It contains a lot of designs, tools and templates guaranteed to satisfy your needs. Editing of vector graphics so easy with Coreldraw.
Coreldraw is quite expensive compared to it's other counterparts, asides this it is a very good application.
I mostly just use it for my vector graphical designs.
Corel draw is a well and mostly used software for graphic design all over the world. It has a user friendly interface and its feature are very easy to use. I like most of the features which makes it outstanding, features like healing clone tool, live-scetch tool, multi monitoring, curving, blur feature, font search and filtering, enhancement stylus, vector preview, font management, amongst many others. When editing or designing a logo, vector illustration, web graphics etc. all the features, elements and solution are easy to locate which is the most reason why I chose Corel draw as my preferred project software.
It has so many features, which makes it quite difficult and confusing to use, especially for beginners. It lack photo editing tool but Corel photo-paint can still perform the magics.
I use Corel draw to create flyers, editing of photos and vector graphics. its been a very nice experience working with the software, it multiple tools and vector preview just made my work so easy.
Easy to use and maneuver Great templates Multiple file saving formats Nice tools, online and offline Good support
File space is too large Difficult to master at first Help section is not user friendly So many support apps to learn
Logo design Photo editing Dyer design Business cards Banner design Branding
CorelDRAW was a great alternative to Adobe. It was easy to use and provided a wealth of tutorials and training materials online.
At the time I began using it, CorelDRAW did not have a Mac-compatible version.
We were looking for a more user-friendly, cost-effective alternative to Adobe for graphic design and this exceeded all of our needs.
It's ability to work on files of different formats other than its own makes it highly compatible. The user interface is quite catchy and understandable for learners and makes you want to stay glued to your screen and do more.
It's inability to work on bitmap images
I don't really need other applications to view some files, I'd rather use Corel draw because I can view and edit to my taste.
The skillful integration of all of its modules into one multi-faceted software package.
One of my regular concerns over the years was the lack of a Mac version of CorelDraw, but fortunately, that is longer the case.
Corel Graphics Suite has significantly streamlined my daily workflow. Because of this I have increased my output, can work with more clients throughout the year and achieve optimal results with minimal effort. With the additional ability to open, export and save other file formats, this has allowed me to be more flexible with those who I work with. Having the option to work with both vector-based and raster-based images and tools within one application suite is also a big plus. I sometimes work with clients who require precision artwork which CorelDraw Graphics Suite is fully equipped to deal with so I am able to expand the types of images that I'm able to create and greatly broaden my expertise at the same time while fulfilling demanding client needs. Corel Graphics Suite - Continually breaking new ground without sacrificing the exceptional quality of the ever-expanding, fully-integrated features that it provides.
I love that I can design anything exactly the way want it. I have been using it since version 3 and it's now on version 18. I have kept up with all the changes and love using all the different functions. It's been around long enough to have a strong user base for online forum help.
It uses a great deal of memory. Every once in awhile it crashes.
I create every kind of thing with it including books, t-shirt designs, logos, posters, fliers, business cards, promotional post cards, icons, web page graphics, photo editing.
The best of Corel Draw is the management of the guidelines, the duplicate of pages that you can name and modify without interfering in other worksheets, really Corel Draw is a very useful software for graphic designers who are starting, because it covers all the tools necessary to help you develop your projects. Also the good thing about Corel Draw is that it helps me to create bar codes, not many software includes this option and I think it is an excellent alternative for when I'm going to work packaging designs
What I do not like about Corel Draw ?, I could say that moving the elements exactly should be much easier, something like a command where I can place coordinates and the object moves according to these coordinates, I think Corel Draw is better for work illustrations, clipart and not to work editing that will go to print, just a little care with the effects but the rest has everything you need in a software vector
Corel Draw is a vector software that contains many tools that other software do not include, the option to create barcodes is one of them, I do not have to download anything else on my computer because I already have this option in this software, the benefits are immense because as a graphic designer I love creating projects every day that reflect my passion and my profession
what I like about the tool as such is the great variety of editing attributes that can be used and also the quality of the finished work in any project in which it is used
What I like the least is that sometimes when you want to pass images to be able to vectorize the process is very slow, that would be the only thing I would ask for better in this tool
the benefits obtained by corel are many among them being able to have a powerful tool of editing and creation of digital material at hand with which ideas can be captured in a very precise way and with the best finishes that only this kind of specialized programs can offer in edition
All those features on capabilities that make it fast and effective.
There is not a 3D module in it anymore.
Logos, graphics, document creation, and illustrations
It is a vectorial program with which you can work on routes and take your designs to embroideries, engravings, prints, allows to draw, design, diagram and prepare prepress. You can save files in PDF, JPEG, PNG format and it has a high compatibility with many design programs. It is fast, intuitive and fast editing can perform complex jobs. It has most of the tools of a set of graphic design programs. It is very popular and you can find many tutorials and help on the Internet. In my environment I work with textiles and it is very genius to work in corel, it is very fast and easy to use!
