I like CaptivateIQ because it outlines my commissions very clearly and it let's me know what I can expect to collect in my commissions auto deposit.

I can't say there is anything I don't like about CaptivateIQ. It's a pretty intuitive program and I have no trouble navigating the platform.

For me personally, it is clarifying me compensation for my commissions.

It has been a breeze tracking commissions and revenue targets with updates from Salesforce being timely and accurate. No longer need to manually tabulate figures in excel. Inquiries are simple and easy top use if there is any discrepancy in reporting.

Only issue was finding future projections - hiding them under "Preview Statement" While easy to remeber once you know where to find future months if you don't it's not intuitive

Overall, I've had a really good experience working with Captivate IQ tool, but I also appreciate the ease of use, available support, resources and trainings offered to be able to continue to learn and grow as the product evolves to meet our needs as we scale our own business.

I don't feel there is anything specific that stands out that I dislike, just really appreciate the efforts to continue improving the product.

It gives me the most important information I need to see without giving me too much information. It's easy to navigate to areas that I want to get to...previous payouts, upcoming payouts, detailed breakdowns. It loads quick and overall has an excellent interface. Never have I found myself frustrated while trying to find something. I typically use Captivate IQ several times a week to make sure commissions are correct. Always seems to be updated pretty quickly with no issues.

Honestly I haven't found any yet - it's been all positives for me.

It gives me insights into previous and upcoming commission statements. While we have other tools fro measuring performance, it also gives me a quick look at where I'm at compared to goal. It serves as a good place to match other systems to make sure things are accurate.

Its easy to work with, even commission analysts with no technical backround can implement the calcs. Always evolving and adding new fetures. Very client oriented.

Still need to work on the Dashboards capabilites. No Sandbox

The captivate user interface is second to none, allowing me to accurate see and easily see my income.

I would say that the previews take a little while to load.

great breakdown of numbers based on Comp plan. Also extremely easy to spot and fix any issue if spoted

I enjoy unsing Captivate, I have no complaints at this time.

Breaking down our commision pay outs so we understand what we are getting paid out on and ensuring everything is accurate.

I love the different reporting capabilities that Cap IQ offers. It makes it very easy to track my commissions and compare them quarter after quarter!

There isn't much that I dislike about Captivate IQ

Captivate IQ solves my problem of waiting until the end of the quarter, just to determine how much I made in commissions.

Very clear and correct when it comes to viewing commission statements and yearly progress. Really enjoy the layout.

Nothing at this time. I've rreally enjoyed it.

It has given me more time to do my job rather than taking time away to calculate my earnings every month.

I never thought about the commission payout process as something that needed to be fixed, as an email seemed to work just fine. When my company implemented CaptiveIQ, my thoughts on that changed! Quickly seeing breakdown, calculation, and analytics gives me incredible insights into my commission structure.

There is nothing at the moment that I can think of that CaptiveIQ can do better. I am excited to see how else their software develops over time to make the commission process better and more streamlined

CaptiveIQ helps me quickly see my commission payouts and be able to see exactly how my commission was calculated. From there, I can confirm or identify that there is a mistake.

I enjoy how easy it is to submit an inquiry. I also appreciate how detailed my information is.

If I need a payroll inquiry it is quick and simple to use

CaptivateIQ clearly details and lays out what my commision check is going to look like. It also allows you to preview upcoming commission checks and updates daily. Additionally, I love the review feature because I can ensure that every deal from the previous month is recording accurately prior the actual commission check is sent out.

There is nothing I currently dislike. It has been the easiest tool for reviewing my commissions that I've ever used.

It was solving the issue of previewing, reviewing, and receiving commissions all in a timely and easy manner. I can now preview upcoming commission checks easily. I can review commidsion checks once they are posted for accuracy which ultimately ensures I'm receiving my commissions and accurately and on time.

Ease of use. It has been a nice tool for tracking commissions ever since we brought it in-house. Easy to open inquiries if ever needed as well!

None that I can think of, all has been working well since we've started using it.

The commission tracking process is much smoother now that we have Captivate.

CaptivateIQ has been extremely helpful in tracking quarterly progress and financial attainment. It's so easy to use and the inquiry submission process is flawless.

I don't like how it's not directly integrated with Salesforce. It would be great to track our financial attainment within our homepage dashboard.
