Later has increased my productivity with social media no end. I love how visual the App is and how easy it is to amend and tweak things. I recommend it to so many people. The drop and drag feature, saving of captions and link in bio really make a difference to the speed I can do things and the engagement I get from the posts. I also love the analytics - they show really clearly what is doing well and what needs more attention.
The only think that I really wish I could do on Later is to be able to save @mentions so when you tag someone you don't have to re-write their user name each time. I'm not sure if this is something that you can work on. It's strange that you can tag on other schedulers for other social media platofrms like Facebook and Twitter. Just a small thing though.
The problems that using the Later app is solving for me includes increasing my weekly productivity, being more organised with my social media contnet and helping me plan a social media strategy. I use Later for my own scheduling and that of my clients. I find it easy to use and enjoy reading the Later blogs for insights and latest trends. I have also been really impressed with the customer service of Later. The repsonse time on queries I have had has been really quick. They have also been very generous with offer to trial upgraded plans for free. Compared to other scheduling tools, Later is by far my favourite.
I love that not only can I schedule posts, but I can also schedule stories! It makes managing multiple accounts so easy. I love the variety of training they have provided.
Only thing I have disliked is sometimes when they send out an email and ask you to join a challenge the links to don't seem to work.

I love how easy it is to schedule, drag images, schedule multiple platforms at once with same text/images, auto posting, adding hashtags, tagging IG accounts, adding Geo location, customize image sizes according to social media, notifications on phone as reminder to post, linking out a website page. Plus, all the educational content!
The platform is very complete, so hard to say....but I can only think that we can't automate posting of photo gallery (multiple images) on Instagram.
More time. Great to schedule full week, month or months ahead of content on multiple platforms at once.

I wish sometimes the editing of sizes for different platforms was a bit easier, but if I am on top of it I load the right sized before I need to use this feature.

It is very quick to setup a month's worth of posts. If posts are under 1 min they can post automatically. If between 1-2 minutes the workflow is very streamlined
A little slow for media to process. Browser must remain open and if you stop the processing it's difficult to not duplicate.

I love the ease of using Later to schedule my instagram/facebook and pinterest posts. The ability to tag customers ahead of time, use hashtags and create a first comment give me the ability not to be a slave to my phone.
Using the story feature is a little too overwhelming for me.

I love that Later is super user-friendly and visual. Preview Mode is such a useful tool to help me plan our magazine's Instagram Business account. I was also so excited with Link in Bio became part of the free account because it allowed our small brand to boost our brand awareness on Instagram while also direct traffic to our main website. It's actually starting to give us more social media deliverables.
I wish they could add a LinkedIn scheduler to their roster. That will definitely help us unify all our social media accounts into this one platform. I don't think that's a missing piece that a lot of social media management platforms haven't quite mastered yet. I still find the most reliable way to post on LinkedIn is right on its website.
Like I said before, when Link in Bio became part of the free account, it allowed our small brand to boost our brand awareness on Instagram while also direct traffic to our main website. It was useful to be present on Instagram but that's where our audience engagement stopped. We had no direct way of attracting that audience to our main website. Also, as an unexpected addition, the Later blogs have been great for inspiring marketing and content ideas for growing our brand on Instagram.
I love the link in bio feature as well as the ability to schedule posts ahead of time.
Not a dislike but more of a lacking feature that can be addressed/improved. Would definitely love the ability to arrange and re-arrange the photos and layout of IG photos without actually scheduling them first.
Time management as well as social media organization
Later really knows Instagram and had all the things you need to schedule a successful post, including link in bio, comment in the first comment, teaching and more. It allows me to optimize ever post for my client without having to go into the Instagram app and waste time. Also you can search and repost UGC right from the platform.
I wish it had the ability to scale to ask platforms including Google my business listing and LinkedIn.
I've gotten rid of multiple scheduling softwares that were costing me heaps. I now only use later and another for LinkedIn.
Later helps me save a lot of time and energy! It is so easy to use. I love seeing all my posts on one page in the monthly calendar.
I can't think of any downsides. I'm happy with the service.

The scheduling for stories has to be improved! It is very clunky and awkward. I also don't understand what this refreshing of accounts with FaceBook and IG is all about.
I don't like to use the Stories feature, I just find it kind of confusing. If I'm doing a story, I do it direction on the IG app
I recommend Later to all my clients that are serious about posting on Social Media. I use it for Instagram, FB, Twitter, and Pinterest. It makes posting way easier since I do not have to use my phone!

There's nothing to dislike on Later other than it's not a free service. However, it is an awesome service, and we understand you have to pay to get good service.
It's easy to post on social media.
I love Later's intuitive design and the fact that I can schedule not only single Instagram posts, but stories and carousel posts as well. I also really like the idea that Later is a close partner of Instagram, and able to share information about new features and how to use them as soon as they become available.
I would love to be able to autoschedule stories and carousel posts, but I'm confident that Later will make that possible as soon as the option is available :)
Thanks to Later, I'm able to post more consistently on Instagram, leaving me more time to actually engage on the platform.

I love that I don't have to check a post after it's scheduled to go out. The post goes out exactly when I specify and how it is specified. The ability to schedule a comment along with an Instagram posts makes a huge difference in my Instagram discoverability so I really only have to go to Instagram if I want to. I also love having one place where I can go to store, categorize, schedule, publish, and review my social media presence.
I honestly love everything that Later offers. They stay up to date with Instagram's capabilities and seem to be the leader in the marketing automation industry. If anything, I wish I could use their tool to schedule LinkedIn Posts and threads on Twitter. One thing that would be great in the future is to be able to schedule posts to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook with the click of one button.
I am automating my social media marketing, finding relevant hashtags to use, finding content on Instagram for reposts. And adding links to my posts with their easy to use Link In Bio tool. I also use the tool to better understand my audience Instagram habits and how my posts are performing.
I love that the linkin.bio option can be used with the free account. Even though the limit is 30 posts per month I am satisfied that I get to be present on social media almost every day. Plus, by doing the posts week by week I am able to save lots of time during the week.
I find the upgrade a bit pricey for a solopreneur like myself.

Love that I can drop a whole bunch of images in the queue to post at future times. I have been able to carefully plan my posts. I've been creating theme weeks!
