It's helpful in tracking very publicised links and mentions of our brand, keeping anything we could find through a Google search conviently displayed for us in one single platform.
It isn't very helpful when it comes to monitoring talk on private groups, Reddit boards, Instagram, stories, etc.
It honestly isn't really solving the problem we have which is a need to keep track of social media activity.
I liked the interface and simplicity of Brand24.
I didn’t dislike anything per say but there nothing unique from competition to draw me away from my current software.
