Prospecting is powerful - the ability to build out Campaigns and schedule in advance for multiple days is beyond convenient. The Intent Data is great info! I compared to three other packages and this one seems to be the best overall value. The Onboarding was excellent - Adamina was simply fantastic!!!
A few programming quirks - for example - when you schedule a campaign it shows in the detail to run the next day but the Calendar reflects two days away - they do not sync - and they do not go out as scheduled on the exact day but do go out on the refected Calendar day - odd. A ticket has been submitted.

Insufficient data in some verticals, to be expected.

The LinkedIn ribbon fits perfectly into my workflow! I don't have to log on to a separate webpage to access all the information I need.
Would be great to be able to access campaigns from the ribbon as well rather than logging into the platform! (Which takes a bit of time and a couple of open tabs, would be nice if it was all on one window)
Data, having direct contact details for epople i want to speak to is a massive help in my role!
Whilst using the Cognism tool there was nothing I couldn't ask Bansi Kaked. She guided me through everything and nothing was ever too much!
Sometimes it felt as though there were a lot of steps for one small task. However, once you are used to the process this is no longer an issue.

We like the data and insights that are provided by Cognism. How the platform continually has updates and improvements. Our CSM, Sam was the main reason when updating our contract that we boosted our agreement to ensure we still had her support.

A lot of scope for specific targeting and full control over the messaging you are sending out in a sequence.
Some of the newer additions are a bit clunky - the email replies and opened emails section on the dashboard deserve their own section. Also, it would be good to be able to sort by campaign and date, to see replies in order. We still have to track this manually.
We have used Cognism to generate engaged contacts, which then can be added to a sales funnel and have more chance of converting than a cold reach-out campaign.
The platform is easy to navigate and intuitive. The data is some of the best I ahve used particularly for specific job titles. The back up and in particular my account manager Bansi Kakad were excellent.

I very much like having Bansi Kakad as our account manager. She is very proactive in her approach and incredibly customer focused. She helps us to proactively plan how we use the service. The only downside is that we wish we could be as proactive internally so that we could make the most of the investment!
The Platform has had a steady increase in functionality, since we came across it back in 2019. What I would appreciate is a clear roadmap of features and enhancements that are planned. This is by no means a reflection on Cognism. Maybe we are not educated enough here to look at available roadmap items. So we would welcome that!
Cognism has given us direct access to the data we wish we could extract previously. The way we can control our own searches that are tailored to our needs, all from within the interface is a huge plus.
