I like the fact that UENI offers one on one assistance
I believe that UENI needs more variety/diversity in design options

Simple to edit the website and simple to use, so no technical ability is needed

User interface is easy to use and there are many good features on the site
There is no new product or add product system
It is cost effective as you can set up a basic site for free
How quick and easy the chat function works and how quickly they can come back to you compared to sending the team an email if you have and issue and for them to sort it out.
The downside is that when you get sent an email to say your website is finished and you can edit it, you press the button to edit only for an error that your website is not finished yet, and you cannot edit it. Nor can you send a chat message if your site isn't finished; you have to send an email as the function to chat does not show up and is disabled.
The fact I had my home address visible on my website without my knowledge, I realized how the team could help me out after they said it was not possible to remove the details, they can change things I personally cannot
Easy to use. All features in one price eg emails hosting etc
The templates could be much more professional looking. Not Really much change with the new ones they have been rolling out.

Very welcoming, plenty of help on offer without being too in your face. It is all done at your own pace. Good value for the subscription cost.
