Still shocks me to see, how fast hootsuite jumps on new trends (for example AI), and how often they update their software improving the customer experience.
To be honest the things I don't like of Hootsuite are mainly due to social media channels API that don't make it possible for us to have certain functionalities inside the tool directly, but I know this is not Hootsuite's fault. There's also a positive point in this as well, which is that as soon as a social media channel opens up a bit the API, they make new features available on the platform
We're a big company with many channels and many marketers. Using Hootsuite it helps us keeping our passwords and channels save, tracking the social media activity, plan posts in advance and also create reports in a very fast and easy way.
Hootsuite is an amazing tool to manage social media posts. Their recent addition of various AI plug-ins has made the content creation process even more convenient. The Hootsuite team has always been incredibly supportive, and I love their engaging webinars on social media.

I like Hootsuite because it's so easy to use. I handle all of the marketing and social media, so ease is much needed to save time in my day-to-day routine. It's nice because I can connect all of our social media accounts and access them all from the same place. Best of all, it makes tracking analytics and data very easy and I'm able to export my reports.
I really don't have anything I disklike about Hootsuite except for the fact that I can't connect my LinkedIn account.
Hootsuite allows me to streamline the act of posting on social media. This is a huge benefit because it allows compartmentalization of our social media accounts and info, which in turn makes the whole process of managing our social media accounts so much easier.
HootSuite makes making posts on multiple social media platforms at once a breeze. You can also customize the post for each platform and schedule the unique posts all at one time. The calendar also keeps track of future scheduled posts and drafts. It has tremendously helped our social media management and we wish we would have been using it sooner. I definitely recommend utilizing the free trial and trying it out.
The downside is the inability to post stories on Facebook and Instagram like you can with regular posts. We still have to use meta business suite for stories.

They make it so easy for me to use and promote my busienss and skills. The site is always up and working, that is huge for me. The ability to do what I need to do is very important to me. Hootsuite does all this and more. I also really appreciate their availability for issues if and when I call.

I am able to get my post out to multipul platforms at the same time. Cutting my connection times by 50 to 75% depending on how many platforms I am wanting to connect with.
The interface is super user friendly. The reporting you get is really detailed, with the option to create and share your own specific repots. The pricing is competitve. I use Hootsuite multiple times a day and it saves me and the team so much time with our social scheduling.
I think the team could offer more training on new updates to ensure we are making the most of the platform, bu most things are self explanatory / easy to figure out on your own.
Integrating multi social channel posting. Gives a top level of the social calendar so it is really easy to plan ahead. Ther reporting saves lots of time manually pulling from each social channel.
It is a very easy system to use and allows me to share my interest in a few clicks. Love that in under five minutes I am to read what's availabe and decide what to add to my feed.
I wish I was notified of new items on the site to share. That will increase how frequent i use the system.

I love the analytics tab where you can find a plethora of reports for each of your social accounts. Makes planning and scheduling your upcoming posts very easy.
No live chat with my plan HOWEVER, there hasn't been anything that is extremely urgent that would require it. I do recall a time I had to email support and they didn't get back to me until the next day, while it didn't effect me much if it was a brand that had a launch that day, it may have.
It would take me at least an hour to schedule and plan all posts + time on my days off if I didn't have Hootsuite!
I love the ease of use, functionality, and robust reporting capabilities. This is a big upgrade from previous tools I have used. The customer support has been great, and we're super happy to have made the switch. I use this tool everyday, and I have yet to find issues.
I haven't come across any downsides. I would like to see a Salesforce integration in the future if possible!

Hootsuite was my first social media management tool when I started working. As a fresher, I was worried about how I was going to use the tool, but to my surprise, it is super user-friendly. You can find everything in once place and it's easy to navigate.
Nothing till now. I still feel it's one of the best out there.
I was handling 8 social accounts and it made life easy to keep a track of everything in one place.
