My only complaint is based on how poor the technical service is, they do not offer a guarantee for the recovery of the system in case such could happen and the truth is that all the doubts that we have presented regarding the system we have had to solve intuitively Because we do not get a response from the technical service and this generates a lot of insecurity because we consider it as a company that we are not using it correctly or we are not even taking advantage of the important tool that should be used.

We have found on Bitrix24 a good tool for manage our projects trough files sharing, messages, tasks, calendar and planning. Very simple to register and easy to learn how to use it, the free version is very complete, we can use all the tools with it, up to 12 users can work with the free version, some other apps do not include as many users as this one with the free version, also the free version comes with 5gb online storage. The website interface is very good, the software supports multilingualism, the platform is very complete, for example we can see the to dos specifying the task name, the due date, which user created it, who is responsible for that task and the crm, all in one tab, we also can easily follow the tasks per due date, a mean, what tasks are overdue, the ones who are due today, this week and even the next week, I love this software, perfect for managing our projects and our tasks

I prefer to use the web site platform instead of the mobile app, I think it needs some improvements, when I am using the website we can not open attached PDF on the browser, we need to download the file, but so far I am very impressed and happy with Bitrix24 features

It's just fully loaded with a complete solution package for fulfilling all requirements of any organization in the working era.

Bitrix24 just perfectly worked for my organization. It empower my employees to work collaboratively easily faster than before & moreover the quality of communication & managing client or projects are now just in one place & My major problems which I faced that my mostly customer interact with me through Whatsapp & Wechat with their inquires & Bitrix just solve my problem recently by including this feature too in their package.

I like that Bitrix24 has the capabilities to help our team collaborate on a number of business activities including sales, marketing and planning. The chatting feature is excellent since we can access many valuable productivity extensions such as Kanban boards and calendars. Signing up and using Bitrix24 was not complicated at all. It took less than 10 minutes to get started. I like being able to connect with users and maintain content in the cloud for easy access later from any location.

For the premium packages of Bitrix24, the pricing gets quite high. I still think it's a good value and all, just higher than I think the price points should be. Also, getting a understanding of all the different components and knowing how to make them work for specific needs can take lots of time to plan before you have a smooth flow.

Bitrix24 keeps multiple people in our department connected with all critical business tasks and due dates so that we're always on the same page as much as possible. We don't have to hold meetings as much, which is a great time saver. We also don't have any decrease in understanding of events by holding fewer meetings. I'm able to access files and resources more easily by logging in and viewing the shared files and information.

Bitrix24 is one of the best collaboration platforms, it allows you to track employees and assign them appropriate tasks according to their statistics and their profession where they focus more, it has many features that are really necessary for a company, time tracking, channels of Communication, landing pages, chat, calendars, work groups and much more, CRM allows you to improve conversion rates and, therefore, increase sales quickly and efficiently, I really like this platform.

Its interface is very stable, but sometimes when I am managing some projects it is usually slow, and I have to reload to make it work again, some functions do not work for me, and they are there to decorate and do nothing else, I have spoken with support and I couldn't solve that problem.

Honestly, I wonder what would happen if this great collaboration platform were not found, I would be totally lost, we worked perfectly in the company and everything is kept in order, it has been a great help.

Me gusta mucho bitrix24 por sus excelentes y bien ordenadas caracteristicas entre las que destacan empresas, contactos, cronograma para interacciones sociales, herramienta de búsqueda interna y estructura de grupos para la segmentación de datos entre otros. Es conveniente para mí y mi equipo administrar nuestras tareas y proyectos diarios de oficina, así como crear fácilmente informes en él nos ayuda a compartir información importante es fácil de usar y la aplicación móvil funciona bien y me encanta su hermoso diseño.

Lo que no me gusta es que a menudo se producen errores al intentar sincronizar con una aplicación para un dispositivo móvil,la interfaz para algunos usuarios nuevos suele ser bastante confusa, por lo que lleva mucho tiempo aprenderla,tampoco es muy fácil configurar alertas para ayudar a rastrear los plazos durante el día y no es fácil configurar y codificar un proyecto.

Gracias a esta herramienta hemos podido mantener una comunicación interna fluida a nivel nacional con otros empleados la usamos como una red social y de gestión de proyectos,mejora la participación permite comunicarse rápidamente y elimina la necesidad de múltiples programas.
