The gmail integration is really helpful to keep information flowing
I have had a few instances where the platform has been a bit glitchy.
We are currently launching an inside sale team and copper has been a huge help.
It is very simple to use and implement. adoption was quick from our staff
Not being able to create new object records for things such as service
tracking leads, opportunities and account details. The benefit is that it increased productivity
That it integrates with Gmail so seemlessly.
That you can't set a default timeline for a task. It automatically defaults to 1 day, and I would set it to a week if possible. I have to change the task follow up timeline literally every time I create a task, which can be annoying. If I could set it to automatically default to 1 week it would save me some time.
It's helping me keep in touch with our wide range of clients, reminds me of all previous contacts and what stage in the sales process I am with each client.
This tool is incredibly easy to implement in that it takes minimal time and does not require training from a Copper employee or consultant. Its core competency, integration with Gmail, is a lifesaver to small companies in keeping a record of contacts and simple onboarding.
I wish I would be automatically logged in, as I tend to not use the tool when I have to log in and wait for the extension to load. It would also be helpful to have a pipeline to track product adoption stages in addition to sales opportunities (I work for a software company). Additionally, the web version often returns a blank page when initially logging in, causing me to close the site and revisit the URL.
Working on a small team, Copper has been far and away the easiest CRM to implement, especially coming from Salesforce. The web version is both savvy and easily navigable with great record-keeping features that save time from sifting through emails.
Search function helps me manage accounts
There aren't too many downsides.I like the dashboard.
We are using copper to manage our customer lifecycle
Emails automatically logging! Also, tasks syncing to your calendar so you can see them without actually going to the task button. So user friendly too.
Not being able to duplicate a lead. we can merge leads but not create a second lead for the same person with the same information at the click of a button we have to manually input all of that to create a new lead
we are able to avoid people falling through the cracks with the filters as well as easily keep up with long term follow up by setting certain statuses and filters
It's been great to set Copper to auto-create tasks at different stages of our pipeline. Keeps me on track for my meetings and progress.
Copper plugs into my gmail, which is great - but emailing from Copper offers none of the plug-ins. 2-way sync would be great.
Keeping on top of client pipeline, being able to track previous opportunities for the same client and compile notes.
Great user interface is easy to use, great for storing contact information quickly. The system saves each customer interactions made, including files sent to email, facilitating the work of sales representatives. The reporting and analysis tool provides key metrics for planning and making decisions regarding our business strategies. I must mention that the integration with Gmail is effective, I can automatically add leads and track their activity in the CRM.
Although it is a functional software, it lacks some customization features and integrations with third-party software.
Copper improves sales management and decision-making. The functions facilitate contact registration, sales management, task planning and lead tracking. It simplifies the workflow. It is versatile and conforms to the needs and demands of the sales department.
Copper works seamlessly with GSuite. The integration in the sidebar of Gmail allows for quick updates without having to enter the web app. The platform overall is extremely intuitive and offers a clear snapshot into the business.
Customization and integrations still have a way to go but the team has expressed a willingness to explore all options.
We are able to make the shift towards being a data-driven organization.
So i will be 100% honest here. I love copper. But i dont use it all the time. If I am doing a lot of prospecting, I get it. But i still with the price was at least half.. or maybe a 'forever free'model of a small amount of contacts
this product is great! it has everyting i love about crm. And i used to use pipedrive too,. the only thing that doesnt work for me is the price
bautiful CRM that gives you bird eye view of deals and prospects. i dont have too many open deals, so when i use it.. it does the job right
Because it's to easy todo my task and the cooper give me a lot of insides to management my work with focus sales.
for now i do not find something to reply this question.
We wave a proble with sales workflow, management pipeline and customer management. So we change the platform CRM and we increased our productivity and ours Sales Executives can be manager your account with more speed and assertiveness.
Flexibility to use for different applications. Useful to keep organize workflows. For example, I use it to keep tabs on the different stages of our sales, such as when we receive a PO, when is created in our system, when we've sent it out to our customer and waiting for approval, when payment has been done and is ready for our warehouse.
The only thing I disliked at first was the extra step of the creations of the Opportunities, however now is part of my flow, so it doesn't bother me anymore.
Never again a sales order, a backorder fall in the cracks. We are pretty accurate and reliable to our customers.
love the gmail integration that automatically syncs emails, and has a great feature of being able to add contacts and opportunities directly from gmail (with information that automatically populates). love how it tracks opportunities
I only wanted one user to move up from the basic account because only one person would be using a couple of additional features in the professional. However we had to pay for all users to move up to the professional account. I'm thinking of down grading our use to basic as we can't justify the extra spend for our small business.
ensuring business opportunities don't drop off the radar and supporting team discussions around BD sending out bulk emails for marketing campaigns understand stats around business opportunities to help us understand where and how to improve
The integration into the G Series, allows emails from clients to be available within Copper for ease and organization
Assigning multiple companies to the same person / customer, as our clients have multiple companies and projects
Keeping track of business opportunities, activities and contact with your clients all while integrating seamlessly with Gmail and Google Calendar.
I use Copper with my team on a daily basis to keep the sales pipeline transparent and see where we're at on various sales. It has been instrumental in reminding our teammates when to follow up and takes the headache out of relying on email or calendar reminders. I like the reporting and graphical representation of our leads, sales, who's performing, who's underperforming, how much we've lost in our lost bids, etc. There is a lot to be gleaned from this software.
The CRM aspect of it could be improved. It would be great if we could view contacts/leads in a more streamlined way. There are also some features that could be improved with better categorization of leads and sales pipelines.
I am saving time by using the automation that Copper provides in the pipeline and sales tracking features within the system. The sales performance reporting has also led to a visual representation of how our sales and lost sales are impacting us overall.
I love how Easy it is to move things through a pipeline and how it can integrate with google sheets and gmail. It makes tracking leads so easy.
I don’t love the reporting features. They are very limited in what you can do without fully exporting to excel.
We are able to track customer relationships, leads, and keep an eye on our sales pipeline.
I like being able to see my contact's info right in gmail along with the activity history and other important details.
Sometimes the addon doesn't load as fast as I'd like, but that could be on my side.
Eliminating data entry and keeping everyone on the same page.
My favorite part about it was the custom pipeline. I have never used another CRM system but I don't think I would want to. I also liked how custom to our companies it could be.
One thing that I disliked was multiple clients. I know that there is a way to "merge" duplicate clients but I wish there was a automatic way.
Communication between my co-workers and I. Like I said, it was my first CRM - so there were no more post-its all over the place to leave notes for each other.
Really like the layout for keeping track of work progress
semi editable- we had a bit of struggle differentiating cold calls and incoming inquiries
huge benefit that it pulls info from the email!
Prosperworks allows me to have multiple sales pipelines that help us manage the different phases and styles of projects.
I would like integration with Dialpad to call customers directly from the customer profile.
We are tracking sales and bid lists.
