. Manages all your work in one place without any professional user's help. Its supporting team is so helpful, they are available everytime whenever anybody needs help in using it or in setuping it. All the details of the transaction you do are available here, and the data is secured end to end. It makes the life an business runner very easy.
The online thing I dislike about Xero is that some of the features are of additional cost, and we cannot use them in the purchasing price of the software.

I make regular online payments through various online payment applications, so all the data is saved in Xero, which helps me create tax reposts. Generating invoices and sending them to my clients and customers. It helps me keep track and generate income and expenses reports.

Xero does occasionally get a bit buggy and has technical issues - but this is the same for all platforms. I don't fault them for this, even though it can be frustrating at times.

Really easy interface that requires no training or accounting experience. Easy to create invoices, email them out and it has a clear dashboard that shows you everything you need at a glance.
There isn't much we don't like, but one of the few things that have been an annoyance is not being able to edit the format of the Customer Statement when using a standard branding theme. We enter a Customer PO number as well as our job reference in the Reference column and all that detail shows up fine on the invoice itself but when you produce a PDF statement for a client, it truncates the width of that column and therefore doesn't display all this detail which isn't helpful when a customer is reviewing their statement, we have to export the data and produce this ourselves in XLS.
