What I appreciate most about Brand24 is its commitment to staying ahead of the curve. The team continually updates the platform with new features and improvements, ensuring that users like me always have the latest tools at their disposal. The customer support is exemplary, with a responsive team that genuinely cares about user satisfaction.

I feel like I'm sometimes drowning in all the data this tool throws at me, but can you really dislike that? Maybe, but I think it's better this way.

Brand24 assists in identifying influencers and tracking their impact. This helps to collaborate with influencers effectively and measure the success of influencer marketing campaigns.

As an account manager in a marketing agency, I use Brand24 for multiple purposes. One of them, and the most important one is researching online mentions about my Clients. Knowing what people think and write about my clients helps me take care of their image and reputation. Brand24 delivers mentions fast and precisely, letting me to react before its too late, when a negative review comes up. I love their sentiment analysis for this purpose! I also use Brand24 to search for insights. I track different topics related to my campaigns, to find what issues people are facing and learning what are the best ways of communication to reach them with product we are currently promoting - which features and benefits may be important for them, what are they looking for. After gathering insights, as soon as the campaign starts, I track hashtags related to it to measure reach, awareness and volume. I sometimes use the report feature, but I love scrolling through the tool myself to find interesting data. I really appreciate that Brand24 is constantly developing, coming up with new features. The Customer Success team is always there to help me, when I am in need.

Mostly helps me take care of my Clients' reputation online. It finds negative mentions fast so I can respond and take care of it before anyone else does - it wouldn't be possible to do manually. Also, helps me find insights to create better ideas for my Clients' campaigns - also I woulnd't do it as thoroughly manually. Finally, Brand24 has a lot of analytics that help me measure the results of campaign that we run and makes it easy to report.

Brand24 is an excellent tool to monitor your presence online. It is very easy to use and manage, and the pricing is fair. However the best of all, is the personalized and attentive customer service. We are very happy with Brand24.

Brand24 becomes an attractive partner for interactive and content marketing campaigns. It provides a complete control panel from which I can monitor all the activity on the Internet in real time, allowing me to evaluate the success of our campaigns, the level of happiness among our clientele and the success of our commercial and marketing decisions. Having this support allows me to go much deeper into the concept of development and exploration on the platform. Many of my ideas have already been implemented in the program; for example, the software was used to access a sophisticated degree of content design for network publishing.

The price is prohibitive, and the program could be much more useful if it had more robust features without charging exorbitant fees.

Brand24 is my favorite tool for listening to my audience. I run a popular Twitter chat and use Brand24 to see who my most engaged participants are. I also use Brand24 to track the performance of marketing campaigns that I do for brands and for my own business. Brand24 also allows you to track conversations around specific keyword phrases in your industry so that you can FINALLY see those invisible and often ignored mentions of your product or service category where you can engage with potential customers who are discussing your product or service. This allows you to answer and questions and build on that know-like-and-trust factor.

The only thing I dislike about Brand24 is NOT being able to export "sources" -- or the people who are mentioning your brand or who are engaged with your hashtag.

From our perspective, as an NGO, what Brand24 offers is more than enough to meet our expectations.

The software is easy to use, they have decent guides and help docs, and the support is stellar. A very good app for tracking mentions. Lots of filters to hone in on the results that matter.

I wish there were a "pause account" option. We only use it when a client requires this specific service which is somewhat infrequent, so I wind up cancelling and reopening once or twice per year. Support folks are really good about cancel/reopen assistance, no friction or resistance.

Keeping an eye on the chatter around a brand, product, person or incident. Specifically, whether that chatter is brand-impacting (meaningful) or just random noise. Picks up multiple sources so the coverage tends to be quite good - sometimes overwhelmingly abundant but filters and the "block source" option take care if that.

I reviewed and tried several different brand and media reach & monitoring services, and Brand24 was the best. They offer the most complete toolkit for setting up your monitoring, especially tracking #hashtag mentions, which not many services do. As a marketing agency, I especially valued the AVE to show my clients the dollar value of our social media and podcasting work. The reports were both detailed and visual, and can be customized. My clients loved them. I also liked the ability to reclassify a mention as positive, neutral or negative because AI can get the sentiment wrong because of context.

Would like a free version to run while my clients are on hiatus.

Tracking hashtags is hard, across ALL platforms -- social and non-social -- is a big problem that Brand24 solved. And, to have that all in one place is fantastic!
