The ability to export LI profiles directly to salesforce in a few clicks - saving time on having to manually enter details of each lead. This would often take me half a day to complete instead of 10 mins for an entire lead list.
When uploading multiple contacts to Salesforce where one or more contacts are missing emails - an error appears - it would be great if the interface allowed a quick way to edit/add emails via cognism directly for a quick resolution.
Time. I have far more time to focus on my outreach where before I would spend a lot of admin time to prepare my outreach list. It also saves time where I would often spend searching or predicting emails of prospects.

The data is really good compared with Lusha and Zoom info.
I think that the extension on chrome could be easier to read, as well as an integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be great for identifying insights into companies
When I can't find customer data elsewhere, Cognism seems to solve this issue by providing me with some information.

I probably use the contact information provisions the most. I like how the information pops up along side Sales Nav in a way that is presented clearly and cleanly.
I think there are lots of features within the actual platform for finding accounts to prospect, and I don't really know how to use them properly. So nothing wrong with the platform, I'd just like to learn how to use it better.
Prospecting. It provides account information (jurisdiction, industry, CRM included) in a clear way and connects relevant leads from companies to your account search to make it easier to rach out to people.
The plugin is so easy to use. It's also just super fast

Cognism as a Sales Tool provides invaluable access to company and prospect data, however, what is truly valuable is the value added services that Cognism provide. Cognism provide regular teach-in sessions and are able to provide ad-hoc data enrichment services, which enable us to apply Cognism's expertise across our entire Sales Organisation.
It would be beneficial for future development if we were able to see assess indivudual sales person usage of the tool directly, without needing to reach out to the Account Management team to provide this data; it would allow us to plan tailored training or assess RoI on the fly.
Cognism provides business insights for our inside sales team but additionally offers regular teach-in webinars on cold calling, which is invaluable for employees to gain new confidence and skills.
Relly like the linkedin plugin, makes prospecting very easy

Not only does cognism have the best data out there, but it also allows you to edit/amend and add numbers unlike other enrichment tools. The data exports extremely fast with our CRM.
Sometimes it can be slow or if there are no data available at all there's no way to add the lead which can be extremely frustrating. Also in some cases errors appear with some leads, causing lag during exporting.
Cognism is helping us to both find companies and enrich leads with emails and mobile numbers. It is also a source for us to find new companies to prospect/target.
It's a game changer, at my previous roles we only used Lusha and SalesNav, but in my new role I was introduced to cognism and I don't think I can ever go back into a world workout cognism
It's amazing for European companies, but doesn't always have the best info for American contacts, but still very useful, works very well with zoominfo

Sometimes it doesn't allow me to add prospects in as it says they are duplicates even if they are not duplicates in the outreach system which can be frustrating but doesn't outweigh the good aspects cognism adds to my prospecting.
It allows me to find numbers and emails that I normally wouldn't be able to. I can prospect much more quickly now which has really helped to free up more time for reaching out to prospects.
The way it integrates into all of the websites that I go on and has very strong integration with LinkedIn SalesNav. Allows me easily export data to Outreach & Export.
In some instances, the accuracy of emails and contact numbers can be incorrect. Sometimes the app does not run as fast as I would like it to, but this could be due to the backend.
Data sourcing prospects' data is required in order to get in touch with them and start the deal process. Without cognism I do not know where I would source this data from.
The integration through LinkedIn is every BDMs dream. Makes prospecting so much more effective.
Occasionally there may be a number or email that isn;t correct but this is rare.
Prospecting - as I said above it really speeds the process up in terms of getting the relevant information needed.
Job titles come alongside their number allowing prospecting to be far quicker and more efficient. The layout is straightforward and user-friendly and does not take much time at all to learn and incorporate into the salesteam.
I wish some of the numbers were more accurate and more people were covered across the app so that prospecting could be made even easier. The application can sometimes be a bit slow.
Cognism solves finding numbers that would have been challenging and time-consuming to find. It also integrates into outreach, meaning prospects can be directly added to our sequence.
Using cognism linked to my Salesforce account makes finding the right contacts accurately and more importantly easily.
Haven't found a downside yet, fully integrated with our systems.

I love the integration with Salesforce. Searching leads in the accounts we want AND having them immediately created in Salesforce is just so convenient and a time saver!
I have none to little downsides. When a downside is mostly because we are searching a niche or a too small of a company etc.
The constant need for verified leads!! It is increasing the amount of meetings we have and the amount of new created opportunities!
