Expandi is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They are always improving and looking for ways to make the tool better. Customer service responds fast to your questions if you need help. They are willing to work with you to find a solution.

Like with any software, there can be technical issues. Or if LinkedIn makes changes, it may affect its capabilities. Expandi has a great leadership team that makes sure tech support solves any problems that may come up.

I love Expandi because it allows me to grow my network faster and turn my connections into sales conversations. I wouldn't be able to reach out to so many people on a daily basis if it wasn't for Expandi.

Expandi helps a lot with prospecting and the growth of the connections network. The interface is straightforward and intuitive. Just use documentation, and you'll be fine.

Sometimes very rarely, it might glitch when you work with huge datasets like hundreds of records. But it is worth waiting cause I can't imagine how much time it will take to do it manually or even with the help of browser extensions.

It can literally multiply your efforts on working with LinkedIn. You can attain your goals 5-10 times quicker than with any other software that offers such functionality.

What could be better is the customer support in the case of cancelling accounts on behalf of team mates

The customer service is excellent. The chat can be a little slow but once you get through, it's great. I've even had a 30 minute zoom call when i've really got lost and it's been super helpful

Automated lead generation

Expandi.io is my first experience using a tool that integrates into ex. LinkedIn & Hubspot and delivers content/campaigns via LinkedIn Messaging. Seamlessly at that. It's harder than ever to get through to the right person and not blend into the background if/when you do; I think this is a creative new channel to explore. Expandi works well with Hubspot as well for tracking/data purposes.

Other than sending messaging campaigns, it's pretty limited. The reporting isn't worth using as it doesn't produce much value and is hard to interpret. It's also unclear why only some requests send - and others don't regardless of the "settings" you elect.

We avoid GDP limitations with this tool and as I mentioned before, it's a different channel that the typical email/call to try.

The customization of being able to add different pathways for LinkedIn messaging.

Very basic emailing system without A/B sequencing. The reporting can be confusing in seeing where we have engagement.

Being able to input LinkedIn navigator searches into automated linkedin messaging in different streams. It helps save time by automating the messaging and link it with emails as well.

The layout was very intuitive, making it a bit easier to use than similar tools.

We didn't seen an ROI so it was hard to justify continued usage. Also, competitors have included more linkedin features included (like posts, endorsements, ect.)

Expandi helped us to tap into linkedin outreach to potential members. It was also very easy to sort leads and respond to them in the app, saving me time from going back and forth between the app and linkedin itself.

Awful support. Almost any time I ask about something their support - I have troubles with them. Or very long response (3 hours and more on the first question, when they show usual reply time up to 10 minutes), or their answer about things I'm not asking. (I reach out to their support to keep some time on finding information, but as a result - much quicker to find something on my own).

We can't even get into our own system? And their "customer service" - seems to be some outsourced person who can't get access to their internal group.

NONE - because it doesn't work.

There is nothing to like. Campaigns simply don't work, tons of bugs. No refund policy. If you cancel your subscription you immediately lose access to your account. I have had my campaigns just stuck at a point, the customer support is clueless and makes up BS on the fly.

Terrible software, won't ever recommend it to anyone.

On paper, expandi is a Linkedin automation tool that is supposed to automate B2B lead gen for businesses. Its a terrible product and its not benefitting me at all.

There's nothing positive about this program. There are better alternatives out there.

I've used software similar to this that was far easier and had better results. The results I had using Expandi were awful. The customer service was terrible. They charged an extra subscription to my account without me knowing and refused to give me a refund when I found.

I don't like this service bc it doesn't work correctly.

I have used this app for 6 months, and I still have a subscription; however, going to change to another provider. I don't like this service bc price is higher than in competitors, and it doesn't work correctly. Sometimes it sends a follow-up message, and sometimes it doesn't; analytics is really not good there, and you cannot normally understand how many people were processed. I also tried like ten times to upload a new CSV file to an existing campaign, and got a success message, however nothing appeared.

Expandi helps automate LinkedIn outreach, and I tried to use it for scaling our sales campaigns.

The price is decently priced compared to other services.

The software just doesn't work. I had to go back and forth with support for a month with the multiple different issues I had with the service. Each time, different support reps had different answers to the questions as if they didn't comprehend how their own software was supposed to work. The biggest issue was sending LinkedIn connection requests - the software never followed the limits I set. It started sending up to 50 connection requests per day, putting my account in risk of being banned. Also, the sequencing of messaging doesn't make sense, it's very easy for connections to get a stuck at a point where they will not receive follow up messages.

Expandi is attempting to solve the problem of automating LinkedIn marketing, but fails horribly at this purpose.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on this as the service did not work as advertised.

I was unable to utilize the service as they do not work with corporate 2FA. Their customer service does not work US hours, occasionally responds, and was not willing to stand by their product and issue a refund when they're fully aware that the product is not working as advertised.

Nothing really. The fact that you can automate outreach is not unique to Expandi - Skylead is a much better alternative

Poor support, INCREDIBLY buggy UI, stupid logic of evenly spreading account connection limits across campaigns even if they aren't actively connecting with anyone (which creates an artificial bottleneck), a bunch of critical features that don't work.

It creates more headache than it solves.
