The different tools for generating different types of content generation are well developed and easy to use, the quality is not the best but definitely not the worst.

I like to work with companies who are honest and consistent in what they promise and deliver when you agree to pay for their services. In my case, this company hasn't been neither honest nor consistent, but has consistently tried to get me to pay more for features that they promised would be part of the original offer. They do this with poor reasoning and in an effort to milk the client. I understand the intent but it's not something that I particularly approve of. This market of companies that build their product on top of the GPT-3 APIs is very crowded and there are plenty of honorable players to go around, so I tend to avoid those who are not being true to their word.

They use the Open AI API to generate artificially generated content. They have multiple categories like blog content, content for ads, general writing tools, ecommerce, social media and so on. Some are better than others, most are good enough.

IF it works, it's decent. It can create content that can be usable - most of the time it doesn't work though.

The App doesbn't work almsot all the time. It takes ages to load the login screen, throws 404 erros and the dashboard takes ages to load (if it ever loads). Tried to contact support and the contact button didn't evn work (it anhored to the top of the page). Typical case of super low cost web development (from hell) It's really a waste of time and money - we paid for the subscription and it takes 20-30 misn to even be able to login and use the tool. UX is also abysmal - no thinking behind it, nothing is intuitive.

The very inconsistent result, word credits constantly reset to 0, need to contact tech support every time to restore them. Feels like they like to take more than give.

Don't waste your time or money. There's nothing good about this software. Constant repetition in the content. The tone settings are a joke. Want exciting content? Exclamation points everywhere! You have to read it so carefully to make sure it's not repeating itself constantly that you might as well write it yourself.

Oh, did I mention how incredibly buggy it is? You get "network errors" constantly, which means your content is generated somewhere (because they charge it against your word count), but you don't actually get the content. Sometimes you can't even log in. This is a garbage product. Don't waste your money.

Write sonic doesn't solve any problems for me because it's such garbage. Also their support is terrible. They only answer you when it's business hours in India, so hopefully you're awake at midnight to talk to them.

I like not to be scammed by companies that we support as early adopters

As an early adopter I had access to all features, but even that I was promised all future updates, they changed the pricing model to scam us out of the new updates. Stay away from them!

They discarded the appsumo customers after they upgraded or got more seed funding. Our accounts have been downgraded and we are no longer obtaining our monthly limits. Very unprofessional, and they need to fix this within their system rather than having us do their work for them

It seemed like the platform was cool until they subscribed and never gave me the actual upgrade. I contacted support and they werent helpful in returning my funds or getting me a working account

I've been using Writesonic for a few weeks and I've been extremely happy with the results. It's easy to use and several options and settings help guide me through my expected outcome. It is easy to implement. I've only used customer support briefly, but the chat was very responsive. There are many features available.

The scrapers I believe are a little limited. It would be nice to see more features added. Also, the profile generator is very limited and not very user-friendly.

Article generation and ideas are the main areas I need assistance. Writesonic allows me to expand my articles and touch on areas I have not thought of myself.

Our nonprofit needed a PSA and a clear friendly voice was needed in a short timeframe. Writesonic relieved the pressure of repeat recordings, and saved time. It was fast and easy. Merely downloading our script and it was perfect.

Ease of Use: Absolutely the best interface to jump in and immediately create content Ease of Integration: this has been especially important for me as I'm not a social blogger or marketer. Writesonic has stepped up and delivered amazing results no matter what I push at it. Frequency: I have used it for a month now and honestly can't live without it. Number of Features: There is almost nothing this program can't assist you with

Writesonic solves writers block and saves hours of time writing content. Now all I need to do is be the editor.

I like how it provides me references or sources from the internet and it is quite accurate. The reference actually exists are not fictatious. The replies I receive also seems very accurate compared to other AI generators.

The words are limited. I would prefer if the free version provides unlimited words for me to use Writesonic.

Nothing at all, I think it's great! If you use it too frequently, your words will run out though, so I recommend using the number of features wisely.
