Easy to use, fast response, system availability , quick notifications.
No Process automation yet, No Auto user assignment based on stage.
Teams collaboration, daily and easy progress calculation. Task status visibility.
We also love the visibility it provides to our project sponsors. We have a lot to learn about implementing agile project management, and this product really made it fun and effective.
The interface is not intuitive. Buttons are completely in the wrong place.
Quick support and perfect resolution to queries.
Very well developed and covers all aspects of scrum elements. As a team, we're able to have a common meeting place and combined targets to get the project done.
Server disconnects somethings make the work go a little longer, but maybe the server maintenance times were synched with our work times?
importance of people skills - documentation is everything. Organizing tasks and burn down charts were very helpful.
The overall dashboard is very informative for the users
I am still to explore more into this one
Seeing overall project / program information at single page
Love the degree of customization available to the users. This is a great step forward for the Agile community.
Steps to include new users could be simplified by a unified view that gives the admin the ability to add users to sprints and projects.
Moving my team to an Agile framework. Able to leapfrog to LEAN development even for users who are not Agile-savvy.
Zoho sprints is so easy to understand and use. The user experience is exceptional and all the tools and functionality are there to support your development
Nothing at this point. I have carried out a quick review of Zoho v Jira and Zoho is my favourite.
Transparency of backlog and efficient management of deadlines
The Reporting Hierarchy feature lays out a clear organizational blueprint by incorporating your organization ladder into your recruitment process. How? Zoho Recruit enables you to assign reporting managers to the users in your organization for efficient record accessibility and data sharing.
This structure ensures controlled access to information for users within the organization and also ascertains that a user has only one reporting manager. We’ve enhanced the functionality of this feature by incorporating a streamlined approval process automation tool.
As a recruiter, you may encounter several instances in your organization’s hiring process where certain actions need the approval of one or more senior decision-makers. For instance, recruiters may need the hiring manager’s approval for creating job openings that fall under certain criteria. Handling this outside your recruitment software can be tiring as you’d have to handle certain tasks within the system and the others offline. In your recruitment database when there are loads of decisions to be approved, it becomes a tiresome task to sort through records and send them for someone’s approval.
The Sprint board. The addition of sub items for every item which help complete associated tasks too with full efficiency. Back log management too is very helpful
There has to be a chart board to manage tasks with timelines, to infer at first glimpse. Meetings and cross-functional communication can be done better. That's all
Sprint boards, backlog management, items management, user stories and epics creation. That's about it, what more could i possible type here for me to get an extension
Almost all are quite thoughtfully created
None really. I have nothing to dislike. Im good.
To ship great products in a very dynamic enviornment
If you pay for it, you get nice features to track everything. Dates, goals, types of projects. easir to split the work.
You get all the nice features when you pay for it. Especially the one where you cant add to your sprint? Like you make it run, and then you cant add other tasks. Also, you can only run one sprint at a time. Thankfully when you pay, you get those features.
I'm trying to keep track of projects and daily tasks. It bit weird to do the daily tasks. It would be nice to automate the creation of those.
integrate with dropbox and google document
perhaps it is good to have integration with ZOHO CRM
manage project on track by stay tuned with team progress
I liked the the ease of use in the drag an drop of functions.
The ability of not being able to back date some items.
A variety of IT projects.
It is intuitive and simple to use, the UX is good
There is no Hungarian translation. ZOHO Projects has got. Hopefully soon this translation will be added too.
Managing our projects and international team.
Drag and drop functionality was easy to master for a new user
Still a bit too many boxes to fill in for new tasks. Like simpler
Keeping track of too many tasks/projects
Progress of each task is very easy to see., Easily interaction between teams . Creates task just very easily with just dragging and dropping. You can create own priority list and move them to sprint.
Slow data transmission while loading and downloading. Prices are high for any individual user.
Made an easy transition to agile methodology for my team. Easy to use and anyone can easily get through SPRINTS.
You can organize each project according to your needs and even with unforeseen events is a great help to get ahead. It is the best application and even in its mobile version is very helpful to streamline activities and tasks.
He is very supportive and I like his reports help me to take solutions. excellent program
I can not deny it sprints saves me for many tasks in the project.
It is an easy platform where I am able to insert multiple projectss for our product development activities and follow them on time. I like the fact that you can assign tasks to each member and you can see the input of each one of them
It lacks layouts to monitor the outflow of the project progress
It facilitates the integration of team members in a given activity. It is very beneficial to see how each member has performed and achieved its dedicated tasks
Simple and clutter-free interface Great for collaboration
More advanced features require an expensive licensing Setting up and managing projects with sprints might be challenging
Simple and effective software development management tool
It is a very cookie-cutter task management system. You are given all the screens, fields you'd expect and wish to customize. It is very vanilla, nothing new or ground breaking, but you have everything you will need.
Even though the UI is rich, the experience is not. WIsh the UI was more configurable, so that you could add some quick actions and create a more dynamic screens.
Very easy to create sprints and manage them. Easily create a bank of tasks/issues that we can keep a record of.
1. Easy to configure and use with minimal training 2. UI follows typical scrum processes and allows you to target stories into future sprints to roadmap the team’s work 3. Tagging is very easy, allows the team to organize their stories and show the board by tag or by individual
1. There are only 2 hierarchy levels (Epic and Story). A mid-level hierarchy for “feature” would be helpful to breakdown work (e.g. mvp and full function, or several features to fulfill an epic requirement) within an Epic. 2. Having the ability to show a combined board across project. Project teams members get tasked across projects and it would be nice to have a combined board to see and prioritize work across projects.
Our team is using Zoho projects for a fast-moving team tasked with delivering multiple concurrent projects. We needed a light weight, low cost tool to help us keep work organized
