Hubspot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and easy to learn. As a former teacher, I thought it would be much more difficult, but the training videos and ease of use all came very quickly!
There are sometimes long outages that make it difficult to get calls and emails done, but I'm not sure if Hubspot can really do anything about that. It also sometimes says that a person has clicked on/opened an email and they definitely didn't.
They are definitely making it easy to organize, especially with their Lists feature. Their Templates feature also makes it easy to craft emails and see how users are engaging.
I love how it's simple to use and I love the reminders I recievce when there is a task I need to go back to
At first I didn't know how to integrate certain contacts
I can see my coworkers notes and calls and records and that helps me to better understand the situation
I like that HubSpot is a solution that adapts to our organization – we're a small team, so we don't need some of the features that HubSpot offers, so whenever they suggest us to try something, it's a thoughtfully suggested feature that can make our processes better. Also, as a beginner in Sales, I love their learning hub.
HubSpot reporting took some time for me to figure out. Other than that, I don't see big issues that create hurdles in the sales process. Thanks!

HubSpot Sales Hub has been the key to our team's success over the last 2.5 years. It has allowed us to scale our business dramatically. We like how simple it is to use and the automation it enables.
The deduplication tool is manual unless you have a higher-tiered Operations Hub subscription which can lead to a database that gets a bit out of control if not properly managed.
It solves the problem of our team not having a clear understanding of which contacts and companies were already in our existing sales and marketing campaigns. It also solved the problem of a very time consuming manual campaign process that is now automated.
I love how user-friendly HubSpot is, which allows me to stay on top of my tasks and edit/create notes to stay in touch with my team.
There is nothing yet which I dislike about the tool.

Nothing I do not dislike. It would be good if it could automatically open your contacts in a additional tab. You can right click and open in new tab.

I like the Tasks and templates the best to increase my calls and emails. We are learning to use sequences which I am excited to utilize.

I like that you can program your workflow to your needs, and it helps you keep a track record of your deals. Also, I like that the live dashboard is easy to use, and you can create several graphs.
I don't like that the workflow is linear programming and that you can not create cycles. Also, I don't like the display of the emails received, and creating sequences could be easier.
It helps us keep track of our partners, discount codes used, and clients. Also, it helps us create reports extracting the data from the live dashboard. It also has a lot of futures that we still don't use but we have a plan to implement it.

That the HubSpot iOS app doesn't log every text msg I send to a prospect. I have to enter it manually.

The only thing that you need to know is that the starter packages have limited feature functionalities, so hurry up and scale up your business so you can upgrade to professional!