It becomes unstable when working with large files and the zoom is used a lot, sometimes it also slows down to the computer because it uses a lot of resources. It is not 100% compatible with Windows, so it sometimes stops working and also requires a commercial license. Its interface is super simple, maybe they should update a bit the graphic environment of this design tool
I work in the area of graphic design, and this tool is indispensable for me when doing my projects. With him I have been able to work in textile companies making vinyl prints, doing all the design in corel draw.
Coreldraw is just one of the best vectoring software programs, given that I have utilized it in our firm all of our records have actually obtained considerably better. We revise every graph that comes from excel, we recreate all of the tables created with word and edit all of the pictures that come from powerpoint. For me it has actually been an outstanding complement to our office software applications.
There is a lot of functions and that is not an exaggeration. As the outcome, it does take some time to learn more about all of them. If I don't utilize it for a while, my understanding curve rises quite a bit however it likewise drops equally as quickly. The one attribute I do have difficulty with is an excellent circle however the transform to contours and also the grid function do address that.
CorelDRAW is really beneficial in creating designs for customers. It is a one-stop alternative for all sort of graphic design needs, that makes it an extremely efficient and needs to have software program application if you remain in the establishing market.
The grid makes it truly good for making straight lines and being able to zoom in at such a close level is extremely useful. It truly makes a tidy graphic. It has a truly great turn function when you can set the center point.
It's much better if they can establish Mac variation of 'CorelDraw'. In general it's really great creating tool.
With CorelDraw I got total option for all my designers requirements. With one software application plan I can understand all my styles, from easy illustration to multi-page pamphlet.
When you need one tool for prepress, vector illustration and graphics design jobs, with excellent photo editor, font manager and one time payment for licence, you can relay on Corel Draw package.
After 20 version of constant development, Corel Draw has no weak points, except one: table tool. It is too slow, unresponsive and sometimes it is tricky to select and work with multiple rows or columns. Work with text inside table cells are the worst nightmare for me.
With Corel Draw I got complete solution for all my designers needs. With one software package I can realise all my designs, from simple illustration to multipage brochure.
The program is very complete, it has typographic and printing tools that will allow us build professional profiles so that our work can be reproduced with the maximum possible fidelity in the printing presses. The program has many tasks, such as automatic backup (auto-backup) they are done in the background and do not interrupt work, also provides greater speed and stability to the program.
One of the few complaints I can say about this program is that it allows you to mix RGB and CMYK colors in a document, which sometimes causes printing errors. The module for importing vectors frequently generates errors in the files that are processed. The price is a bit high.
I trust a lot in this company. Corel is many years old developing software for professionals and every time it gives us more innovations. It is a very versatile program, which can be used in many areas of work, not only for the graphic design, advertising, internet or publishing world. Can also be used in the world of fashion, decoration, industry and many more, which helped me particularly since my company is dedicated to graphic design and interior design and I personally do fashion design in my free time.
It is so easy to use. It is just like Microsoft Word. So easy to use and it turns out great!!
I am not a huge fam that when you import things that were previously made, the font goes all wacky and there is no way to change the font to what I originally had.
We were making a new brochure for our company. We had outsourced in the past and was using what we had access to already to make changes. I have realized that we can use it on so many things for marketing.
The improved Tool Bar over the years makes it more flexible while designing vector-based illustrations. The interface is grown to be dynamic especially with the resent version's tabbed document interface (TDI) for easy toggling between documents.
The absence of CDR on Mac OS. As a Software Engineer and a Graphic Designer, I know maintaining two platforms at the same time is a herculean task, but based on the requests and its popularity, they need to consider native support for iOS.
I have been in the visual communication industry for over two decades now. I solved lots of technical, education and social problems with it and proved the right tool for me in creating my vector-oriented designs.
Tiene una interface muy facil de aprender y resulta facil aprovechar todas sus caracteristicas
En los menus de configuracion y opciones a veces resulta dificil encontrar la opcion que buscas
Todo lo referente a diseño grafico lo hacermos con CorelDraw
Easy to handle in designing logo , template, graphic card etc
It is very difficult for the one who have less knowledge
It helps in designing logo , Card, Marriage card
What I love the most of corel draw is how much freedom does the program offer. When designing posters it allows for creating presentations that differ from the usual ones that get presented in engineering. The fact that one can speed up working just by learning a few commands make working with it when you get the hang of it a great experience.
Coreldraw has a lot of different functionalities and it can be overwhelming when learning it. Some of it's features are kind of clunky, sometimes even creating lines can involve several commands a the same time, some of the processes could be more streamlined.
We have used coreldraw in our business when in the need to present lots of information in a summarized manner, we create posters or as we call them sheets and rework all the tables and graphs vectorizing them which improves the quality of the work and it really makes them shine.
