Support uses a ticket system, which apparently makes getting your situation squared away a lot faster than the competition. Had a small situation which turned out to be my own fault. Customer service was prompt and easy to communicate with. Just the way it should be.
Nothing to dislike. However, some of the Knowledge base could be re-written for not-so-technical people. Supporting more languages would be a good idea.
My websites have never performed so well- they are a lot faster than before moving to A2. My bounce rate has improved dramatically.. Performing backups has been more efficient than the other guys, so there's more time to do other things.
What i like best is is the quality of support. Generally the ticketing system is fast and rhey come up with good solution. But i prefer the use of the live chat support. It takes a bit to start but the service is satisfying for my need. Never had a problem they could not solve for me. Another thing i like the ease of setting things up in the cPanel. Pretty straightforward and simple. For last, the overall quality and speed of the shared hosting accounts i manage has the speed i consider fast enough.
I really dont have something that i dislike. I never had run into problems with A2 hosting.
I use A2 shared hosting as my own server for my portfolio and blog website. Since my plan has capacity to support unlimited domains and wordpress installations, i also use it to deploy the test sites for my clients before the live version.
I like the increased speed on my website. And the help ticket support system is pretty darn good too.
Domain name sales are a bit price-y though. But easy to buy elsewhere and transfer to A2hosting.
Heckyeah... Well, my bank will keep me hanging on the phone for 1-2 hours and let me go 2 days without answering a help ticket message, but A2 LITERALLY implemented a solution for me AND cared enough to fully explain the situation, in the middle of the night. I was banging my head on the wall related to a DNS issue. Put in a help ticket. Went to bed. Woke up. ...And first thing in the morning, I find that tech support implemented the solution for me, AND fully explained it so that next time I can just do it myself. Now THAT is a nice thing to wake up to, isn't it?

A2 hosting is one of the best hosting services in the market. I have hosted my WordPress website on A2 Hosting and the uptime is nice. Their support was what impressed me the most. The website uptime is also good. Their hosting service has been trouble-free.
The only con I can think of is the service is a little expensive if you are starting. Apart from that, I don't have any problem with A2 Hosting. Its recommended.

I like the managed VPS plans from A2 hosting because they are providing a good and flexible VPS hosting that is inexspensive. Compared to other hosts the support is first class.
There is not much that I dislike with A2 hosting. Everything works great and if I had an issue the support team where just an email away. If I should suggest an improvement it would be more php moduls preinstalled.
I am not using the managed VPS plan anymore because what I need now is a shared hosting plan. When I used this plan, it was for learning how to run a VPS. The fact that this plan is cheap and the support team is highly skilled makes this a good choise for learning.

I've been using a2hosting (one Drive and two Startup plans) mostly as email hosting. It has flexible setting and quite reliable service.
The webhoster offers us all the settings for self-administration in the admin area - this is very good, so we can create databases ourselves without having to consult support. The administration is very fast and the mailbox services work very well.
The traffic package should be increased and the server interruptions which occur sometimes should be fixed.
We can present our homepage well on the internet and thanks to the fast servers we achieve a good page load time. So our customers stay longer on our homepage and we can realize higher sales figures.

I loved the support. Its faster than the others. Support staff is very friendly! and, the quality of the hosting is awesome! The uptime is worth praising. I have faced one downtime in a month which lasted for a couple of minutes. A2 hosting is freaking awesome!
If anyone wanna pay monthly, then a2hosting is costlier. But, if you can buy for a year, its cheaper again.

Support seems very good. I was able to get real responses especially when getting started. I did not always get the correct or detailed answer to my problem however the responses were pretty prompt and courteous and lead to the solution.
Sometimes email support does not go into enough detail to understand things that must be in place for some hosting functions to be correctly working - for example the .htaccess file is located in two places, however only one must be modified for HTTPS redirects. Support did not tell me this, and it led to more time being required than necessary to resolve my problem.
Despite being recommended by many affiliate marketers, Bluehost has *terrible* support and it made it very difficult to move forward in getting my affiliate site going. By switching to A2 Hosting, I got a real American in tech support when I first got started and was able to get my initial hosting issues worked out and get moving quickly. Also, they seem to have pretty good shared hosting with good hardware and infrastructure. Therefore I have fewer problems with my Wordpress site having terrible latency or other speed problems unlike how I did with WebHostingHub.
The Turbo Plan is very good with plenty of features for Html & PHP developers. They are very generous with their MySQL Server offerings. The Control Panel has plenty of features to satisfy most users. Their technical support is good. And transferring from other hosts is rather straight forward.

Good technical support is at the base of my choice. The technical support of A2 Hosting responds in a very short time, always with great courtesy and availability.
Unfortunately, the web farm closest to my country (Italy) is located in Amsterdam. It would be nice if they opened a web farm in Italy, my sites would be even faster, thanks to a lower ping.
I recently opened a ticket to report the non-visibility of 2 sites. But the problem was caused by my Internet provider. Technical support has provided me with a whole host of useful information to solve the problem with my internet provider.
